i love best buy, they always have all information on their online web site , hey even have a customer service online that help you instantly, you just but your cell phone num and it will call you instatly, they help you a lot, and until this moment i haven't had any complains on the product i have purchase wiht them, including my computer that i already have for a long time. the have the best prices nt including the coupons that you can find on their web site. A the stores that i have gone to, they really have excellen customer service.

My wife and I recently visited a Best Buy in search of a laptop cooling pad. A salesperson kindly greeted us in the computer section and after asking what he could help us with, promptly directed us to where we needed to go. At the checkout, the cashier was friendly and very polite.

I recently went to Best Buy to buy some movies when I saw it on the ads. I bought 4 movies and I thought it was an awesome deal. The only thing that I dislike was there was a different price for each of the movies. It would be more reasonable if it was all the same price. Also, the workers were very nice. Overall good experience!

Was in the market for a new laptop for work. I do a lot of network/business tasks so Apple was out of the question. Best Buy had even better deals for the Toshiba Satellite I was looking for than the Toshiba website did. Great price, in-store pickup to save on shipping and a better insurance plan.

Went to a best buy to buy a video camera and found one that fit the needs I wanted. I was ask what was I going to be shooting the most and at that point I was shown a camera that rocks indoors for filming sports indoor. Thanks guys so much for the help!!!

the employees who work in the appliance department are very knowledgable and very helpful. they are always in their area so you do not have to wait very long for someone to help you and answer your questions.

I feel best buy has a good business going. When i go to visit i am always put in a good mood by the atmosphere of the store. everything is very colorful and rich looking. The only thing that could be worked on is when you need help, it may take a moment to get some. Otherwise i believe best buy is a great store, and i love to shop there.

Purchased a 1100 watt. LG over the stove. Installed easy. Clock light and fan all work good, will not heat food. Well back off the wall and to the store today. LG Junk. UN happy. It was an open Item. Will not do that again.

BEST BUY is on TOP because of its employees, who then take care of its customers, who then tells their neighbor, who then go tells their mother, who then goes to the BEST BUY store and buys a TV. Then, the cycle of excellence begins again, and again, and again.

We visit Best Buy often and Im proud to say that the customer service is always excellent, employees are always helpful and available when you need them. They are very informed with the products they sell. Managers are very polite, stores are very clean and prices are very fair. Keep up the great job.

I am addicted to Best Buy. The customer service has always been excellent and they have the most up to date electronics and accessories. I've really enjoyed all our experiences.

I arrived with a goal to decide between 2 cameras. The sales person knew a fair amount about 1 of the camera and was clearly pushing me in that direction. He consulted with another salesperson who seemed to be more of an expert and was able in a short conversation to add value to the decision making process. Over all I was impressed with the amount of time the salesman spent with me and the working knowledge of the cameras.

I went into the store to purchase a new television set. Since it takes me quite a while to pick out a product, I was in there for about 1-1/2 hours. During this time, the salesman would periodically "check on" me. He didn't harrass me and let me do my thing. At the same time, he answered all of my questions.

Sales employees have been very helpful and patient, giving of their time and energy to someone who takes a long time to make up her mind.

|Best Buys is the only place I go to buy my electric and digital products: washer and dryer, camera, computer, accessories even movies and music. The aisles are spacious and well organized. But mainly the prices are unbeatable and the staff is always so friendly. I mean it...when I go somewhere and the staff is unfriendly, I don't return. Best Buy has friendly and helpful staff.
