I have been to a couple of best buy's and they have been great with their customer service and they do not get mad if you don't end up buying anything. I think I had some hard time deciding of a great gift idea and the staff gave me some good ideas that had some good deals. Now I am ready to go back for another gift

We have purchased everything at Best Buy- from MP3 players, to game systems, to most recently my new laptop. Buying my PC was a breeze with the assistance of the sales associates at our BB. I can't say enough good about the store- their employees, selection, quality, prices and warranties are all exceptional!!!

I just love best buy. I get great deals and great products and someone is always there to help me with anything i need..simply i just love it!!

I love the availability of the lop tops and the Apple products,it is nice to have the availability to see all of the computors up close and personal. Best Buy has great offers on tv's,every time my hewsband goew into the store he is tempted to but another tv,you can have just so many.

I would have to say I love everything about the Best Buy Rewards Program they offer. It's like any monies you spend there you get these coupons that you cannot resist to go back there and use!

I also have had experience with the fellows from the Geek Squad area and never felt so good about not getting "ripped" off! They went out of their way to get me the best deal and not just getting me to purchase items I did not actually need. Now that "honesty" for me...I will continue to shop at Best Buy for a lot of my needs!

They matched price from Staples ad for Sony headphones, plus took off 10% with coupon. Beat the snot out of best price I found.

I would add a functionality called "Best Buy" of the day for each major type of product.

It would be a good idea to allow users to sign up for an email every day to notify them of buys of the day.

I personally love best buy because I am not very tech savvy. The employees at best buy know about the product they are selling and will help you find the right product for you. Recently, I was looking for a new home theater system. However, I did not know which one to pick. I was going to purchase a sony or another recognized brand like bose. However, after speaking to one of the representatives, he showed me that klipsch is a better brand than bose in many ways and that it was better for me to buy speakers separately instead of a bundle. I was able to customize my sound system to meet my needs.

they were so helpful and kind and showing us that there is still a little bit of customer service left out there. we love best buy. i have 4 boys so it's all about electronics.

Best Buy always has what I m looking for and the store lay is great. Everything is easy to find. I love that store.

This year I remodeled my kitchen and bought the range at best buy, which was a specific model I could not find anywhere else. The employees were very helpful and informed about the appliances. I also bought 4 new HDTVs for my business, all of which work great.

I always shop around for minor and major purchases ans always end up buying from Best Buy. I have bought several computers from there, my laptop, as well as many major appliances. What I like about them is they always have many greay unadvertised specials. I actually just bought a cyber shot there for my daughter for christmas.

Each time I want into a best buy store, I am greeted with a smile. Any questions that I may have has always been answered by a staff member. It is easy to locate a staff member because of their blue shirts and name tags. I have been pleased with the products and feel that even when a product is broken or doesn't work, the geek squad has helped me out! So thanks for the great customer service

I have purchased products from Best Buy at stores all across the country. Every store has the best assortment and highest quality products I need. I have purchased a large number of electronics at one time and the manager gave me very good discounts due to the large purchase. I recommend Best Buy to everyone.

I like Best Buy because the store is broken down into very specific categories, and I buy a lot of one type of product (mostly hardware and software for my MacBookPro) and don't have to muddle through lots of other technology, etc. that I am not currently in the market for.

Also, the salespeople I feel are generally very honest about their opinions and are knowledgeable about the general populations' opinions. They must work by commission, but I find that if you get a few people working in one department together, they will share their conversation of products, even if their opinions differ. They also seem to be pretty on top of what's new, and what's coming. This is super helpful, so I don't always walk away with something that's obsolete a week later- I find that they don't seem to mind missing a sale if they think they are genuinely helping you.

Best Buy had a computer on sale for a great price. When I got there they were out (of course) but they did order me one at the store to be shipped to my home. After two days past the delivery date I called the number on my order form they saw where the computer was paid for but at no ideal where the computer actually was. I was told to go to the store where I purchased the computer so they could investigate this issue for me. After about 45 minutes they found out although the computer was paid for there was a problem that the order was not actually placed. This computer was a limited item and no more were in stock at warehouse. They did provide me with another computer at the same price. Although I have been very pleased with this computer I realized a few weeks later that it did not have as much memeory as the one I had previously order, so I will have to eventually pay to get more memory added. I guess this is sort of my fault for not comparing the specifications of the two before I left the store instead of depending on the associates to get me one with the same qualifications.I have been a Best Buy customer for years, purchased 4 computers and numerous other items there. Not happy with thought of having to put more money out on this computer, but will still remain a Best Buy customer.

It doesn't matter which Best Buy I have gone to, that I have noticed that all of them have superior customer service. I have notice that you will be always greeted with a smile, and the sales rep are eager to help you in whichever department you are in. About 2 yrs ago I bought a laptop pc for my son, the expertise of the sales rep as to what my son needed on his pc to efficiently run a business from home if need be was very informative, the fast courteous service is what alot of other electronics store do not provide. I have never had any problems with their products, and the warranties do provide excellent service also, although I haven't had to used them, I do know of people who have and they were very satisified with the timely manner the problem was taken care of. Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to shop.

I have always had great service at our local Best Buy in Missouri. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I have never had to wait and love the rewards they give. Just searching for an ipod for my daughter and found this !

Santa Claus left an Apple Computer for me under the tree along with information to purchase Iwork software from Bestbuy. So as soon as Bestbuy called me to pick up my Iwork software, I ran straight to Bestbuy to make my purchase. Everyone is so helpful and nice, I just love going to any Bestbuy in town no matter what state I am in! I just printed my $5.00 certificates and will be running to Bestbuy on my next day off work!

Best Buy is always the first place we stop when we're thinking about an electronics purchase.

We go there and wander the departments getting all sorts of good ideas as to what's available. The sales people are always close by to help and WANT very hard to help, but somethimes they're just too technical with their explanations!! Maybe they could have an "Electronics for Dummies" booth in the store and the salespeople could recite their speil in technical terms and the booth person could translate for those of us that are unfamiliar with "AV, RAM, RPM and Plasma" what they're really saying??

All in all - they're great!! My husband goes just to get his big-screen fix and can spend hours on a football Sunday there.

Recently I went to Best Buy to buy speakers for my car. the staff was very helpful and knowledgable on the products. I had them install the product and the staff completed the job in a short time. The speakers are great and i am very pleased
