I LOVE BEST BUY BUT SOMETIMES IT TAKES AWHILE TO GET HELP.I HAVE NOTICED THEY SEEM MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEN THEY USED TO.I WISH THEY OPENED ALITTLE EARLIER BEFORE WORK MAYBE LIKE BUSINESS PEOPLES HOURS (LIKE SAMS CLUB) WHERE ONLY BUSINESS OWNERS COME.WISH THEY HAD NICER TV STANDS MORE HIGH END.

I've been going to best buy for quite some time now. The employees their are awesome, sometimes.. There have been many times when I go to best buy's and don't intend on buying anything and employees being very nice to me asking if they can assists me in any way, it just so happens that when I actually do go there with intention on buying a product, all the employees seems busy lol, almost as if they got no time to help me out. Soo idk, best buy is a hate it or love it thing. More love than hate though lol, I love the things they sell there and the price they sell it at (especially during sales and the discounts they have, not to mention the online coupon codes lol). Overall, best buy is a great place to do your shopping for electronics, it just happens that I don't get the attention I want at times when I do plan on purchasing something lol.

Had a good time at BB getting my Wii .They were every helpfull.

I went into the store looking for a new i pod touch. I had many emoloyees ask me if i needed assistance and how i was doing. The employees were ery knoweldgeable and respectful. Overall my vivit to Best buy was worth while.

I had been to Best Buy with my friend for getting the digital camera. The hospitality and service was excellent. I liked the variety and arrangement of the shop. Loved shopping at best buy.

I went into the store today to purchase a computer and theyd didnt have the one I wanted that was advertised in their add. i chose another one and they didnt have that one either. They also didnt have in stock the webrout virus protector that i wanted. This store actually just didnt have anything in stock that I so simply wanted-even when I made another choice. I upgraded and bought a differant computer. and diff color than I wanted. Selection was bad, service was poor and slow and absolutley no stock available. Not sure Im going to really like the comptr I bought and i spent more than I wanted !!!

I've only had great shopping experiences at Best Buy. At the beginning of this year, one of their sales clerks sold me a Nikon D3000 at the Hancock Bldg. Chicago Store. Even though I had forgotten to tell her that I had a seen a discounted price online until after the sale was finalized, she was gracious enough to take me to customer service and make sure that I got my US$50,00 discount from the camera. She helped me put it together as I was completely dumb when it came to SLRs then... Quite helpful indeed!! Thanks BestBuy!!

They think everyone entering this store is a thief. The tech support doesn't know its blankety blank from a hole in the wall..It doesn't hire hardly any women. They quote you one price and charge another.

AND BE CAREFUL!! If you buy something at one store, they are LOATHE to refund you at another store. They want to issue you a check...even when you paid cash.

What is the use of a review column if there is nobody from the Best Buy Customer relations on the other site to answer the complains?

I am on my third Sony laptop that was purchased at Best Buy, and never once did Best Buy or Sony let me know that all three of these machines had/have recalls on them. I am extremely unhappy with Best Buy, they treated me like I was their enemy, and I am an extremely loyal customer. Oh, just so everyone knows, Sony has recalled about 20 million Vaio laptops, but yet no one knows about it....how could this happen in today's day and age? I would give Best Buy a negative five stars if it was possible, but I'll have to settle for no-stars.

this is all new to me but i am going to give it a shot. We have been shopping at best buy for over 6 years now and every time i go there for one thing i end up with serveral more then the norm. After hurrican IKE my family was hit really bad and we lost 6 tv's and 2 computer due to water getting into the outlets. So best buy had such wonderful deals that we were able to replace all the tv's with and additional one added and 2 computers. I always go there to find the movies of my dream and i haven't been disappointe yet. My family and I have alway chose Best Buy over Circuit City so it didn't suprise me when they closed down. Best Buy has always had what i wanted when i wanted it and for a good price. SO keep it up and continue to give deals like this because i didn't know anything about this to someone mentioned it from the store.

Today, I shopped at Pentagon City's Best Buy. The service in appliances was outstanding. Martinez could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Every time I go into my Cypress, Texas Best Buy I always get great service. I purchase items here for my mobile video game business, so I spend approximately 8-10K there per year. Staff is friendly and knows their products

I bought my LiveScribe Pen from Best Buy, along with the warranty. That was a few months ago, it was needed very badly, I had been enrolled in college for a semester and I was not able to keep up with my professor while I was taking notes. I came across the pen about a year ago and was hesitating to buy it. While I was checking out the information on the box of the pen, one of the sales clerks came over to assist me with some information about the pen. She explained how much it had helped her in her college courses. I bought the pen, took it home, gave it a test drive and I have not had any problems at all.

Whenever I go into any Best Buy stores, I never have any issues, the sales clerks are always helpful AND are around when you need them the most!! I will never buy any electronic devises from any other store BUT BEST BUY!! I am always SATISFIED!

I once had to buy a $120 DVI cable here.

With sales and coupons they are ok, but I'm afraid they are a last resort at best.

There are many items and good prices.

I am shopping for a new washer and dryer, problem is I have a small space that won't allow for most w/d combos. The guy who helped me insisted that only the 1 pc. combos would work, but I knew that wasn't true. If he would have taken the time to look it up he could have had a sale, instead a lost customer.

i go to besy buy all the time.i run a home theater business and i send my customers there all the time.they have great financing offers,some are the same as cash.they never give me a hard when returning items.

I go to Best Buy first for all my electronic needs, because I guess I expect the best price from them. They have quality products and warranties to guarantee the product beyond the standard warranties given- usually 9 months to 1 year. It would have to be a big reduction in price for me to bother to go anywhere else, and when you go,there is often some hidden fees or the product is gone. The staff is usually friendly, helpful, and patient, characteristic you hope to find when you need assistance. So for me, I knd of depend on Best Buy, for the besy buy...

Whenever I have an electronical purchase I need to make, Best Buy is the first place I head. I first research and compare things on their website, which is easy to use, and provides comprehensive information for all of their products. I like how you can compare things, like digital cameras for example, side by side. With all of the choices out there, it's hard to figure out which product is the best. Best Buy makes that easy. With the option to purchase extended warranties for reasonable prices, you can't go wrong. I buy computers, digital cameras, hard drives, everything there! They stand behind their warranties and the staff are always knowledgable in their departments. Thanks Best Buy!

Best Buy offers a number of items that are no longer for sale.

Since they opened in my area (1998 or so) they have greatly improved. Although it's hard to find a great variety of CDs there these days, they have everything else... Customer service (getting help from employees etc) is very easy and is much better than most stores.
