EACH TIME MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO A BEST BUY STORE, WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED WITH COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES AND THEN READILY FOUND EACH DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGIBLE OF ANY PRODUCT WE HAVE LOOKED AT.WE HAVE PURCHASED A CAMERA,A DISHWASHER,A LAPTOP,A FLAT SCREEN T.V., AND NUMEROUS MOVIES .NOT TO MENTION LOVE THE BLACK FRIDAY SALES EVERY YEAR (THATS OUR FIRST STOP). ONE YEAR, WHILE WAITING FOR THE STORE TO OPEN AND STANDING IN THE RAIN AND BLOWING WIND, WE WERE TREATED WITH HOT CHOCOLATE AND SMILES.WE WILL BE REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ALL OUR FREINDS AND FAMILY.

Has the best prices, and quality products. It can be busy at times, but you can use their web site that is excellent too.

Best Buy offers a great variety of electronics, appliances, and accessories. You can trust that their products are of high quality. I have heard that their black Fridays offer excellent deals. I believe you can find almost anything you need at Best Buy in terms of electronics, appliances, and etc. I enjoy shopping at Best Buy, but am sometimes deterred from buying what I want/need due to a sometimes expensive price tag. I am currently looking for an ipod touch and I appreciate how i can buy it for $20 less if I purchased it on bestbuy.com.

Since Circuit City tanked, Best Buy stepped up and claimed the top spot. Clean, good prices, nice staff, and well stocked. Nothing else could be asked for.

The benefits of Best Buy are clear: generally they have a great selection, variety, promotion, and exclusive offers. The downsides: for the size of their selection, you will sometimes have to hunt smaller outlets for more specific items, ie. artists, movies, special editions; though they may have special offers, their overall prices may be a bit slower in dropping than other chains, and promotional prices can be fickle. For example, you may buy a box set shortly after a release one day for $55, then see it for almost half that price a week later. This can be frustrating. Also, the promotions for games and media requiring you to go online and print a coupon when you see this promotion in a booklet in the store might keep some from purchasing that item, as opposed to the booklet itself serving as the coupon.

My daughter boght a laptop a month later she had a problem with the hard drive and they replaced the computer with no problem.

I would continue to buy at Bestbuy.

My daughter and I both just experenced getting incorrect information from sales floor staff in the past 8 days. That makes me very uncomfortable....feel like I need to record their responces. When I called to speak to one, he said I don't remember...I must have miss understood her. This was about a copper line for refrigrator.

She explained the copper line had been damaged by the floor installer and would need a new connector put on. He said that it would not be a problem. Later I've been told no. That is a problem and extra cost before we can get the water line hooked to the refrigrator.

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 about a month ago.

As far as purchasing from Best Buy...

I was pretty impressed with the help we (my sister-in-law and I) first received, when we were looking over the laptops, but as time went on (about 45 min.) and we were NEEDING some assistance...then the only employee that we could find, didn't know much about computers.

And it only got worse, as we tried to check out, and they couldn't find a box that HADN'T been "pre-set up" (which is an additional fee, which we didn't know about).

I'm happy with the laptop, as it's my first. I'm happy with the video functions, as well as the speakers (which, with some of the other laptops was a problem)

I can not possible think of a better well rounded electronic store than Best Buy! It offers everything from dvds to apple computers. I also love that they are constantly running sales. It is also very beneficial to join their rewards club!

I really like your protection plans. I once bought a MP3 player from Best buy years ago. Over and over again the MP3 malfunctioned So eventually I was able to exchange it for a Ipod... best deal ever! Thank you very much!

When we go to the BestBuy store, we find the staff courteous and helpful. Most employees are knowledgable and are able to answer any questions we have. Whe have bought a laptop, camera, many CD's and DVD's, garmin, flat screen TY etc. at Best Buy. Another thing I like about the store is their no interest for 18 months credit card which we haved used for our larger purchacesin the past. When we had problems with our lap top, we dealt with the geek squad, and after some waiting,they were able to resolve the problem. The only complaint I have was that sometimes there was a wait to consult with them.

I only go to bestbuy for all of my electronics. Dont waste your time with any other store!!!

This morning we shopped several stores online after going to the library to copy the consumer report. I had already decide on which washer & dryer I wanted. Now the next step was to check online. We checked several of the major big box stores as well as some local mom & pop stores.

I liked Best Buys as it gave me a choice for comparison between several models. I could also compare prices online. Wow what a difference! Best Buy did have the best price. It also had more selections even though I was set on the one style. I hope the price is not a typo.

Got a new laptop for the boy and the experience was great.

I haven't been to Best Buy very often. i went to buy a camera and the salesman was very friendly and helpful, explaining different models and features. It was my first digital camera and he was patient and helpful in explaining about charging the battery and having an extra one on hand, and getting a big enough memory card for the photos, etc. He had suggestions but wasn't pushy.

I also went to buy a computer there-- a lower end lap top. We had to find someone to help us because it was busy. The salesperson got the one we had chosen for us, but didn't really ask us questions or try to tell us anything and recommend anything else. Not as friendly and helpful as the camera guy.

We recently went to Best Buy in Madison on the East Side with our children. While there they along with us purchased several items. We were approached by a different number of employees there who were friendly, and courteous, all the while not being *too*. We like that there are people around the entire store in case we have questions on certain products.

Best Buy has always been my first choice for electronics and they have always come throught for me.

It is unbelievable how many movies and game system games they carry. I don't know why you would feel that you needed to go anyplace else. The store itself is such a good shopping environment.

the only thing that I have found (and it is not only at Best Buy) there is not as many sales associates to help you on the floor. I know that they need to cut down on staff to save money and hopefully it will also pass the savings to us too.

I have entered a Best buy stores on many times and -- I was unimpressed with the associate interest in helping the customer-- Most of them are talking among themselves -- and it seems that I am interrupting them. They are very warehouse like-- loud and large-- with little to no personal attention

It is quite a pleasant thing that I had come in contact with digital camera, I purchase it for my son to go with when he was going for the national youth service to record the memory of events after the orientation camp the picture he brought with him show clearly the how perfect the camera works and we also use it to record the youth service held in our church.

The voice recording are also very excellent. I have no doubt in my mind I will recommend the camera any day any time for more people to purchase and use.

Sometimes you can get help in the store other times you can't. I have just left the store sometime because I can't get help.

I see 1 employee recommending a brand as the best and another employee recommending another brand as the best of the same. The newest products are not available in the store. I figure because they are trying to get the maximum price for the older products instead of lowering the prices on outdated items.

I have received help from employees that is quite informative. Just depends on the day you are in the store. I believe all employees should be well versed in products before they are required to advice customers.

I've purchased my digital cameras from Best Buy for the past 7 years. I've been very pleased with their service and service plan. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Everytime i visit Best buy i am pleasently surprised. The store has a wide selection of various products, the staff is friendly and the store is well organized and very clean. I wish there were more sales and that these sales were widely anounced - maybe a sale in late may so that Best Buy is a good choice for buying graduation presents!
