Fast service smiling faces and cheap prices could not ask for more will buy from them again

I always know that if there is something I want, they'll have it at Best Buy. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean I'll find it. More often than not, I'll need someone's help. Therein lies the problem. According to the rules of customer service, if you are just browsing or already have found what you need, you will be asked every 9.2 seconds if you need help finding anything. However, if you are looking for something that you can't find, there will only be one person in the store, who is generally hiding in the bathroom. Nowhere is that more apparent than in Best Buy.

What I like most about best buy. Is that it's a place where only electronics items are sold. I love that they have a geek squad to help you on the item you have brought. It's not that expensive.

And I love how if you want to buy a wii or something. Theirs a little area where you can try it out to see if you really want to buy it. Now the dislikes are the ds games there's not enough. They need to store up on more ds games.The games are cool and everything it just that I was hoping they would have a more variety. Oh and they have itunes cards that go to 100 I thought that was pretty cool. I only thought they go up to 50..VERY COOL :) I will give best buy a solid 4 stars and 1/2 their not GREAT well they are, but not their yet. Do you get me?

At first I always concidered best buy to be slightly over priced, but after my latest experience with them that changed my mind completely. I had my laptop checked at geek squad inside and they fixed everything about it and even gave me a new power cable for free!! I had a cracked screen and had to get one from their online site which was much more easier than any other place to find the exact screen for my laptop. Not only that but the customer service I got from them after buying a CD player was more than excellent it made me feel they sincerely wanted to help me with my choice. So what i really think now is that I would rather buy from them in return for the ease of mind and the confidence of excellent customer service.

I really appreciated the sales person who was very knowledgeable and honest at my local Best Buy store. He was very helpful in helping me sort out what I need in a laptop or netbook.

The Union City store sales person was very easy going and took his time in showing me all the Nikon DSLR camera. I would highly recommend this store and their camera dept for anyone.

I bought Gateway laptop last year. I am very satisfied with the price and cusomer support from Best Buy. Espcially customer support is unbeatble.

CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED NICELY AND ALL THE QUIRIES ARE ANSWERED ON TIME.

NOW I M BUYING AN APPLE IPOD WITH THEM AND I M SURE I M GONNA BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON AGAIN..

Best Buy is a one-stop shop for the latest popular gadgets. I've never had an issue with the quality of the products, and delivery services for the online store are top-notch and swift.

I find that the products are a bit over-priced, especially the items for which there is a limited variety (such as audio recorders and hi-output calculators)

For the items that Best Buy holds a larger variety (ie: the latest iPod/iphone or apple something, computers/laptops, HD TV-ware, and home appliances to a point) then there is a wide and satisfying collection to choose from.

I went to best buy and the sales guy was great at explaining the differences between the 3 different flip video cameras. He did not put any pressure and had genuine interest in the customer...me. Thanks for your help!

Best Buy has made themselves into a very fun place to shop. They have an exciting variety of different appliances/electronics (and now even musical instruments and equipment). They always have all the latest hot items in the electronics world, and they offer them at a fair price (especially their computer bundles).

The only major downside is that I find their employees are often not incredibly knowledgeable or excited about whatever field they are supposed to be working in. (such as computers, cameras, etc, etc) they have a good general knowledge, but are not experts.

It is always a bummer to go into best buy and get quick and good service. I just recently brought my Nintendo DS in to see if I can get my screen fixed and within minutes they researched my service plan and told me to pick out a new Nintendo DS. I was shocked, but grateful. The staff was able to quickly take care of my problem with good customer care and replaced my broken game. I left Best Buy happy to own a new Nintendo DSi.

I purchased a Router from Best Buy and I could not get it to work. I called the routers support line but could not understand the person talking on the other end. To say the least I was frustrated. So i brought the router back to best buy. They suggested a replacent and refunded the balance no questions asked

I think Best Buy is the best electronic store ever! It always has low prices that no other store can beat! I think it is the absolute most greatest store ever!!!! And Im just being honest. I love Best Buy!

Best Buy is the store for all of your electronics needs. I'm sure that if there's anything you need/want or just want to know more about my buddies at your local Best Buy can send you away happy. So come on in!

I feel Best Buy has been an awesome store to shop at, being a young man im always looking to upgrade my electronics and get the lastest gadgets, and everytime I visit Best Buy I have a great experience with all the knowledge the employees have.

I recently went to a Best Buy store in Mishawaka Indiana after not having gone there in a while. What I saw was a stripped down version of what it used to be. There were just as many employees as before, but less stuff to buy. I could not locate the land line phones because I need a new cordless phone. What I did see was a huge area dedicated to cell phones and I-phones and I-Rags. But not even a row of phones. The computer section was very weak and aimed at people who are not tech savvy. They had very limited Antivirus software. Everything was overpriced. I could not get any help in any dept of the store. Whereas before you would get bombarded by employees, now they don't even approach you unless you look like you have a big wallet. Or you're a sucker. Or a sucker with a big wallet. Unfortunately I have a Best Buy gift card worth 100.00 dollars. So I went on the website and found an upconver dvd player I wanted. Checked around and found the same one locally at Walmart for $11.00 cheaper, and I don't have to pay shipping. Driving to walmart is cheaper than Bestbuy's shipping. And by the way, don't most websites offer free shipping, or offer free shippng after you reach a certain dollar amount?? Anyway, I may have to just sell my gift card on ebay for less than it's worth obviously so I can go spend that money, or at least some of it elsewhere. Best Buy has signed it's own death warrant. It reminds me of a poster I saw in a back room of a place I worked at years ago. Something like: When a business closes it's doors it didn't happen overnight. The customers fired them years ago.

best buy offers fair prices and usually has the largest selection available.

Shopping at Best Buy, both on-line and in the store, makes my decision making so easy. Well-informed employees are always helpful and the support at the store is great! I've purchased everything from GPS systems and computers to TV's and CD's with confidence in what I'm buying.I've never been disappointed with my purchases. To save time, shopping on-line is a snap. Within days of my order, I'm picking up my item at the store. I have nothing but good things to say for a great company!

I always get attention from the salespeople at Best Buy, and its always helpful and non-agressive. Only place to buy electronics in my view :)

Last week, I went to bestbuy to buy a wireless router. Actually, I don't know the exact name of this instruments, because I just stay in US a short time. The only I can do is describe what I thinking. However, the people in there is friendly and patiently. Finally, their help to find it. And I got a suprisingly price. I was glad to shop there.

Its awesome.

I am in love with bestbuy. I will go in for the simplest little thing and end up with a new laptop(did happen). The tech support was excellent and when i had to replace my xbox last year i only had another month of warrenty. Yet bestbuy had no complanits and i am very happy. Overall you cant go wrong with bestbuy and it will always be my first choice when it come to anything technological.
