When I came to purchase a laptop computer, there was noone available to help me out, had to wait for a long time until someone showed up. But when best buy representative showed up, he was very helpful and knoledgeble... Answered all my questions I had, that helped me decide on which computer I am going to buy.

One feels really great of having the opportunity to browse through the shelves thanks to this facility offered to us by the Best Buy. Rather than spending hours in the shop and getting lost between aisles/ products, you do that in the comfort of your own home, and not only is this a great asset but also you can have your item awaiting you at the checkout. I love this. Helps me save time and money. Also giving us the opportunity to have things shipped to the store for store pick-up is also very attractive. no loss of time, no hassle...clean job!

Furthermore, the shop assistants are always ready to help you out whenever yo have a question. It looks as if they know what's going on in your mind, and appear from God knows where just at the right time when you are looking for one or wondering how yo can find someone to ask....

whatis more, they show you different alternatives, explaining to the minutest details...and if they are stuck at a point, they immediately resort to the web page to find out more....I love this...and that's why I trust them. no tales but facts....

you are greeted with a nice warm welcome, and also a heartfelt farewell at the door whether you have purchased anything or not. I love this attitude, this makes you feel at home.!

I have bought so many electronics/ gadgets at Best Buy for a long time and so far they are still in their best conditions. I have in me digital cameras, recorder, laptops, ipods etc. and I am proud to say I bought them all in Best buy and no matter anywhere in the world I use them, they function so well. I sent these products and carry them to other parts of the world most of the time and I cant ask for more efficiency.

The staff are so helpful and nice, my store is in La Brea/ Sta. Monica. Best Buy also cares a lot to those customers who encounter problems by establishing the Geek Squad.

I would never get tired of buying products from Best Buy, no matter how other electronic stores offered their products in low prices, because Best Buy lives on its name it is truly the BEST!

Your website and stores are great. I especially appreciate the ability to purchase online and pick up at the store in order to avoid all the lines.

Best Buy is just one of those stores that a lot of the electronics you can try before you decide to purchase them. They always have video games on display, as well as the TVs, cameras, phones, laptops, and much much more. It is fun just walking in the store and playing with the expensive items just because you aren't paying for them, then also trying the items you are interested in buying. It gives a great feel for what you will be buying.

The iPad is a stunning, elegant and productive device. It is fast in it's response and the battery life is surprisingly long. It's useful in many areas including entertainment and as a business tool. The scren, picture and color are superb. A unique device in it's own category.

I enjoy going to Best Buy for all my electronic purchases. The employees, do not "hawk" you and let you browse freely. They do acknowledge your presence though! And the thng I love the most about the employees is that they arent just trying to sell you something, they have always given me their HONEST opinion. Which now a days, is a very rare experience. It is truly appreciated.

As far as the store is concerned, I never have to worry spending a half an hour searching through the isles to find what I want. It is clean and organized!

I HOPE BESTBUY STORES TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.FOR EXAMPLE SECAUCUS,NJ BESTBUY STUFF TO BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AND THE QUANITIY AND THE ABILITY TO RESERVE IT FROM HOME AND GO TO THE STORE AND PICK IT UP RIGHT AWAY.FOR EXAMPLE I NEED AN I PAD 3G SO I WILL GO TO THE BESTBUY WEBSITE SECAUCUS BRANCH AND SEE HOW MANY I PADS AVAILABLE AND BUY IT FROM HOME AND GO TO THE STORE AND TAKE IT.

I've been shopping at Best Buy since it first opened. I shop there because of the variety: T.V.'s, Computers, videos, music, etc. I have bought all of the above

The staff is also very knowledgable of the products they sell. There is always someone available to assist you.

The prices are compairable and can also beat out the other stores.

The stores are well stocked and kept clean. The bathrooms are clean too. Things are easy to find due to the labeling for each aisle, but again help is always available.

i believe that there service is as good if not better than what people expect. When i am in the checkout line and in a hurry they always seem to manage to get me through the checkout line and to my destination. Lastly i would like for them to keep at the same pace and keep doing what they are doing, which is excellent service.

The site provides what you need in this economy. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also they are less pushy than at most electronics stores. I always have a great time perusing the store and finding cool new gadgets. Prices are always nearly the best except for some online deals. Overall, have always had a great experience.

Whenever I am at a Best Buy store, I get the assistance I need right away. With such a wide variety of items to be purchased, there's always a reason to shop at Best Buy!

My husband & I have had the best service and pricing at Best Buy. Over the last 10 months we have purchsed a new computer, GPS system for my husbands truck, and a new washer. Everytime we have had questions, or price match or and other issues, Best Buy has been courteous, helpful, and able to resolve any issues immediately. We use the El Cajon, and Santee, Ca locations. I will recommend Best Buy for any electronic needs and encourage anyone to look to Best Buy first!!

