My husband and i bought a 46" HD flat screen television before Christmas. We were unsure as to which one would best suit our needs, as our situation was a very unique one. We stayed in the store for almost 4 hours watching tv's. The salesperson was very patient and attentive to us. I am sure he really did not believe we would be buying a television because we were very confused andf changed our minds frequently! But he hung in there with us and was able to put us on a tv that was perfect for us. hew even helped my husband figure out how to mount it on the wall.!! We were very sure that this salesperson was interested in making his big commission because he was so helpful, little did we know he was making an hourly wage! His help was very genuine and extremely important to the sale. We thank you BEST BUY for employing such helpful associates.

They helped me find a laptop very quickly.

Mu perception about best buy is that it is a great great store they always provide great service always there to help anyone out, I especially love the fact that the geek squad line to call is available 24/7 that is very great! I believe in general best Buy is one the greatest electronics store in my opinion. I have no dislikes about Best Buy i would actually work there my self.

This week we purchased a Samsung Washer and will be considering the matching dryer. We had a few problems with the delivery ( Damaged ) I can honestly say that both Jason and Joel at the Acworth Ga store spent a great deal of time with me to rectify a few problems. I am very familiar with customer service with regards to my own company,and I do applaud the effort by both gentleman to make sure I was satisfy. They did overcome a few problems created by your web site and should be recognized for a job well done. I am a very hard guy to please when avoidable problems come up.Butthey handled the situation as profesionals. You certainly need more of them in your organization. We have bought many items from Best Buy and believe in a very competitive market, you need individuals like this. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!

After searching everywhere and every other retail store, I checked out Best Buy for pricing on ipod touch. Great price AND I could pick up today at the store and get the online price too!

Best Buy is a wonderful place to buy electronics. It has a lot of things which everybody would find useful. The only downside to this store is that it can be sometimes very expensive.

Best Buy always has a good selection of products. We have to drive 50 miles to get to the closest store but it's worth it. All of our TV's have come from there and they even helped us un-box them and load them in the car for us! Great customer service!

I purchased a new 55" television from the Alpharetta Georgia location last night. I was assisted by a young man named Nick. He was amazing. He was knowledgable and he understood that I had a budget. He also assisted me in choosing the right surround sound and made sure I would have all of the accessories needed to make it work i.e. cabling and stands. The price was comparable with other stores that I had shopped around at but the service was superior. The only issue that I had was when I applied for the Best Buy credit card. I was denied. I have perfect credit but they made me talk to the bank and they asked me some very odd questions. My mother and father were with me and they also applied. My mother also has perfect credit and was also denied. My father was approved and the purchase finally went through but this is my only complaint about the process.

my opinion is that best buy has the best electronics to buy and its a good store to buy things

I am not very technical person theirfore i do ask lots of questions, and these days every product has million features, we can do this and that. and i do not time to read the manual. Therefore, i feel comfortable stepping in best buy and doing shopping their. I get $5 dollar off my next purchase always. Now I am looking for Nintendo game for my daughter and the first thing comes to my mind is Best Buy.........WoW............

I was hunting for the WII gaming console and I emailed best buys and they were able to let me know when to expect the next shipment and I did as they said and ordered it and recieved it within a week. So excited cant wait to set it up.

Best Buy has THE best selection. Their regular sales make them the place to shop for everything electronic. I have purchased a desk top + a laptop computer, DVD player, video game accessories and alot of other items. The sales people are always available and helpful, unlike some other stores.

the workers at best buy were very helpful, I was recently looking for a laptop and I had alot of questions but the workers were very helpful. answering my questions, and being very patient over all they were very helpful

The camera sales associates were very knowledgeable about the various product lines and were quite capable of explaining every concern. I was happy that each one was able to give their own personal favorite opinion but pointed out that my tasts and needs were different than their own.

I learned more about the available product lines, differences and similarities including Nikon and Kodak. While I am very interested in purchasing an SLR, I'm not sure that my pockbook is ready. Your associates on 3 different visits encouraged me to look at other options and to truly consider what I wanted in a camera. One even suggested that I create a pros and cons lists and compre them before my final choice.

I am tremendously pleased that they were totally honest and could relate to me as a single mother on a budget.

Top selection for my needs. I purchase anything for my computer needs there.

Being an immigrant, entering a big shop was intimidating for me, but staff at best buy was awesome. They helped me understand the rebate system and also gave very valuable suggestion. thanks to my umpteen visits and solid patience, I am finally tech savvy and really into new gadgets. Awesome shop with awesome staff. Keep up the good work guys.

The nsme itslef suggests why consumers buy neede stuff from here.My TV, laptop all from best buy, best service rendered, best, price, best sales person so when everything is best why to go somewhere else then best buy like I did.

The best Customer Service. Better than Walmart, Target, OfficeDepot, Staples, and any other store in the market.

I remembered entering the store and my first impression was "this store is worried about the consumer interests and needs", why? because at the entrance is a employee asking you if we(the costumers) need help for searching an item. That's unique, I've never seen that in another store. While selecting the item I wanted an employee came and gave me his advise to by the best product in its type. By the reference the employee told me about the product it seems that they are well prepared to answer any doubt any costumer haves about any item on the store. I choose my product and went to the cashier. There the cashier ask me if I found everything I needed.

Best buy has everything I need in ONE store. I am always looking for a bargain and Best Buy is the first place I look. I missed Nobody Beats The Wiz when they all closed down but Best Buy has stepped up.

I love how best buy have a table of people just to explain stuff to some non techie women.. I love being able to go in and tell them what I need to do and let them figure out what i need to buy! vs the best most high tech thing out there that I will use 20% of the features on..I was able to buy both my children easy to use laptops and my self one just to play online and manipulate my pictures on without breaking the bank ! Plus the lines alot shorter at christmas !!!
