i purchased a ipod and a gps online from best buy i received it like the said. i was really inpressed with them i didn't not have to wait.

I recently went into the store and wasn't sure which memorex dvd's I needed. The clerk was eager toi assist me in making the correct choice. I was very satisfied.

According to the Best Buy web site you can "get it faster" if you place an order online an select "pick up". This wasn't my experience. I purchased an item online and went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived I was told there was not a line designated for pick ups. I had to wait in line behind seven people making returns. While I was waiting, my boyfriend went to the electronics department and purchased the item at a register in that department, before my line had hardly even moved. How is that faster?

I was't sure which digital camera to purchase when I wanted to replace my older and cumbersome one. I was impressed with the little camera my daughter had because it seemed she could take picture after picture without it losing power or having to delete some to have enough memory for new pictures.

When we went to a Best Buy in Houston, we were greeted by sales person and I told him what I was looking for in a camera. He showed me all of the cameras and suggested the best one for me. It wasn't the most expensive but it did have all of the features I wanted to have with my next camera. After checking out all of the others that drew my interest I decided on the one he had suggested. I purchased an Olympus Stylus 7010. We recently went to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. The camera never disappointed me. The pictures and videos were clear, the downloading to my laptop was so easy and we had almost 300 pictures stored. If it wasn't for his suggestion I probably would have chosen the same one my daughter had even though it cost a little more. This camera is one of the best purchases I have bought for myself. We have a Best Buy rewards card since buying my laptop in 2008. We have purchased a printer in 2009. Whenever we are looking for something electronic we always start first at Best Buy. We suggest Best Buy to our family and friends. We go to the store or I look online. The emails spark my interest many times and will see what's on sale. I had to return an adapter lately and the return went quickly and smoothly. I have been very pleased with my experience with Best Buy and am confident I will be in the future.

I recently went to Best Buy to purchase an iPod peripherial unit. The particular unit I needed was not in stock and was not available for purchase online. I was directed to the service counter for additional assistance. The young lady at the service counter looked up the unit on the computer and found one in another store and called the store to verify the unit was still available. She was on hold for 15 minutes and apologized profusely for making me wait. I appreciate her time and effort that went into locating the item for me. The Geek Squad installed the unit with speakers in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Best Buy is the best store in the world. It has everything you could ask for including great help.

I went into the store on Palm beach Lakes Blvd in WPB. The sales associate was very helpful in explaining the difference in the wireless headsets that I was looking at. I feel that I ot the best bargsin for my mone& am very happy with my purchase

Wide selection of products, service and wait times are improving...

all my consumer business with best buy has been positive in all ways. In the store, or online ... I have always been happy with whatever line of product I have purchased. This includes, music cds, printer ink cartridges, a mouse and keyboard, a clothes washer, and a toaster oven. That is quite a range of products and each and every one was to my satisfaction.

hello, i went to pick up a computer and a washer and the people were very helpful but only 1 register was open in the washer and dryer area and it took quite awhile to get cashed out....

Best buy has a lot of good manafactured stuff for a cheap price.They also provide coustmer service when you need it.

I have been shopping at Best Buy since the 90's.Its longevity can be attributed to the fact that their product selection is always the best money can buy. Another quality is their assurrance that they stand behind everything they sell.I also love the excellent payment plan options.Best Buy makes it easy to afford quality products.

I personally buy all my Electronics from Best Buy, For Christmas i brought my daughter an i-pod nano that she really love. There seems to be lots of available coupons here, but nothing that I was specifically looking for. Would definately check it out again next time I am in the market.

Feb 27, 2010 - I just returned home from buying a refrigerator. I have to say that the service was excellent - professional and courteous. They matched me to the price of another comparable store and got me processed within record time. The normal floor staff (helpers) are not very knowledgeable, but the sales and the manager on duty was very effective. I never thought getting a major appliance could be that fast and rewarding. Hopefully I will go back to that store again and hope bwst buy keeps the same reputation.

Best buy is always professional and yet on the same hand they are very easy to understand and talk too. I will keep shopping here!!

I've never had a bad experience at best buy. They definitely have plenty of options and unbeatable prices! Their staff is always very helpful and they have an easy return policy. I would recommend checking best buy out before heading to any other store.

Macys is one my favorite stores. I love shop their for cute clothes in junior and in the kids for my sisters. The place their is awesome.

There is no comparison out there, even when Circuit City was competing Best Buy quality hands down was the better choice. If I had to explain BEST BUY in one word it would be "REGAL".

i went to best buy to ask questions about laptops needless to say i was shown one and that was it so at least ask for another associate or tell them you want to see more i would think they would have tried to show me more and give me more detail

Today I went into the E. Southern, Mesa Az. store to look at the I-Pod touch for my son. Immediately a friendly young man smiled and said he could help me even though he had his hands full with another project.

He was knowledgeble about the different models and he offered to get a few out to show me. He was efficient but what I appreciated more than anything is that he smiled and seemed to enjoy what he was doing...taking an effort with me.

Wonderful quick and easy installation up and running in minutes.

Great customer service with quick check out process at the store.

Very satisfied and will continue to shop at Best Buy Company in the future.
