My family and I are frequent customers of Best Buy because of the great prices and wide selections.

I bought the netbook I'm using to type this review at Best Buy must of the personnel were "very very" helpfull, I asked lots of questions and came back 3 times until I finally decide to get the ASUS, the person that help me on my second trip was the best, he really explained in plain English about the different options in netbooks and help me make a good decision, I like best buy to get my electronics and the GEEKS get it going smooth from day one.

I bought an Ipod for my son from best buy. The salesperson was very helpful. I know nothing about electronics and he was very patient with all my questions.

I have always used compare shopping with Best Buy and settled with a great price for it. They back their customer service with true caring. The customer counts. The clerks are always pleasant and the selection is always top line.

Why buy at best Buy - because they have it all and thier purchase option - Best Buy card make it easy and painless.

I've always used Best Buy stores or the online store to buy all of my PS2, PS3, and PSP games. On top of that I tend to bundle Blu-Ray movies or DVDs when I shop the online store. Excellent service, excellent prices, and prompt delivery of my purchases.

As soon as i walk in the door you are immediately greeted and feel comfortable shopping there. Also if i need any help finding what i am looking for everyone staff member knows the products and can answer any question that that you have. I enjoy going to bestbuy to see all the new technology that has come out because with most items you can see them in the store and test them along with staff members advice and help. This is overall the best experience that i have shopping at any store and will always shop here

I have had such good shopping with the best buy employees that I have nick named them best buy buddies.it just seems the second i walk in the door there is someone with a smile to help you,unlike other stores.the other thing i like is the way the store is set up.very easy to find things.the one thing i do not like about best buy is there is not one closer to my house.

Best. Buy. My two favorite words, the words that my father use to use all the time, the two words that describe this store, the best store out there. Best buy really does have the "best buy"s, out of any store. Best Buy also has a very good return policy on most items and a good warranty on almost everything. Best Buy is the best place to go for your electronic needs. It is decently priced, especially compared to the competitors (FYE and Walmart for example). Everybody who works there is always ready and willing to answer all your questions and will never not have an answer for something. They try to help you understand what is going on with each and every product and can direct you to the brand and type of product that fit your needs. My friend has a laptop she bought from Best Buy and the whole experience was quick and easy and the man taking care of us was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Her computer runs beautifully and I was very impressed.

I am interested in purchasing an IPad. Upon

seeing that Best Buy now carries them, I

quickly went to our local one in Roanoke, Va.

to inquire about them.

I stood at the counter where they were being

sold, which was nicely put together, but that

was about it. When the salesperson came over to

me, I asked only 3 questions. Each time she had

to say, "I'm not sure, hold on one moment." now

I'm glad she quickly sought out help, but they weren't difficult questions.

I think Best Buy should take time to train

employees on new products, especially one as

popular as the IPad, before putting it out to the

public.

I needed a new printer for my computer, an all in one, that does all but fax, and I needed it to print great photos. The Best Buy associate was more helpful than I needed, but appreciated. He showed me a few models, help me compare ink prices and print quality, and even carried it to the car for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that I would have liked a little time to look around on my own. I think he was just a little eager. Loved it though. Would go there again, and we are, for a car stereo for my daughter.

Best Buy in my opinion has the best prices compared to a lot of stores I go to for electronics! They have great customer service and Im always happy to give them business! They are the best electronices store.

Best Buy has a lot of good qualities, including: a large selection of electronics with tvs, music players, cds, laptops, desktops, even wii games, xbox games, and ps3 games. The other nice thing about best buy is that most of their employees have studied up on the items available. You can get preferences between some items easy and get specs right away. However best buy does tend to run out of stock fast with cameras and ipods depending on which store you go to. The online site is easy to navigate and nice to price out your desired item. Overall best buy is definitely a great site to check out and a must to go to when you are thinking of buying anything electronic.

I just recently purchased the new Playstation Move bundle online and had it available for me to pick up in store. I was able to pick it up a couple hours later which was very convenient. I am very satisfied with the entire process and the help from the staff at the Best Buy store.I recommend everyone going to Best Buy to purchase any home, office, or personal electronic gadgets.

Every time I go to Best Buy in Modesto, CA, I am greeted by the nice staff. They know exactly what I am looking for, and when I'm unsure what to buy for gifts, they have great ideas. I definitely recommend others going to Best Buy compared to Target or even shopping on Amazon.com

I love best buy, I fulfill all my entertainment needs. I like how I can go to a best buy and not be bothered by pushy sales men/women but when I have a question it is quickly answered by a helpful and friendly repersentive. I always leave Best Buy happy with my purchase.

If you don't want assistance they are there to help you... if you are in a hurry and need assistance there is nobody in site or they walk past you with their noises up in the air, basicly saying that they don't want to help you. Would rather go to some place that is more customer friendly.

Store is clean. Service is quick and efficient. I love the buy online and pickup in store option.

Very pleased with best buy customer service in the Conway AR store. I purchased a TV online and the store had a discount on this tv a few weeks later. Service worked very hard to refund me the difference and was not an easy task. THANKS!

When I walk into the Gurnee Il Best Buy I am always greeted by the wonderful staff... When some of the associates that see me all the time make it a point to say hi and ask if they can help me... The ipod touch 64gb is the best ipod I have ever seen when you add two cameras that just makes it so cool.But when you add a retna screen that's why I put the ipod touch 64gb at 5 stars.

I always enjoy going to Best Buy. The sales representatives are always knowledgable and helpful and they do not push you to make a decision. The pricing is always fair at Best Buy as well, and usually lower than the competition. I give Best Buy 5 stars!