My son and I recently purchased a Sony Vaio laptop from the Best but Store in Woodbury, Minnesota and this computer within 3 weeks had issues. Instead of making us wait for the new coputer to be serviced under warrenty by Sony, Best Buy stood behind the product they sold and they gave us a new sony vaio in exchange. This act of accountability is greatly appreciated, since my son uses the computer daily to keep up his excellent grades.

I greatly appreciate this reponse and this makes the Best Buy of Woodbury, Minnesota the first place I go for my electronic purchases.

Best Buy always has every electronic device I need. Their selection is always large with many different electronics to choose from. Anytime I need to get a gift for someone or buy something electronic for myself, I always go straight to Best Buy. I love their Rewards program because I shop there so much. It helps having rewards dollars to use there. The only thing I am not in love with is the employees can contact other stores to see if they have other items in stock, and they usually tell me incorrect quantities of items at other stores. Other than that, Best Buy is great!

The associates were very helpful in matching a price from a competitor during a recent computer purchase.

Bestbuy has its thumbs up and down. The service is great once you can get someone to help you. They also can have great deals such as ipod packages and new release movies are really a great buy.One thing i love about Bestbuy is the setup they are very organized so finding stuff is very simple.

I went to the local Best Buy with my new HTC Droid Incredible and wanted to add some accessories including car dock, car charger and screen protector. Two of the staff in the cell phone department spent all the time needed to track down and explain the right items and locate the best values of these options. This high level of service has been a consistent experience when I shop at Best Buy. I hope they never have to cut back on the employee training or the number of available staff to assist customers.

I was shopping for a HD flat screen for my son's christmas gift. It was about one week before Christmas, and the store was packed. I had a lot of questions to ask, and was sure there would not be a sales person to help me. I stood in front of the TV I was interested in and waited. An employee rushed by me and quickly blurted out, "you need help?", I said ya!, he said, "be right back", and rushed off with another customer. I was sure he would not return, as there were sooo many people shopping this day. I waited about five minutes, and guess what, he actually came back, spent about 10 minutes with me and was very helpful. It's not often lately you get good customer service, so this was nice.

I love Best Buy. One thing I love especially is their available protection plans. Yeah they seem like a lot especially if you're buying a new computer, but hey, think about it in the long run. Let's say you spend $300 on the Premium protection plan for a laptop. You're covered if you have accidental damage (even from handling), a bad battery, a lemon, viruses/spyware, manufacturing defects, dust, heat, and humidity damage, etc. Just think about it. If your screen goes out, that's easily $200-$300 to replace. With the plan, you bring it into any Best Buy in the country you bought it in and they take full care of it. You don't have to pay anything extra cause the plan INCLUDES parts and labor. Even shipping if its absolutely necessary. Usually shipping isn't necessary because they take care of everything in store. This plan is also used for TVs, cameras, iPods, etc. They have a plan for just about everything they sell. Don't ever pass up the opportunity to buy one! You'll definitely wish you had the plan if your electronics go out. Did I mention they even cover video games? Yeah if you scratch your games bring it in (if you have a plan of course) and they'll get you a new one!

As far as services go, they rock! Home theater installation, PC setup, they can't get any cheaper. The PC setup is awesome cause they make your new computer to where you don't have to do anything with it. It's just ready to go. No updates, nothing. They even put on antivirus and make recovery discs.

They also have this program called Reward Zone. It's free. Just sign up at checkout or online and they give you a card. Basically for each dollar you spend you get a point and when you get 250 points you get $5 to spend in store. Points build overtime and you can get a lot of store credit from it!

I just love how easy it is to shop at Best Buy. They are always soooo helpful and knowledgeable. I've come to know the folks at my local Best Buy very well. I'm honestly never dissatisfied with the amount of care I'm given there. I love Best Buy and will always continue to shop there.

When we were ready to purchase our first flat screen TV we did what everyone should do and checked out the Sunday paper for the Best Buy flyer. No other electronics store has the selection or quality name brand electronics that Best Buy Has - and no-one has the good stuff on sale! When we arrived at the store we brought the flyer with us and showed the salesperson what we wanted. He personally took us over to the TV section and gave us the one-on-one service that we deserve and stayed with us until the sales was completed. I have to say we had a lot of questions about the advantages of LCD, LED and Plasma screens - sizes, color matching and warranties. He took his time and answered them all. When we had made our mind up he rang up our sale and helped us pick out the accessories we would need to hook up our video gaming and Blue Ray player as well. The savings were better than every other retail store in the area and we were completely satisfied with the experience.

The best part was that they delivered it to our home - right up to our media room and set it up.

Talk about a turn-key experience!
