I love best buy. Their computer system to find blue ray movies is great, they have all the cool dvd's. Gret service for the sales people at the store.

While nothing is perfect, best buy is the place to go for electronics. When well stocked, they have everything you may want. They could keep things in more order on the shelves, as quickly as possible reorganizing for the next customer once people walk through and move things. It is tough to do, but I too often see employees standing around waiting for you to ask them for their help when they could do other things. All in all, I love going to best buy. I have critiques about it only because I wanted to be honest.

Amazing service

Best Buy really messed up on a Black Tie Service with my Mobile Phone. Everyone makes mistakes; it is how you recover from that mistake that counts. I turned in my broken mobile phone that has insurance. I offered to pay an additional fee to "rush" my request. Not only did they not send my phone off timely, they tried to cover up the facts.

Now that I know the their insurance is poorly supported, I will just order items over the internet. Who needs a store, if the store won't perform!!!!

For all of my tech buys I go to BestBuy. Their prices are low and affordable. I would trust no one else on quality and availability. I went in and immediately was greeted with a warm, kind smile by the woman at the front desk. She asked me if I needed any help. She helped me discover what truly was wrong with my computer. I am so greatful for her help and kindness. BestBuy truly has good people working for them. They are truly the best.

I purchased a Samsung HD TV and I had a great buying experience. Going into the process, I was uneducated about HD TVs, but the Best Buy representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am very happy with my purchase. Will definately go back to buy electronics!!

I had a gateway desktop, it was dying due to overheating. there solution was to put a tiny 80 mm fan that does nothing. works for like two month and goes to shut down mode due to overheating again. I had to install my own fans into the desktop because i didnt want to take it back to best buy and be without a computer for a month.

a poor job for the amount of time it took them to fix a problem that came back again.

It took me less then 20 minutes to install two new 120 mm fans for less then 10 dollars to buy.

Best buy's customer service is amazing! They help you find the right product and when it did not work took it back, open box! And they were so courteous!

Best Buy is the best electronic store. They have so many things on display for you to try. I like just going inside and browsimg each section for fun. Their prices are affordable and you hav a month or two if you decide to return something. I love the store.

The high markup on every item in the store makes the name almost ironic and the Geek Squad members are told they can only use certain methods to fix your stuff, even though they might know a better way. The salespeople are not well-versed in where things are, much less what they are, how to use them, or what to consider in deciding between items. If a product malfunctions while under warranty, they do everything short of saying "Look what you did- you broke a perfectly good [fill in the blank]". To be fair, there are some knowledgeable employees who actually want to help and are helpful, but the vast majority are not.

Best Buy has online coupons that can save you a bit with a little search.Prices are good too

The Best Buy located in Gretna/Harvey, Louisiana is one of the best stores I have had the pleasure of shopping in. They always honor their warranties and promises. I have never left this Best Buy store unhappy! I would (and have) recommended this store to my friends. I have had to return/exchange anything from a laptop computer to a DVD movie & I am always treated with understanding and respect. I LOVE THIS STORE!

I work for a cosmetology school and I use Best Bust all the time to get my computers, wifi, laptops, overhead speakers, PA systems, Projectors, printers, and camera accessories... Their rewards ponints system rocks too... Every Christmas I have so many points built up I shop there just off my points alone... I couldn't ask for any other all in one shop.. There is a reason why it's called Best Buy.... Because they are the best at what they cary & they keep up with the times.

My wife and I are moving to a place where we have to buy our appliances if we want them, that is. Refrigerator, washer and drier. We walked in with cash in hand and for some reason we couldn't get the staff's attention. I made eye-contact with two separate sales people and even began to try to hail one to no avail. I'm not keenly interested in hunting for a way to give my money to a place whose staff isn't courteous enough to ask me if I need assistance, so we went elsewhere.

I recently bought the Toshiba 19" LCD HDTV DVD Combo and I love it. It has a very clear picture, is easy to use, and has a very convientent built in dvd player. The only problem is the volume isnt very loud. But otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for.

I have always been a fan of Apple products. I love the Itouch, it provides me with lots of entertainment. I love the apps and touch screen. I would like to have an ipad they look very cool. Its going to be my next apple product.

I think there service was good but not great, like in the store they could be even more helpful. I think there item selection was good but not great, they could carry a little bit more variety. I think most of the stuff they do is good but not great.

I am very satisfied with my new samsung washer and dryers they are affordable dependable, and very attractive. I got to best buy for all of my electronics and they are all high quality and affordable .

When you are looking for an lap top or eletronic. best buy is the place to go. They have all the popular brands that you would want. The people there are kind and extremlly helpful.

Went in to the Warner Robins Store to find some PS2 things for my daughter's birthday. I had no clue where to begin. Not only did one helpful young person show me to the department, another assisted me while there. Then on the way to the check out, I found an ipod dock with clock for my daughter. It rang up, not at the sale price it was listed as, but at regular price. The young man that had helped earlier - Chris - was there to run back to see the sales information that was posted on the isle. He brought back the information, and I was able to purchase that item too at the sale price! The people who have been employed are knowledgeable and are so very helpful. Thanks Best Buy!

Whenever I stop by at Best Buy, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I love their wide selection of appliances and technologies; I always look at Best Buy first before stopping by anywhere else. The store located on Bluemound in Wisconsin (where I am from) has a great selection of anime DVDs, most of which can't be found around that area. Sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for, but my local Best Buy serves me well.

I was disappointed that the store in Tyler TX was out of stock 5-21-10. I will wait for them to restock.

I have always enjoyed the friendly customer service that is provided at the Burleson store. They are always friendly and efficient.

Best Buy is a good place to get most of your tech items but some of their items seem expensive compared to other online retailers, such as newegg.com Their customer service, however, is pretty good.

I purchased the Olympus Underwater camera and the warranty at Best Buy. This camera is great and takes awesome pictures underwater and on land. However, it is very sensitive. With constant use at the beach in Hawaii, it is used more often than I think its intended for other users that may just use on vacation or at the pool. I have had to take the camera in at least 5 times with the warranty for sand stuck in the battery, octopus ink getting in it, and just wear and tear. Best Buy has taken it back each time witht the warranty and repaired it. The last time, it was inrepairrable, so they gave us a new one!!! Best Buy is great and I will always go their first for any electronics. I have a ease and ccomfort knowing I will be guaranteed a good product and knowledgable staff or at least if the product fails I can return it for something better.
