I always compare compare and then compare again. When I went to buy my laptop Best Buy certainly had the best deal for what I was looking for. They had the friendliest and most knowledgeable customer service. I just love the GeekSquad! Anytime I have a problem I know who to call. They also have an awesome rewards program!

Our family have been customers of Best Buys for longer than we can remember. Oouch, that shows our ages. Sure we shop around on high ticket items, but we always seem to end up right back at BB's. There's just something about the way the store is organized, the specials, the people that are quite knowledgable about the products, especially the tech toys, that makes going to other places what seems like a wast of time - something we have little of nowadays.

When I was looking for the perfect Father's Day gift, I thought that Best Buy was the perfect place to shop for the man that has everything.

Looking around the store many employees stopped to ask me if they could hep me. I looked at laptops, cameras, and cell phone acessories. Everyone that helped me had knowledge in their department and helped me make the best decision for a gift that my husband would have never bought himself.

I was so amazed by all the technical detail and explanation of functions the employees had, almost as if they were born with the knowledge.

I can say with confidence that I will be returning to purchase a little something I saw for myself.

What can I say about "Best Buy". In a short few words its a great place to go to for ALL my electronic needs. Phones and cameras are my things. Its nice to have a place to go to to get my charger replaced and refill cards for my Virgin Mobile phone. Without my phone or my camera would not get through my week, let alone get through my day's.

They have great selection and prices, although there prices are not the best they make up with it by knowing what they are talking about and more services.

I love Best Buy, their employees are always so helpful and their stores are always so well stocked. Besy Buy has amazing sales and most of my nieces and nephews ask for, and receive gift cards for all of their special occasions. I can pretty much bank on the fact that if I need a game, movie, accessory or specific gift, Best Buy will have just what I want!

Very pleasant store to shop. Very rarely is something out of stock. Salespeople are always friendly and can answer most questions.

ive been buying almost all of my stuffs for best buy,from softwares,to tv,to kitchen appliances and all other electronics,i have a best buy rewards and the points ive accumulated are great gives me discounts or even get things for free by using my points,also the staffs are very helpful,like one time i wanted to buy a hp touchsmart but the store i went to has no stock but still i was able to purchase it from there and pick it up in another store in the same day, how cool!!!

bestbuy is a great place if you want great things at a low price. i go to best buy and the people that work there has great hospitality and are always kind. if you cant find something they will come and help you find exactly what you are looking for. bestbuy also has great deals with there products. i recremend bestbuy to anyone who wants something and dont want to break there budget.

While it's not impossible to get products comparable to the Best Buy selection for lower costs, I like Best Buy for the store's user-friendly website and decent values. While shopping at a physical store things are orderly, well maintained and aisles are sufficiently spacious for a holiday crowd. I am also a great fan of their rewards program, where I feel I do get value out of being a loyal customer to them; getting rewards coupons worth $30 and upwards when I do buy electronics that are a bit more costly.

The one thing that I can honestly say is annoying is their on-site customer service reps. You consistently have to seek one out and there is never one at hand in their own department, minus the cell phone kiosks. We are avid computing systems builders and have a general love for electronics so when we frequent a section such as televisions or computing systems, it would be nice if there were someone on hand to ask if we needed help for any reason even IF they feel we're not ready to purchase something. I bought 2 macbooks in a 2 week time span from one of the stores, no thanks to any of the associates. I was appalled at having to consistently track someone down. I also went there several times to do my research on the product before plunking down some serious cash. Since I did not finance it, it was important that I get answers. No one offered assistance from 3 different stores, and 1 that didn't even carry the line citing some nonsense about a Mac store being a few miles up the road. As a consumer that drove a hefty distance to look for the expensive notebook, it is pretty needless to say I was less than thrilled.

Other than this one (but very important) negative view, I find that I value the store when it comes to buying an item from them. Surpassing much more reasonable online and physical stores such as CompUSA and NewEgg.com, I have opted to go to Best Buy to reap the positive benefits as recently as today.

When I need expectronics I check Best Buy first because I know that even when I do comparative shopping I get the best service, at tyeh best price for the product. Best Buy sells value which for me as an educated customer is what I'm after.

I like Best Buy, I went in today looking for a reasonable priced laptop since my Dell needed a new HHD and was unrepairable. I walked in and a sales associates was very helpful he recommended a Toshiba i3 500GB-15'6 that just came in and it was priced at $599. He explained the product features and he also recommended Windows Student MS Office I may need for my line of work. I really liked the laptop and it has cool features. Having shopped on line for the past few weeks, I found out that Best buy has this product at the cheapest price compared to other retail stores. It's a very good deal. I would recommend others to go and check it out!

Always have a pleasurable shopping experience. I have purchased several things at this store and, inspite of it's location, will go back again. It's difficult to get to in rush hour traffic!

I had stopped in the Best Buy In Burlington, MA and found the personal extremely helpful. I was not sure which camera I wanted but they helped sort my needs out with ease, humor and plenty of testing and information. Unfortunately the store and warehouse was out of this camera. So they showed me how to go online and order it. the price was excellent and ordering was very easy. I am a happy camper!

I like best buy, though it is sometimes hard to find help when needed. I love the buy online, pick up in store feature, it works quickly and well. I have never had a problem using this service. Their prices are competitive, and the help, when found is friendly.

I was well greeted when I first entered into the store. The service was great when I purchased my laptop, and the workers awensered all of my questions. It was very busy when I was in the store so I had to wait to be helped. The workers need to ask more customers if they need help with anything. I am very satisfied with the product I bought and where I got it from.

I have had many experiences using Best Buy, and never did I have a complaint. The excellent staff and layout of the stores never fail to impress.

Two days ago I went to best buy to get a laptop. Not knowing what it is I required, I asked the staff. I could tell instantly that they knew everything about the products they sell, in 10 minutes I knew all I needed to know about gaming laptops, and went to the desk to see the few choices that the sales associate narrowed it down to. I ended up getting an Asus - Laptop with Intel Core i7 Processor. This laptop, unfortunately was only available on the Best Buy website, feeling bummed that I had to wait for it to be shipped in, I went on the site, and bought it. I found a coupon online for free shipping, and found that it was at my door in under a week. I was very impressed.

One star is missing, simply because of long lines in the store, otherwise, Best Buy is my Number One choice when buying electronics or games.

Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted. While shopping the sales associates were very help full and polite. When I found what I was looking for the price was closely comparable to other stores for similar products. Finally the check out process was quick and painless.

I went into the Destin, Fl Best Buy and after waiting over 36 minutes for assistance in mobile phone I was done. Done definately not in a good way. I waited and waited and waited AND WAITED patiently and quietly to be assisted with the purchase of a blue tooth. I felt as though I must have been invisible there was only 2 people ahead of me and it seemed as though the Best Buy staff tried their darnest to over look me. When I mentioned that I had been waiting at that time more than 30 minutes I was told, "Yeah we get pretty busy in here." Ok maybe it's me but having less than 15 people in your store does not constitute busy to me. Like I said In Out Done. I will NEVER return to that location.

Being a customer who wants the best value for the best price leaves no other place to shop but Best Buy. When you're here you are offerred a complete line of goods and services - and advice about purchases. Selecting from what is offerred is made easier with the help of Geek Squad and other customer service representatives!
