hey I really liked Circuit City and there wasn't a Best Buy any where near me. I wasn't too happy that BB drove them out of business, right about the same time Best Buy built a new location 2 miles from me and WOW! They're much better. Rock on Best Buy!

Best Buy is great! They always have what I want or need and the prices are always cheap! It seems like they always have a REALLY good sale! They have a really good selection and customer service is very good. Their website is very user-friendly unlike others, and is so convenient!! I love Best Buy!! I would never buy any electronics anywhere else!!

I have purchased alot of products from best buy.To name a few a vaccum,tv,a blu-ray dvd player,air conditioner,Wii gaming console,psp game,dvds,cds and probably more that has escaped my memory. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I have never had a problem and I'm grateful for that. The service I have had has always been the BEST! Thank you BEST BUY!!

I love going to Best Buy the guys/gals there are very knowledgable and they always help me find what I need.

I went in to best buy to buy a DVD and a ps3 game and as I was trying to find the DVD (the road) a best buy rep ask if I needed any help I said yes and she checked on the computer and the DVD was sold out. She told me more DVDs would be in the next day and I could buy on line and do a store pickup the next day she helped me do this at the best buy online site as I live about 15 miles away. As always Your young women and men are very good to help the customer. five stars From me I will always use best buy. again thank you for alway being there.

I purchased two HDTV's from BestBuy in Dover DE. and received very good attention from the salesperson, including unbiased information about several different HDTV's, pluses and minuses. He also had us set up for the Best Buy Reward Zone.

When are washer went bad we decided to go with a new energy eff washer and dryer. We found the Samsung ones we liked and Best Buy not only have the best price on them, had the best price on a long extended warranty and delivered sooner then any of the other stores could get it to use. Great purchase, love the prodects, fast delivery and hookup. Why only 4 stars, the guys who hooked it up didn't put any tape on the hose threads and it leaked right away. Not a big deal as I'm handy and fixed in two seconds but I thought it deserved 1 less star just for that reason

The thing I appreciate most about Best Buy is their price match policy. I love the service I receive at Best Buy and appreciate their willingness to stay competitive so I can continue to be a loyal customer.

Best Buy is one of the first stores I head to when shopping for electronics either online or in store. They have a wide assortment of electronics to chose from as well as movies, music, games, and appliances. Upon entering the store I am always greeted, and usually asked if I need any assistance finding anything. The store is always clean and well labeled so even if there weren't anyone working the floor items are easy to find. Online I find the site to be easy to navigate my way around and item selection is great. It is also simple to compare items just by clicking a couple buttons, and you could be looking at up to five items side by side. They carry a wide variety of items for home and office, and often have great deals on demo and opened items in store.

Best Buy is fun!! I love going in and playing the demos and being able to see display models in working condition.. Employees have improved in their customer service skills... I have always had positive experience with Best Buys from the northeast, midwest down to the southeast stores...

Best Buy is the best electronic store you can find. Their service to customers is great. I love their rewards program because I am constantly buying electronic equipment and it helps me save money. I like the displays so you know what you are buying and I think the prices are very reasonable. I love playing on the laptops and the touch screen computer! That among browsing the huge TVs and video games on display. I love going to that store.

upon entry to the store, I and my daughter were warmly greeted. we wandered around the store rather aimlessly lokking for the magic jack. Everyone (salespersons) appearedvery busy maybe i chose the wrong time or the wrong day. Stocking up day is a bad day. all but two people seemed short tempered. so just a quick hint do not go shopping on stocking up day.

My boyfriend and I came into the store with hopes of finding a HD tv and when we came in we realized that the store was closing within 20 minutes. As we quickly looked through the selection, we came across a sony that really caught our eye, as well as the price. We were helped right away by a young man who knew we had made our decision. He looked the product if it was instock and unfortunately it wasnt. so unlucky for us, we had to wait for the TV to be delievered to the store a couple days later. The order was fast and we were done purchasing our new TV right before the store closed. When we came in days later to pick up our TV, the same helpful man was there and had recognized us. He quickly attended us and got our new TV into our Van. He was so helpful in every aspect, I would refer him to anyone wanting to purchase anything within Best Buy. He really made our purchase and experience at Best Buy great!

Best Buy has a couple great things going for it. First, they always price match with any competitors and online, so you are always getting the lowest price. Also, they have a knowledgeable staff, so you know they are giving you advice on good products.

I wanted to purchase one of these products as a gift and wanted to speak with a customer service person at BB that could answer all my questions and concerns. I initially spoke to 1 sales person who actually didn't have the answers, but referred me to another one who was somewhat educated in these products. He started the demo for me, but when my questions were getting more detailed, he called over another customer service person who did have all the answers for me. I was very pleased with the experience I received yesterday at Best Buy. Keep up the good work.

I love Best Buy. The stores are always stocked with the items I want to purchase. The employees are very helpful as well. Best Buy is definitly the best place to buy an item. I buy the majority of my electronic items from best buy. They always have great deals and the warrenties always come in handy.

I have purchased items online for in-store pickup, which has always worked out well. The item has been there when I picked it up without issue. Occasionally the store has excellent in-store specials. I can usually find the computer equipment I need there.

Best Buy is a great place to go if you don't know much about the latest gadgets out there. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. When I was looking for my camera, they knew exactly which one would be my fit. Even when I was doubtful they didn't give up hope, they showed me new things that could have perked my interest. I would recommend Best Buy for anyone and everyone who is looking for help in buying the latest technology.

I hope that they will help me in my future purchases as well.

I really like Best Buy but I've gotten upset with them a few times for having something on their web site that isn't in any store in town. Not that it's sold out but that they don't have it and have no idea when they'll get it. When you want to buy something like an expensive camera and you're ready to make the purchase you should be able to walk into any Best Buy and expect to see pretty much the same thing as what's on their site but it's Never happened to me. However, Best Buy is very close to me and does stock the basics so I know I can count on them.

John was very helpful with the purchase of our items and when our deposit of a large check had not been made available by the bank, he was happy to assist in holding our items until the following day for the bank to release the deposit. A true pleasure having John as our salesperson. He was very informative and polite.
