I have purchased many items over the last couple of years we have had a best buy in our area. Electric stove, dryer, Phones, Ipod,computers,GPS,big screen TV. vaccum cleaner, and many smaller items.

The positive points of dealing with best buy are

I went looking for a Wii, Beatles, rock band, had the money but the reps. I spoke to were not really clear on the contents or the quality of the system. So, I decided to go back home and google information online. In big name stores of this capacity, sales reps should be trained to sell the product, but they have to know about it and have some experience with it. For these games systems, reps. should be given some professional development time in order to be able to sell a product with total confidence. Neat appearance, cordial personality and a warm welcoming smile go a long way too!

I recently bought a new digital camera. Didn't know much about them and the salesperson at Best Buy could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and helped me buy the best camera for my needs.

The Best Buy in Rockville Maryland has staff that know their stock and try hard to find just the right combination of computer equipment for the customer, I returned within a few days to exchange one component because I changed my mind and once again received excellent service. Too often, sales staff don't know the stock or don't care. They were not trying to sell me the most expensive laptop, monitor, etc -- they were trying to find the most cost-effective solution for me. James is excellent.

Recently purchased LG Range, Microwave & Dishwasher; no pressure sales & informed employees REALLY made an impact on our decision to buy from them. Rewards program a bonus & special sale of 2 or more appliances, as we only paid approx. $50.00 for the micro after discount. Other store's personnel too pushy & didn't seem to know as much about their products.

The people at this bestbuy are so nice. They looked up when the new xbox was coming and told me that they would call me when it was in. This bestbuy in Monroe louisiana by Pecanland Mall Rocks. These people in my opnion need a raise. Yall have trained these employees well.

I shop at Best Buy for my two college age sons and techy, music loving husband. I have found the stores to have a great selection and excellent weekly deals. Watching for the "Advertised Special" prices on the hang tags makes it unnecessary to read the weekly sale fliers. I go to the store with a purchase in mind then find the sale item. I have gotten great deals on thumb drives, I-pod accessories and laptop accessories this way.

Best Buy is great about record keeping. If you purchase something as a club member your receipt is forever saved. I have been able to prove purchases merely by giving my phone number. Also, after purchasing a protection plan then needing in for earlier generation I-pod battery problems, I found that they kept the record of my purchase plan and I did not have to dig out my copy. Great service!

The only problem I have had with Best Buy is that the "points" accrued rarely result in any decent discounts. There are too many exceptions and limits on them.

Stick with the advertised specials and enjoy the purchases knowing that you will be able to return or get great service at Best Buy.

Technically unsavvy, I still wanted to surprise my husband with a new flat screen computer. The associates at Best Buy spent about an hour as I compared cost, brand and performance capabilities. Overall, four associates helped me to find the best emachine computer to fit our needs. I purchased an entire new system including speakers and printer because it was such a killer deal.

The installation alone was worth the cost. The geek squad cleaned up our old computer and transferred all our files effortlessly. My husband was surprised to say the least and said that the new flatscreen was "life-changing." THANKS GEEKS!!!

If I need something today I just go there. I used to shop more at CC but now their gone. BB is the place to go for the latest and greatest tech and see it in person. They have great warranty coverage, its where I bought my Iphone 32gb 3GS last year hassle free. I just bought my Sony TX7 digital cam there on sale that rivaled online prices. I purchased a LG microwave oven for my son who resides in New York. The purchase and shipping was carried out with the help of a customer service rep. who was knowledgable, helpful and most of all quick.

In no time at all she had set me up with a best buy credit card, which saved me 10% on my purchase, located the nearest store to my son, and arranged shipping. All this was done from the Everett, Washington store. Bottom line is you have another satisfied customer.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of the console's performance based on the reasonabley low price offered by Best Buy. The amazing graphics and features leave me no regret of paying the price that I had done. I look foward to visiting Best buy many times more to explore the endless supply of electronic fun that I have always wanted to encounter.........

I am very dissatisfied with the service one receives after you buy something. For Example, I bought a Dell lap top. I had a lot of problems with it. First with the lap top itself and then with the software they sold me. Every time I took it back depending on who was working is what kind of service I received. It seemed like once they had my money who cares. In respects to the software problem, after several trips back, one of software sales reps suggested I remove the software and my problems stopped. I then tried to return the software but I was told it was more than 30 days so they would not take it back or even give me store credit. I was able to figure out the problem when they could not and still they would not admitt their mistake.

The thing I like most about Best Buy's site is the in-store pickup option. This is a quick, convenient way to research and compare at home while still getting your latest tech toy right when you want it without waiting for shipping. Plus, you can still take advantage of online discounts or coupons. While it's a good idea to get a feel for where their regular prices stack up, they generally do ok. Sales staff is also typically very helpful, and I feel pretty good about the range of selection they carry.

I love Best Buy because it has everything electronics. You don't have to go to different stores to go different things - it's all there. Some stores only have tv's and stereo systems, others only have games and game systems - Best Buy has it all!

I like Best Buy because they give it to you straight with :no bull". My experience with the store in Glen Burnie,Maryland has been nothing but positive. I find that the sales staff is knowlegeable, and curteous. They seem to go out of their way to find many different ways to assist you and help you work out a problem you might be having with merchandise that you have either bought from them or elsewhere. I can then make an informed decision.

On the negative side, sometimes I find their prices are a bit more than when I search online or discount stores. But, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

It's the icon of the electronics retailers! What would we do without it? Great selection. But watch for the house brands, I found the Blue Tooth adapters were not so good and more expensive than other stores. Are they getting Tooo Biiig? I don't assume they have the best prices anymore.
