I am a long time customer of Best Buy. I have bought everything from vaccuums, cameras, TV's for home and college kids, wii, games, videos, blue rays, video in car sysems, you name it, and I am always greeted with exception helpful staff!. The people at Best Buy are engaging, knowlegable, and stay with you to help make the best possible decision that fits your needs. I have never experienced pushy sales staff, or staff trying to sell me something I don't need. We stay within our budget and get amazing products/deals. I think this is the reason I keep going back. Actually will be going this weekend to buy a ipod for a 8th grade giveaway at their promotion dance on June 10th. So, thank you Best Buy for your continued drive to hire, train and keep the best resources that help people like me in making the best possible decisions around my purchases!!!

Great stuff

I bought my son an Ipod at Best Buy and got the protection plan for a very reasonable amount. When he forgot his phone in his pants pocket, I washed his Ipod. When I took it to Best Buy, they told me to go pick out a new Ipod and exchanged the old one for me without hesitation. It was so easy!

The last time I went to best buy during the week, I beleive it was on a Tuesday. We walked down the LCD area. There where two people being helped. No one said any thing to me like "could you wait a minute" or I'LL be right with you. We walked back and forth again. No one said anything, so we left.

I am still looking to buy a 40" LCD but I am not sure I'd go back to Besr Buy.

I went to Best buy to buy my new microwave, oven range, and dishwasher. It was their day after thanksgiving sale, and their prices beat everyone elses. The customer service was fantastic!

Best Buy represents a dying breed of chain stores. While the internet has great deals and lower costs, there is nothing like going into a Best Buy and hearing expert advice along with getting to get hands on time with the actual gadgets/devices. Hopefully they will be able to avoid the downward trend of their other competitors and maintain profitability because it provides a wonderful service for gadget fanatics.

I went into Best Buy in Lansing and was looking for an iHome to buy for my girlfriend for her birthday. I had already owned one myself so I kinda knew what I was looking for. After browsing the section for a minute, an associate greeted me and tried to walk me through the section discussing details and designs but he really wasn't well versed in this area. I felt as though I knew more than him and that should never be the case. I was and still am happy with my purchase because it is a quality product, (what I expect from Best Buy), I just hope to encountered a more thoroughly trained employee.

It is very expensive.

Best Buy always has what I need and want. They are always offering great financing offers with their Best Buy Card (which I have). This makes those large purchases a little easier to justify.

My only complaint is that I usually know more about the products than the employees. I think better training of the employees would really benefit the customer.

I purchased a big-screen tv several years ago and the accompanying warranty. I moved the tv twice with me and then it started to have issues. Best Buy gave me the full amount of the tv purchase to apply to a new flat-screen tv. I was so surprised they honored the warranty this way, and very pleased. I will buy a tv from nowhere else and I highly recommend!

I went into the store looking for a certain DVD. An employee thought I was looking puzzled and came up and asked me if I would like some help. I said certainly and I told him the title. He knew exactly where to look and helped me find it. He was very friendly and helpful.

Every time i walk into best buy everyone comes rushing to me to help. I love my best buy, not only from the service, but from great prices (usually only by the use of coupons though) They always have the item that i want in one of their many locations around me, If its not at my nearest best buy (3 miles) 80% of the time its at the next best buy (12 miles). They have been a great place to go walk around and daydream about items, or to just go there and buy something.

I have had an excellent experience with the customer supprot at Best Buy. I would reccommend this retailer to all. The Best Buy Rewards Program is also outstanding and should be used by every consumer when making purchases.

Best buy is a great store and has the best customer service

We have been avid customers of Best Buy. We have bought major appliances, wide screen TV's and the small stuff like CD's.

The staff at the Altamonte store is very knowledgeable and courteous. We just love the place; which beats competitor prices.

Best Buy Rocks!

I am a big fan of Best Buy's open box deals! These are products that customers purchased opened and for what ever reason didn't like! You can get some great electronics for a big discount! The products still come with the same warranty and we have never had an issue with anything we have purchased over the years this way!

Love a deal

Best Buy has become my go-to store for help and information about electronics of all kinds. Every time I have gone in there I have been met by knowledgable staff who can help me find what I am looking for. I recently bought an LED TV and they gave me a great deal, plus they were able to deliver and set-up. They have walked me through a change I did with my set-up over the phone, as well. We have bought three digital cameras and a couple of cell phones at Best Buy. Again, their sales staff were very helpful. Their prices are decent and there's the added benefit that if anything should go wrong with a purchase, Best Buy is just up the road and can handle refunds and exchanges, no problem. We are now in the market for a new fridge and you can guess we will be checking out Best Buy.

I had some adware attach itself to my computer and I was at my wits end and I brought my laptop to my local Best Buy in Rapid City, South Dakota.

I was given really great help. I was told of the best way to fix the problem using WEBROOT to protect and fix my laptop. She saved me alot of money. She said that if she fixed it it would cost $120.00 just to look at it and alot more to fix it. I was glad she recommended the $60.00 Software to fix my problem. I was impressed with her knowledge of the software and its ability.

I brought the software home and put it on all my computers and it fixed all of the issues in all of them. Thank you!

I went in looking for a digital camera. They showed me what was available. They let me try it. They allowed me to use my phone to check reviews on the item I was looking at and everyone was very nice. I would recommend them for their customer service.

Best Buy is a reliable electronic store. When Wal-Mart , K-mart or Target doesn't have it Best Buy Does and always will. At Best Buy you can get prices you wouldn't get at any other. And don't even think about being on hold for 5 minutes not even 2 minutes but whenever i call they pick up on the first or second ring and transfer right away. Best Buy's employees greet you with a warm smile or a phrase guaranteed to brighten up your day. Cut a long story short if your looking for an organized, electronic store than go to best buy, the most cheapest, reliable, store in N.Y.C

The best and worst thing about Best Buy is their credit card.

You are able to finance items for 0% for a year sometimes (certain promotions). It is through HSBC but be aware, they do NOT operate like a normal credit card. I can call my other credit cards (even my other HSBC one) with disputes but you can NOT with the Best Buy card. Everything is handled by snail mail (not even e-mail or fax). Both the representative and your statement do NOT show details of your purchase so keep careful track of what you buy and return! Currently they have made a mess of my purchases and returns...so this is the worst aspect of Best Buy. BUT... the 0% has me holding on to their card for the no interest purchases!

Also ~ be aware that the sales representatives CAN guve you WRONG advise on what equipment to purchase... This happened to me MULTIPLE times, which is the reason for the credit card mess of purchases and returns that I'm in now. But again... the 0% is a temptation if you don't have the cash up front.

As far as their prices go, I am neutral. They are in the middle. Cheaper stuff available online if you search for it probably. The location of the store is very convenient for me though.

I bought a sony cybershot camera W330 yesterday and I got the same internet sale price in the store. I did not even have to argue with them. The sales people are very nice and professional.I always shop there and today I am going to buy a 55 inch sony TV.The overall rating for the camera is great.

Best Buy is by far the best electronics store. I go in there and it actually has people there that know the product. They also have the lastest tech and coveient locations. best Buy will be around for a long time

I was at a Best Buy store recently and an employee was very helpful in answering my questions about digital cameras. He took his time explaining several cameras in detail and was very courteous. Great Best Buy shopping experience!

NJ. They promptly answer their phones and get back to you when they state they will. Dan was extremely helpful in cameras.

Will continue to shop their and recently made some large purchases due to service.
