cell phone associates are very helpful

I recently bought an IPOD docking station for my daughter and the associate was very helpful over the phone. She held the unit for me to come pick up and matched a price that I had seen online. It was so quick and easy without any hassle. I would give them 5 stars.

Best Buy has excellent customer service. For example when I bought my canon printer the associate that helped me was very helpful he answers all my questions that had. Customer Service was excellent and he even got me into buying an extended warranty for my Canon printer.

I just bought a new washing maching and dryer last year and was very pleased with the service. I went into the store it was on sale so I went ahead and bought it. Several days before it was shipped I was on the internet and saw it cheaper. I went back into the store and they adjusted my receipt. The Manager was very nice and I had no problem at all. I also bought TV for my room and several other items and never had any problems. I am a very pleased customer.

Right when I walked in I got help with what I was looking for and the rep. answered all my questions and I do have very many questions. They gave me the best deals and I just loved the positive atmosphere!

Best Buy, in general, is a pretty good place to get most electronics. The sales people are pretty knowledgable and helpful, the store is set up well and they have a good variety of goods. Most of the deals are well explained.

While looking for a digital camera I was able to get all the help I needed, such as information in price matching and the return policy as well as a box where the contact information was

Purchased Black Tie Protection three years ago. Began to have trouble with my laptop, 4 visits and six weeks later, Best Buy came through and gave me a gift card for a replacment laptop. Had to jump through some hoops, but it' worth it. Yeah, Best Buy!

in store setup charges for Cell Phones (Cell Company is free to setup if you call them or go online)

Excellent service, outstanding products, bonus prices. I would recommend Best Buy to any of my friends, given the great experience I have had through their company.

i have to say the ipod touch is the best ipod and MP3 ever made so far. It have Wi-fi on the go and have amazing apps like myspace and facebook. So my advice is to hurry and buy an ipod touch.

Best Buy is always my first choice for electronics purchases from large appliances to small appliances, iPods to computers, accessories, music and videos. I appreciate their friendly and knowledgeable staff, their great prices and price-matching policy, and the Reward Zone program. All have made me a regular, repeat customer!

I bought a washing machine and had it delivered across the country. there was a mix up on the receipt being sent to me but a few phone calls later and it was in my hand.

I needed to buy a computer in a rush and they were ready right away to help me find what I was looking for.

Haven't been to Best Buy in awhile. Went to Brooklyn Park, MN store. Forgot about all the cool stuff there. Checked on a lot of different things I need...well, want! Employees quite helpful, and if they didn't have an answer, they made an effort to find one. I got very good advice on laptops, cell phones, and washers. Bought a bunch of movies and some games. The guy helping me about laptops really knew his stuff. I'm planning on buying a new laptop in about a month and after talking with him, I now know exactly what I'll get when I come back.

I went back to the Best Buy store in Maple Grove, MN and checked ou the music store for guitars. A big selection of some awesome guitars. Sweet amps as well as keyboards that can make me sound a lot more talented than I really am. I'm planning on buying a new guitar and amp and the guy was beyond helpful. Cool dude, too. I bought a mic stand that's helping me feel more like the rock star I think I am(a legend in my own mind). After checking out so many sweet guitars, I had to leave because I was salivating so much. Employees all seem very attuitive and helpful.

whether it was the LG washer + dryer that was purchased and installed by Best Buy, the 5 cameras we purchased, to all of the TV's and DVD's we have purchased at Best Buy. . . the tech support, expertise, and customer service oriented team members of Best Buy has always made it an enjoyable experience.

Last week I went to the Best Buy in Maple Grove, MN. I was checking on cell phones and was surprisingly quite impressed by the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of not one, but two employees in that area. I was helped almost immediately. I've been thinking of switching from Sprint to AT&t since I need a good wi fi phone to help improv my job. They knew about everything there was to know and then some. After that, as I went to look at the new smaller laptops, I was blown away to see there was a musical instrument section of the store. Never knew it even existed. Some pretty awesome stuff. And I'm talking about some seriously top of the line professional stuff. The employee in there definitely knew his stuff. I was very impressed by his knowledge and charismatic disposition. I ended up buying an expensive microphone and some various accessories. Pretty cool. The store had an overall good vibe to it. I've got my eye on a few of those guitars...

For the most part, I come to Best Buy to shop for my electronics. I like to browse through their large and expansive inventory, and the employees are usually fairly helpful.

I really love shopping at Best Buy one main because it one of the only stores left where they sell electronics (a variety of them).

Very lacking in customer service. This chain carries a vast selection of electronics. The average consumer is not well versed in the functions and options of many devices so it is important to have customer service reps available to answer questions and assist in making choices.

I have shopped many times and left in frustration because I could not finds anyone to help me.
