I love this store the sales guys are so cool we go to this store a lot and they know me and my fiance by name. I bought all of my aplliances and televisions from here and they gave me an awesome deal!

I have had a credit card now with Best Buy for 4 years. Every year on Black Friday we seem to max it out because of all the great deals Best Buy has going on. When we shop they on occasions, we are treated and greeted with great respect by all sales associates. We really love going to such a great business to get all our electronic needs. Thank you.

I find that Best Buy has it all, from inexpensive items like speakers and chargers to all out high end LCD and LED tvs., and the store is layed out great, all things are sectioned where you can see all the different manufacters and styles. Have always found what i needed for the price i could afford.

My recent visit to a store in Corpus Christi Texas, I had a wonderful experience with a sales clerk in the camera section. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the different models and the differences between them. She made what I thought was going to be difficult into a real pleasure.

Best Buy has really improved their customer service. I am again shopping there.

Best Buy is overall a good place to purchase electronics. I have always found what I am looking for and at a competitive price. I have never had to return any faulty products, which is a plus. The only problem I have had is finding someone to help if I have questions. The search for help is annoying, but once you find someone they usually know the answer to the question or find someone who does.

The stores are clean and organized.

The Customer Service department personnel were very helpful in assisting me with replacing an item that was originally bought about a month ago. I initially thought that I would have to absorb the loss of the money spent but to my surprise I didn't have a problem returning it. Thanks Best Buy!

When you need to find something NOW, without having to hoke & poke around and HOPE you are getting the right thing,then go to Best Buy.

I was looking for a car charger/converter for my iPod so I could listen to music in my car, and charge my iPod at the same time.

I had previous visited 2 other stores that said "oh, yes, this item here is just what you are looking for." I get it home, and, wrong, didn't perform as told.

So I went to Best Buy today. Their staff greeted me and when I told them what I was looking for, lead me right it. And it performs perfectly!

So if you need electronics AND help ensuring what you get is the RIGHT item, go to Best Buy. I have never been disappointed.

Best Buy is pretty awesome. The employees are always willing to help. I dont think I have had any problems with best buy. They usually always have what I need.

6 months ago I bought a 32" LG TV and I love it! I put it in my shop and my patrons enjoy it every day. I've had absolutely NO trouble with the TV and the colors are perfect. I fully intend to purchase another just like it as soon as I can and use it in my home. The salesperson was a HUGE help and very knowledgeable. Thanks Best Buy.

I have shopped at Best Buy for years and it is only in the last year or so that I have noticed that their level of customer service has been raised to a high level. They stand out above many of the other stores selling the same items. I am really impressed with their attention to me, the customer. Being in customer service and management myself, I notice even the smallest things that they do to make the customer satisfied. I had a clerk call several stores to find the inventory I needed when I purchased a new t.v. They also treat you with respect and give you their utmost attention. I tend to shop at Best Buy now consistently because I care about the service. The customer service at many stores has decreased. In an age where it is difficult to find good customer service, Best Buy's name says it best: Best Buy, Best Service!

Great Sales team

Usually some of the best prices around. The checkout people don't tend to value politeness but the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable in their area. I bought a TV and have never had any problems. Now I'm looking for a netbook and will probably go here - best selection and good warranties.

From first walk in I feel a sense of security due to the presence of an on call police guard by the doors, and this gives me a more comfortable shopping experience. The store has an amazing selection of items and I can always find an employee to help guide me to what I need. The layout of the store is simple and yet focused; I don't feel I have to walk a mile just to get from the computers to the mp3 players. With regard to returns, I had great customer service with no hassle at all when I returned (twice) the a faulty screen protector for my phone. Overall, I enjoy walking, if even just to browse, into an air conditioned and clean carpeted Best Buy.

I personally am not too impressed with the customer service that I have received at the Best Buy locations, but I love the fact that I can go to one store for most of my electronic needs. I enjoy their website and I like shopping there.

i had a very good experience at the best buy in north haven ct. the employees were very helpful in explaining the different types of air conditioners we were interested in. they took there time in helping us and did not pressure us in our purchase. i would highly recommned the store to my family and friends.

Best Buy has a good in-store set-up to get items that you find on-line or in catalog. The merchandise isarranged in sections with big readable signs on top of each section, and if you just can't find what your looking foror just need it fast ask any one that works their and they will help. The people that work their are usually quite helpful.

One of the best things at Best Buy are their prices, not only do they have lower prices than their competition if a major applaince is sold lower some were else they will match the offer.

They also usually have sales and coupons that help save some money.

The Reward Zone program is another thing Best Buy does to for their costumers and signing up is free and easy. The benifits of having this account is you get many offers and if you spend over 250$ within a year you get a 5$ gift certificate back.

Best Buy is an outstanding retailer for you electronic needs.
