I love Best Buy. They have a great selection of product and the people that work there are extremely nice.

I'm giving it 4/5 stars just because I prefer to shop In-store that way I don't have to pay shipping but hate it when things are listed available online and not in-store. Also I believe if it's on their site then they should have something like Walmart's in store pick up.

I have generally found their prices to be the best available at the time, with only occasional exceptions.

they all ways help you when you dont need hlep i love that about this place.

Our last two laptops were purchased from Best Buy, and they will help all they can to guarantee the purchase with the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Every electronic purchase we've made from there received helpful service if anything went wrong with the product! I love the rewards certificates that help lower the price of Nintendo and Wii games.Thank you, Best Buy!

The Best Buy store in Avon, IN is the best ever!! The sales associates are always friendly and knowledgable about the products. They're honest and don't try to sell me the most expensive item but the best item that fits my needs. You name it and we've bought it from Best Buy - and we've never been disappointed or dissatisfied.

This is a store that my family and I all enjoy going to together. Whether we go there with a mission to buy an item or simply to kill time, my husband can research the electronics he likes best, I can search through the newest releases of movies and dream about my next washer and dryer, while my children play a little Guitar Hero or whatever new video game maybe on display.

I have not had a bad experience at Best Buy! They stand by their product and their reputation!

Best buy is one of the greatest stores ever. they have such low prices. It is so cool that they will give away a ipad.

All of my experiences @ bestbuy have been pleasant. The associates & managers were very helpful & accommodating, they helped us get the best deal along with any free items that came w/ the purchase.

best buy is the only store that i really go to for all of my electronics needs i bought a computer there and hope to soon buy a new TV. the staff has been there to help me out when i need it with not the most price formulated advice but more so the advice i needed for my price range .

I've been shopping at Best Buy for years to buy everything I need.Best Buy has been my store for appliances,tv's,games,computers,dvd's,etc..I can find it all there & being a reward zone silver member pays off. I just bought the new Kodak Slice & used a $95 coupon on it. It was great.I found it cheaper at Best Buy than it was at Kodak.I refer all my freinds & family to shop there & they do.I'm even taking my mom visiting from Costa rica there now to shop for an Ipad to take back with her.

I always try to buy the protection plans. I got a deal on a 65" tv with a 4 year plan. Good thing I did because the bulb when out within year.It was a display tv I should add,so that plan came in handy..If I ever find something cheaper somewhere else,I'll just take that advertisment to Best Buy & they'll match it..No store can beat that..How can you go wrong? Especially when I'm just stacking up my reward zone points..I'm the winner in the end..

Really Seattle. I was given very short notice on a job request from a good client and I needed a quality backup hard drive that was Mac formatted, with high transfer speeds, reasonably priced, and I needed it in a hurry. I would have to pick it up after work to use for transferring video files the following morning. At lunch break I thought I'd check out Best Buy on line to see what they had. And what they had was a Mac formatted 500GB FW800 bus-powered Hard Drive on sale for $119.00! What! I order and paid for the hard drive on line, then designated pick at my local Best Buy. I drove over after traffic had died down and it could not have been easier. The people at Best Buy were calm, happy to see me and had the drive ready when I walked it. It was painless and I got exactly what I was looking. Thanks Best Buy.

When I was looking for a computer, I looked at several computers. I really liked the mac so much better than the Dell. I almost let a friend of mine talk me out of the Mac.

He's a die hard Dell Man, not to mention an IT Administrator.

I decided to follow my gut! When he saw the Mac in action he was amazed at the performance. He even went so far as to say he'd regretted his recent per chase of his new Dell.

Since the time I also bought a Bose speaker system, I'm very pleased with both.

Now I'm considering yes, another buy... ipad.

I love Best Buy and have purchased all Apple products I own through the store! Knowledgeable staff with cameras and computers.

Best Buy is a decent B&M overall. The good thing that the larger stores have is the Magnolia. This is the high end home theater section that has the 82" mitsubishi and the projectors. Although I did not get my 73" from a BBY, I did go to see and test the tv at a store that had a Magnolia. Also, if you own a home, Best Buy has a MUCH improved selection of higher end appliances. They have the stainless steel ranges that are gas and are drop ins and not all in one with the range and oven. The washers and dryers and much better and most models are the front load and not the top load. BBY has improved its stores since the downfall of Circuit City. I used to go to Famous Tate and other retailers for higher end things for a home, but BBY has slowly started to enter this space and I think it will be good for the consumer.

the customer service was awesome because the were actually glad to help me they didn't pout or say i dont know at the time to get out of it they actually took the time to tell me the amount so i could get what i was looking for.so thats by far the best customer service i have been through i am going to be doing more business with best buy more often

I visited the Best Buy in Peoria, IL last week, looking for an electronic device. The person helping me was from a different department, but he stayed with me until my item was found. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. The item worked great and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The main thing I like about Best Buy is their prices. Their prices are reasonable compared to other stores. They provide rebates also.This is a plus in our economy. When I walk in the front door, the employees greet me and say hello.That makes the customers feel important.

I've shopped at Best Buy for several years and have purchased two computers and two cameras from them. The Geek Squad service is a great service that I've had to use a few times, unfortunately. But all was resolved to my satisfaction.

When I visited Best Buy last time the workers were very helpful. They greeted me right when I walked in the door with a great big smile on there face. They were neatly dressed and smiling the whole which made them easy to approach. I felt like everyone was just waiting to help me. And when I went to ask someone where the video games were they showed me exactly where they were instead of just saying 'let me get you hooked up with electronics' Everyone was familiar with the store which really helped. After they showed me where the games were they even stayed behind to help me look for it to make sure I found it. And when I didn't find what I was looking for the person went over on the computer and looked it up in the stores itinerary. Though I ended up not finding my game, I felt that it was successful as I was walking out of the store. EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL! Thank You Best Buy

I visited Best Buy in Culter Bay Miami florida a week ago in the computor dept. looking to buy a laptop sales associate robert leggs at best buy 556 was very helpful, show several laptops and show the difference in price and performance he tock the time to explain and was very courtesy and proffessional this shows good customer service and reflect good service to best buy and i would reffer family and friends to this computor specialist because he went beyond his job requirment and this makes a differnce in today busy and fast going sales world. Please advise his manager of his outstanding work.

I love Best Buy. Any time I shop for electronic or computers that is the first place I go. There staff is so knowledgable and friendly. When my computer went down I took it to the Geek Squad and withing a few days they had me up an running.

During the holidays when there is so much stress the staff still has a smile on their face and ready and willing to help with any problem the customer has.

I would be lost if my Best Buy moved or closed I'm like addicted to the store in a good way.The only thing I am unhappy about right now is I am trying to purchase an IPAD and for the past 2 months the store has been sold out. Im so sad because I was supposed to get mine for my birthday and I still cant get one. Other than that issue still love my BEST BUY store. Go Blue n Gold LOL
