I have been to the outlet and have ordered many times on best buy. All orders were fast and store was well organized.

Best Buy is a place to buy suff with electrontrics. They have ipods, tvs. cameras, computers, laptops, videos, movies music, and much much more.If you any of those things then you should go to Best Buy. I always enjoy going there and hope you do too!

In today's world one would think that a giant retailer like Best Buy would have a phone operator or at least a voice mail system, but no there is not one store in the Chicagoland area that you can call.

an outstanding store, because you can place your order online pick-up at the store with out any delays. Shop in store and be able to get information and detail of all the products in store and online and employee's are willing to help with out hesitaing and they are willing to go out of their way to order the products for you or help you find it.

the place always looks clean and customer service are always nice and polite, the store is organized and big signs of each department are well seen from any place you stand.

Shopping Best Buy online store is less harrowing than going to the walk-in store. How many times you need assistance and there are two or three 'associates' gassing with one another, uninterested for your pleas for help? BB Online store eliminates all that. Browsing the store is relatively easy, as is access to your shopping cart. One thing I think needs improvement is the ability to navigate from the shopping cart back to whatever shopping page you last navigated from--unless I'm missing something. Also, shipping could be a little faster, although I can't really complain about the free shipping--KEEP THAT UP!--and the fact that there was a weekend between when I ordered and received the package, one week to the day.

Kudos to online shopping!

They have helpful well trained staff who can help answer your electronics questions.

Their prices are not always that comepetitive though, which is why I search for coupons.

Hi, did you ever need a place to buy stuff like computers, tv, cameras ipods and more? Well my suggesting is Best Buy. You should go to Best Buy beacuse they have everything you need from laptops to computers cameras tvs ipods and much much more. The workers are very nice and they love to help people choose their right order. Their prices are pretty good. The first time I found out that I had to go to Best Buy I was upset. When I got to the store I had faces that said wow, how cool. I got to watch some of my favorite movies and listen to songs while my parents looked at tvs. Well this all I can tell i hope you choose Best Buy as your place to buy electronics.The owner of Best Buy is doing a terrific job running the store. I have seen and experienced the IPOD touch, which belonged to a friend, and was very impresssed with many of its features. Pictures were very high quality and music sounds very clear. The amount and type of information that can ve stored on the touch is great too. very nice piece of technological equipment.

I recently purchased a TV at best buy, the staff was very helpful in helping me find the right model for my dorm room. It was a fast and easy transaction. I would definitely shop here again, and recommend it to friends.

Ill be honest and say that Best Buy is my fav. store to shop at, period. But the thing that kills me is that there are 7 workers standing at the regs. and no-one helping customers. i was in there two weeks ago to buy this comp, that im writing this with. And while there was a worker in that dept. he was busy helping another costmuer get settled, So i went to the front desk thinking that Hey theres 7 people up there i know one can help me...NO thats not how it went. She told me that i would have to wait for the man that was in the dept. (he was busy and frustrated now). All i needed was the comp, I had no questions about it, I just wanted to but it.Do you know it took over 2 hours to get it. that i find BOGUS. As much as i love Best Buy that really let me down. Customer service is KEY.

I got it for $107 incl taxes.Igt is prettyh light weight as compared to other.

The product was quoted at $119 but the sales officer re-checked the price and confirmed that it is $99.

bestbuy is really reliable. i go to bestbuy all the time when im buying electronics. bestbuy is trustfull becasue once i bought s game from gamestop and it doesnt work howver i never had something i bought from bestbuy get broken or not to work. bestbuy has 100% good quality and everything there is original so if you are going to buy something buy it from best buy

I've been shopping at Best Buy for years. Best Buy has a great selection of products as well as competitive prices. It is also nice to have several available sales staff on the floor to help you which you aren't able to find in the large wholesale clubs or department stores. The sales staff are very helpful when comparing product choices as well. I would definitely recommend going to Best Buy first to buy a product before purchasing it anywhere else not only to insure you are getting your best price but, to receive better customer service to answer questions on the product of interest.

