I purchased a Sony Cybershot 12.1 mega pixels with intelligent auto and still image and do not regret it! A little costly at the time, but well worth it. I just returned from vacation and all of my pictures turned out clear with the appropriate light. I loving it!

My PC had virus. I could not get onto my PC. I brought the PC into the GEEK Squad. They were able to get all the information off my hard drive. Save onto several disks. Then they reconfigured my PC. My PC is working great!!! Thank you GEEK Squad!!!

I Chenea Coleman am a regular customer at Best Buy. I go for the latest technologies, the latest games for the wii and just to see whats new all the time. After seeing this opportunity with submitting a review, I sat back and thought about what I could say about Best Buy overall. As I thought about it, i must say that nothing bad came to mind at all. I always have the best customer service. Not once have i went into Best Buy and wasnt acknowledged, helped, and then left satisfied. The store is always clean to its best ability between people coming in and out. The store is always up on the latest big things and the prices are always amazing! As a person working in an environment that has customers in and out daily, I respect how well that Best Buy is ran. I would definately without a doubt give Best Buy five stars.

Best Buy is my husband's and my favorite place to purchase electronics. The staff is always helpful and the prices are great.

I went in looking at new cell phones and a new laptop. Cell phone people were very eager and helpful with my somewhat detailed questions. The laptop people were uninterested in my needs. I had done my research ahead of time so I knew what I wanted. They seemed more concerned with selling me upgrades and coverage instead of the laptop. They must be on commission

I love the friendly service and knowledge of the products. They were very helpful at picking out a base for my car.

I found out today that the motherboard on my laptop is fried. I was told that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than replace it. This all happened at a different place, not Best Buy. This place is more of a service kind of place for computers, so their selection of laptops was minimum. So I went to Best Buy to check out more laptops and prices and such. Shortly after I walked in the door, a floor person asked if I needed help, so I told him what was going on. At first he pointed to the laptops, but then I think he realized it would be smarter to walk me over there instead of just point. But after I got over there, he seemed anxious to return back to his spot. He told me that if I had any questions to just ask, instead of walking with me and asking what I was looking for, etc. There were a lot of customers, especially on the laptop/notebook aisles it seemed like, and the sales reps all seemed busy, so when I DID finally have a question (which, it wasn't a big one, just a price question), no one was around/available to answer. But, I understand they have their designated areas and they were pretty covered up with other customers. So I give it 4 out of 5. I still enjoy going to Best Buy every time, despite how busy they are.

To put it bluntly... Best Buy has every product you could ever want. Their employers do everything to make shopping at their store fun, and yet easy! All within a comfortable price range. I give this store five shining stars for their expertise. What can't you buy at Best Buy?

Best Buy is wonderful. From the moment you walk into the store, you are welcomed! You are asked if you need help at least every 5 minutes. They are the Best!

Best Buy is every man's (and some women's) dream store. It is the go-to place, the "WalMart" of electronics and accessories. While sometimes overpriced in certain categories (DVD's, Music), it usually offers a variety of sales and discounts that rival even the cheapest of online competitors. In store, staff is usually available to help with finding products and answering questions. The BestBuy Rewards Club is an excellent way to earn bonus coupons. Overall, the experience at Best Buy has the benefit of a large variety of products while at the same time being in a higher price range.

Everytime i go to a Best Buy i always find what i need. The workers are well informed on all their products and are incredibly helpful. I recently bought a new GPS for my dad for father's day. The man that assisted me helped me pick one out that was suitable for him and i got it at a great price. My dad absolutely loved it. I am never dissapointed with Best Buy.

I ordered the laptop online and went to pick it up. The sales representative was very helpful and told me all the reasons why this was a good computer, as well as negatives of the computer. I left the store feeling confident I had made the right choice,

Best Buy, in my opinion, is the best place to go for electronics. They always have a wide variety of diff. and cool things. The best is the fact that they have a little section in the back with all mac, so its like walking into an Apple store! You can always find the newest products there, and the friendly staff with surely assist you around the store!

We have always found the staff at our local Best Buys to be very helpful and this was the case when we went in to buy a big screen TV. We had an idea of what we wanted but the employee gave us information that helped us decide between the types of flat screens so we would have the product best for us. We have loved the TV and it is due in part to the help and information we received at Best Buys.

It seems that with the closing of Circuit City, Best Buy has stepped up its client service. Associates are friendlier, more helpful. The level of expertise, though, is still not up to par.

When you walk into the store there is always someone to greet you and ask you if you need help which really saves time. Then it feels like home in a nice clean enviroment as you look at the things you need. If you ever want to save time at an appliance store go to Best Buy....

There are plenty of sales and lots of promotions.

However, in some cases there are Best Buy is more expensive than its competitors. The variety of some products are really poor while the other stuff could be found with different brands...

Totally, I believe that Best Buy should increase its advertisements. It should work more on finding popular devices and attract the customers with them. e.g. if tomtom GPS, a specific model is so popular in society, it should announce a great on that and offer some other objects besides it!

always helpful, stores are always clean and fully stocked. best prices around and the atmoshpere is never intimidating or pushy.. i love this store.. it is on the expensive side though..

Best Buy is my FAVORITE store and it is awesome. They have everything you could want. They always help you and tell you what the best deal is and what the best price is.

I had the opportunity to purchase a DVD player and recieved lots of info from a very knowledgable employee. Great service but the store was very busy and it took some time to get helped.
