I've purchased quite a few Blu-rays from Best Buy Canada this year and have found them to have a good selection with decent prices - both online and in-store. Every now and then, you can stumble across great weekly or even daily sales. As an example, this week, I purchased two Wong Kar-Wai Blu-rays for $9.99 each. Other Kino Blu-rays were similarly priced, just for a couple days. Best Buy has also honoured coupons for me without question.

I went there for a new TV and they new everything I needed. They were even able to get me ready so my TV would work with no problems when 3d was readily available

I am in the process of purchasing two new computers for our business and have been into two different stores in West LA. On both occasions, I was assisted by excellent sales reps who were patient with my ridiculous questions and who repeated check inventory, specs, and website options for me. I wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else as a result of this excellent service. THANK YOU!

Best buy took my old CRT computer monitor to be recycled. Paid $10 but received a $10 gift card. Beats throwing in the trash can.

My family has been going to Best buy since I can honestly remember. They've always had what we need at the prices we can afford. I personally could walk around Best Buy all day and look at every gadget on the market! Overall, I love Best Buy and its people and this is one of those top notch companies!

I shop Best Buys because of the outstanding financing they offer on premium products. If it were not for the promotional financing we would probably do without many items. Items purchased are kitchen appliances, manay computers, games. I will continue to shop Best Buys.

I bought a samsung lcd tv at the best but in ridgeland Ms and your rep by the name of Andrew was very HELPFUL and did a great job helping us make our selection.

I love going to Best Buy. My family and I go to purchase DVD's and CD's. The staff at the McDonough, Ga location are very friendly and helpful. I knew if I ever need any questions answered, the sales associates are there to help. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does!

Ok, so what can I say about Best Buy? Well, for one thing, the customer service is great. Every time I go there, I can get help from anyone in the store and it usually gets me what I want. I'm not totally thrilled about the website selection and I feel like the website needs better reviews for products so I know what I'm buying. Also, the item description is confusing for anyone (like me) who doesn't understand computers. When the description of assets is listed, I need to know what it means.Other than that, I have no complaints. The atmosphere at any store location is always great and well organized.

i enjoy my days going shopinng to best buy. it all starts sinse the moment i arrive in my car ,i enjoy how the parkin lot is perfect size that u never have to walk to far to et inside the store. then usually the greeter makes my day because they make me smile. then as soon as i go on the floor the way evrything is organized and with the overhead labels it makes it very easy and quick tofind what i am looking for. i at some point have gone to a different store to look for a thing n many times they dont have it (meaning color i am looking for). but somehow fabulous best buy always has wat i need wen i need it. i love how there alway is someoone to help u n u dont have to go crazy looking for somebody. i realy love best buy i will always continue to shop there.

Best Buy is the high tech store to go when you want a good selection with capable trained folks to assist you. I have had positive results on my visits to Best Buy Stores and to on line visits during web shopping. Best Buy strives to stock the latest in electronic needs. My family has bought a HD video camera, games, movies, an IPhone/IPod player with high def radio. A good place to start your search on those special needs.

My computer crashed and i was forced to buy a new pc unexpectedly. Best Buy was a new store in our area and I was unfamiliar with it. I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely knowlegeable staff. The sales person that helped me spent a lot of time educating me on the different equipment and price points. I decided to go with a leftover model HP that was on special price. I would not have know about this except the sales person had recommende an HP and told me it was in my price range. I would say the salesperson spent at least an hour helping me make the decision and making sure I got any extras needed. I also was able to get a special financing through their credit card offer which also gave me points towards a future purchase. i have been back to Best Buy to make several other purchases or just get educated about a product. I am always suprised at the level of knowlege the sales staff has about their products. They also have better special prices if you order on line.

I just want to say bestbuy is the best store in USA.

Earlier this year I was shopping for an external drive to back up my Apple on the WWW and read several great write ups on Iomega eGo portable HD for Macs. To my pleasant surprise months later while in a Best Buy in Orlando Florida I run into the same appliance.The personal at the BB seemed equally familiar with the Apple format and prerequisites and after fielding additional questions and concerns made me feel confident about finalizing the purchase.

Without a doubt I now would consider Best Buy for my Mac needs in the future.

Best Buy's Online Shopping site is simple to navigate, efficiently designed and customer friendly. I am not a computer person and so sometimes online sites can be frustrating... without knowing where to go you're lost. It can be like trying to find the right headstone in the cemetery. Best Buy got it right. I can find what I'm looking for and once I'm there the suggestions for other related items are also relevant. Great job!

Although they don't always have EVERYTHING you would need, Best Buy usually has a good selection and by and large the employees are very knowledgeable.

I always check several suppliers before making the final option, and sometimes I find better deal in Amazon not best buy. I hope the price in best buy could be lower.

the customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgible and willing to check on my question about the $50 HP gift card free with the printer I had chosen. Best buy did not offer it while HP direct di so I saved $74 by ordering direct through HP though I have to now wait for the free delivery instead of picking up the new printer. I was really diappointed that Best Buy would not match HP with additional 10% discount plus 50 gift card

The name says it all.. They are the Best Buy. I love the organization of the store and the prices are great too. The staff is always very friendly and if you are looking for some blank cds this is the place to go

I recently received a Best Buy Coupon from my family member and began browsing through the website. I didn't expect to find anything within my 25 dollar price range but to my surprise i did. From extensive guitar playing my high e guitar string broke and for weeks i have played without it. Fortunately for me i have found one on best buy.com and am delited to see the price

Best buy offers the best in quality of electronics from HDTV's to computers all the way to music. Great customer service and someone's always there to help you with any questions or concerns. Love the music its Not Edited unlike the Walmart music they change the words. The name of the store tells you it all BEST BUY!!!

My house electronics and appliances are all from Best Buy. The Sales associates are willing to work with you and it is great that they are not on commission so they have nothing to gain except providing exceptional customer service to make Best Buy the best place to shop.