Just like any store, you still have to research where the best deals are and the best value for your money thinking in the long term way. Best buy is a good store for some of your needs electronically. they do rank high.

Best Buy is awesome!!

Well, Best Buy, you almost got $2,000 from mr, but you blew it! I concluded my online research, and I decided on a TV and a Wii system. I was going to buy online from another vendor, but when I saw on your site that both items were at stock at this store, I decided to go for immediate gratification.

Just to be sure, I called your store and let the phone ring on speaker phone for 10 minutes and no one picked up. I did it again and the same thing. I thought, "Wow, they must be busy." Tried one more time and someone picked up the phone and then hung it up. Yes, I know I should have taken it as a sign. But, I got in my car and drove 30 miles to your store.

I was surprised no one picked up the phone because there were lots of employees just wandering around talking to each other. The team member I spoke to in the video game section was not particularly friendly and seemed annoyed. Also, the items were out of stock.

I went to the TV section and things started looking up. I was asked if I needed help several times and the man that helped me asked me some questions to make sure I knew some details of the TV I selected. He looked it up and indicated there were 12 in stock. I waited some time for him to bring out my new TV, but he returned empty-handed saying there were none in stock.

So, I drove back the 30 miles and ordered my TV and Wii from Amazon. The TV and the white glove deliver service from Amazon was superb. The team member at Best Buy told me if I didn't have HDTV through Fios or Comcast, I would not have a good picture.

I bought a $50 HD antennae from Home Depot and my TV picture is incredible.

I used to not shop Best Buy because the personel were not helpful or knowledgeable. This has changed a lot! I went to look at computers and was helped, not pressured, by a young man who knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. Best Buy must be screening their job applicants more carefully because they sure picked a winner when they hired this guy! I will probably buy my computer at this store!

I bought a laptop there last year and i plan to buy another there this year. The employees were very helpful to me and very nice.

I just want to say that my local Best Buy was wonderful when I went in to purchase a Sony Model: XDR-S10HDiP radio. I had seen it cheaper on line. The sales person looked it up himself, saw the price, and gave it to me for that amount. That not only saved me shipping and waiting but gave me a local store to deal with in the event something went wrong. Thanks Best Buy!

The best about best buy is they are organized. The good is they are willing to help you with your items that are heavy to your car.Sometimes the lines are long and nobody is around to open another register to assist you. That is the experience I have had. Thank You

My Husband and I shopped @ Best Buy over the holidays for a flat screen TV.

The store was extremely busy and so were all the employees.

We found the TV and mount we wanted within 30 minutes after entering the store.

Ifound a sales person who was checking a couple out and let him know we we're next and where we could be found when he finished ringing them up.

After 45 Min.I walked over to the counter from where I had been sitting to make sure we had not been forgotten.

The saleperson was still @ the counter with the same couple so I again let him know we were still waiting.

He assured me he did not forget about us and would be with us shortly.

My husband continued to shop while I sat patiently waiting another 45 Min. and proceeded back to the counter where our salesman had been replaced by another sales person.

OK I have to be honest I blew a fuse and asked for the store manager.

I explained how long we had been waiting and how our sales man just disappeared after waiting an hour and a half.

He was very kind and immediately asked us what we needed.

The mount we wanted was out of stock and of course on sale for $149.

The next availabe mount was much nicer but the price was $289 but we decided to buy it anyway.

The store manager said to us for all our trouble and patence that he was giving it to us for the sale price!!

My husband and I could not believe it.

We did not ask for anything free and even being upset over our salesman we still planned on purchasing our items @ Best Buy so we are now loyal customers and buy just about everything here.

We ended up having a positive experience after all.

Oh and just for the record our salesman showed up from the back room of Best Buy.

It seems there had been some cofusion on the previous couple's order he was straightening out, and apologized to for not telling us he would be back.

So all's well that end's well.

We are very happy and pleased with Best Buy.
