I have to say that when I think of electronics, I think of Best Buy. Each time that I am looking for something specific the staff helps me locate it or refers me to were I would be able to find it. I really appreciate the sincere help that they give. Customer Service is great. Sometimes the wait is irritating, but overall great. I have ordered through Best Buy internet site, quick & easy.

This is a very good store that offers great service and customer service. I like their products and they are always in good quality and the prices are priced well. It is very good for all things electronic. That is prolly why they are still around.

Best Buy has a history of staying in the game as its competition began lowering their prices for the same products. Along with a knowledgable staff and product selection, the Best Buy environment remained customer friendly.

So what changed?

Is it the convenience that you can go to Target, WallMart and purchase the same product for the same price and at the same time get your other shopping done?

Surely these competitors lack the training and knowledge that Best Buy employees have to offer.

So what is the customer looking for? What can Best Buy do to get back in the game?

With today's hard hit economy it is very likely that the customers greatest priority is pricing. This includes the item price as well as the price for insuring the product.

Best Buy needs to take advantage of the competive market in pricing. This can be accomplished with effective marketing.

Customer service has diminished quite a bit these days. However, there are some stores that still consider this one of their better qualities. And to that, let me say the Best Buy in Christiansburg, VA, has one of the best reputations for customer service. I love going there being a movie and tech toy person. I know most of the staff on a first name basis. They always have time for a conversation and always show an interest in what I am buying or looking for at the time. It is surely a pleasure to shop in a place that is so customer friendly. Hurrah to all of the staff.

Somehow it never fails that I end up making my electronic, movie, and even many of my household appliance purchases at Best Buy. Many times I shop all over thinking I will find the lowest price at one of the supposedly "bargain stores", only to find the bargain was right there at my local Best Buy. There stores are always neat and clean, so I don't end up walking up and down isles crowded with who-knows-what hunting for my item. The sales reps are not just people throw into that department for the day. They actually know about there products and best of all are not afraid to say they don't know the answer to my question,but will find out for me. Best of all, except at Christmas, I do not stand in long lines once I have decided to purchase my item. The cashiers even remind me to put the points on my Best Buy card. They are giving me money that way. Unbelievable in these times.

I used to hate going to best buy because of the forced service plans and aggressive sales people. After not being in the store for over two years I have to say they have changed. Prices were very competitive. Great selection and sales team left me alone to look around and explore. I also have to admit that their appliance section is one of the best. Their prices are lower then lowes, home depot and sears. I will buy my next washer and dryer from Best Buy.

I purchase at both Best Buy retail locations and online. I have received excellent customer service at both. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable. Best Buy has good every day pricing, and when they have a sale, their prices are excellent. Their website has customer reviews of each product, and this information is very helpful when making purchasing decisions.

I love best buy i have got all of my i pods there and my mom and dad got all of our tvs there to. my i pod and my tv were the best christmas present ever. I have also got my phones there and they work the best.

The sales staff was extremely helpful and accomodating as well has humorous during my fiancee and my purchase of a large TV and BlueRay DVD player earlier this month. They were informative, helpful and prompt. We had been around to many other places price shopping etc including Sears, Sam's club and Walmart as well as local stores and were most pleased with our experience overall at the Best Buy store in Duluth, MN and the staff in the Video department.

I always have outstanding service when I go to Best Buy. We recently moved to Folsom, Calif. from Omaha, Neb. Due to a serious car accident which left me with permanent nerve damage, requiring me to be closer to family. When we got here we had plenty to buy in the electronics department. We were always met with smiling faces at the door and helpful associates. With so many decisions to make their knowledge was invaluable and the cost made the move across country, and our rocky start much easier.

I had just bought a Mac Pro,and it did not come with a DVI to VGA Adapter.So basically I could not use the Mac until I had the adaptor to use my current monitor. The Best Buy clerk assisted me with finding the correct adapter. Not only did the clerk assist me,but he also checked online to make sure,and even tested the adapter to double check it's being correct for me. He went so far as to unhook the other computer monitors and made sure for me.It was basically my last shot that night to find the correct adapter (Radio Shack was already closed)and the clerk made super sure that this would work for me,and saved my day,and time by being so helpful.He saved me headaches,miles driving,and the expensive Mac/Apple store adapter price too. I got the 12 dollar adapter from Best Buy instead of the 29 dollar Mac/Apple over priced adaptor. I will always check Best Buy first to see if I can get my computer needs there first. Thank you!

Best Buy has a very pleasant staff. Everyone is knowledgle about there area of expertise and they are therd to really help you. I always feel comfortable when I shop there.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of electronics over the years from Best Buy. My overall experience has been great. The only negative experience I've had is with the in-store pickup. I purchased approx 5 items online for store pickup but when I got there, most of the items weren't ready and 1 item that was ready was incorrect. The clerk had to go thru the store and get each item from the shelf. He was apologetic but the whole experience took more time than it was worth.

My parents went back to BestBuy to get a tv. I decided to come along. We searched and searched for a good nice tv. We found a tv called Samsung 19" Class / 720p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV that was 199.99 and bought it. My parents now reccommand BestBuy to our neighbors and relatives.

Holo i got my cell phone from BestBuy. My phone broke and i asked my parents can we go to BestBuy. I went to the phone section and saw a phone that i liked. It was pink, it slides up and side way. When i look at the price i was amazed it was 49.99 per a month. My parents was so suprised so they got me the phone and i was happy. Now my parents are going to buy my sisters phone from there. I am happy i choosed BestBuy for my cell phones.
