I have purchased all of my electronic and household products at Best Buy over the past 10 years. I have been pleased with the support offered on the items and the knowledge bases of the persons who sold the products to me. I have bought computers, washing machines and dryers, vacuum cleaners, large screen and regular tv's. Our family uses the gift cards for most special occasion presents.

I went in the store with a problem with my kids DSi..the lady was so noce and helped out very patiently.

I was impressed with the knowledge and advice given buy the salesperson. Very friendly and spent enough time going through the different TV's.

I like best buys customer sercie although the eqipmetn and merchandise isnt all high end their customer service is and that is what reeled in my purchase and ongoing patronage.

I love shopping at best buy. These days it's almost impossible to get good customer service. Best buy is number 1 on my list for shopping electronics. One stop shop! Competive pricing in my best buy store allows me to get the best price in town without wasting gas or my time. I can always count on getting the best customer service from the moment I walk in and then leave. Employees are super helpful in all aspects of thier job including most of all product knowlede! I don't shop anywhere else when it comes to great prices, customer service and wide variety of quality merchandise. Thanks Best Buy for your store!

Best Buy offers good support on their products, has repair facilities that do a good job, and honor warranties. I recommend them as a source for your goodies.

I am a loyal Best Buy customer. I love their items and prices. The best part about shopping in Best Buy is the customer service. I believe it is the best service any store offers! The sales associates are very corteous and helpful with questions and general help.

Just got one last week from my wife and I love it. Used my netflix app to wacth movies with my family on a 5 hour car ride. The cost of the pad and the $29 dollar data plan paid for itself as pricless. I actually enjoyed the trip listening to the movies they were watching. It does not show flash video files which is annoying, and I fear a class action lawsuit against apple and att for changing the unlimited data plan a week after I signed up for the $29 a month.

I love the quality of the merchandise, the prices and the customer service provided. This will always be my store of choice for all our electronic needs.

I love Best Buy and it's my favorite store.

The Pros: BB has most of everything I want. Love the products that are offered.

The Cons: Sometimes in certain areas of the store, it's hard to find a sales person.

Love your prices best place to buy stuff

The Ipad is very cool and a joy to play with. I have only had the chance to play with it in the store, but concluded it is awesome. Better than other tablets you can get.

I love every experience that I have had at BB. I have shopped in almost every section and have found little to no competition price and quality wise. I always love the dvd selections and prices, as well as the sales. I wish there were more coupons, but the prices are already competitive.

When I went to your store to buy a ipod nano, it was very easy to find them. Your store is very well organized in where everything is located, and you signs help a lot!

I have never had any problems with Best Buy. The service has been very good. The products have been exactly what I have ordered. I like that they often run specials, making prices nice. I think Best Buy is a good company, and I will continue to do business with them.

Always very helpful. Lots of sales assoc. there to offer assistance, almost to a fault. They are continously asking to help you. Very clean and very organized. The manager spent a good 15minutes trying to help me and when he couldn't find what I was looking for he tried to help me find another store that could help even if it wasn't Best Buy. Best Buy has a good return policy, as one without a receipt may be able to return unopened products (restrictions apply). However in places where their is no walmart the closest competitor may only be a target, being that Circuit City closed Down.

Also, recently best buy was in the news for raising prices and lowering them to an "on Sale" price in order to lure in customers, a sort of classic bait and switch practice.

So though there may be some good aspects the customer today should always take a proactive stance when purchasing products, especially electronics.

I love how each Best Buy has multiple items on display to test. It's so nice when you are looking for something, and there are multiple displays!

I bought my computer speakers here few months back. They were simple awesome. I am planning to buy LCD TV very soon. The services they offer is excellent. Customer support, Technical staff, installation everything is very smooth with best buy.
