I have never not been greated at Best Buy by multiple people. Everytime I look at something, someone asks if they can help me. When I need help, my questions are always answered. That is just great customer service.

I love going into best buy because I get the undivided attention that is promised. The service is great and the associates have excellent product knowledge. They always have the answers to make my shopping experience perfect. I leave the store knowing that I have made the right purchase for myself!

When the first day I've ever heard about Best Buys, I thought it was another waste of time. This was because of all of the other stores like Fry's where you have to fill out a whole bunch of applications just to return a single wire! Now that I shop at Best Buys, I can feel the presence that every single person working there, treats me like a royal guest, asking "How was your day?" or "Do you need any help ma'am/ sir?" Best Buy's has truly changed my way of looking at things because every time I go there, my negative attitude changes to positive and I buy something there, knowing that Best Buy's has cared for this electronic like it was their own.

I always include Best Buy when comparing prices on items. Best Buy always has good deals!

I spoke with a representative about car alarms sold at Best Buy who was very informative and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend buying a car alarm from them.

best buy is the only electronic stores i go to. its one of my favorites. the best thing about it are the workers they are so nice and helpful, the worse thing is there is so many selections that sometimes i cant choose what to get. dont get me started on the prices they are so reasonable and fair.

When a Best Buy employee told me about the bundle deal that included a HP desktop, netbook and laptop, I thought there had to be a catch. I didn't buy it that day because I thought there had to be something wrong. A few days later, I went back with my husband and we asked a lot of questions. We decided to give it a try and made the purchase. It has been worth every penny! My teenage son loves his laptop, I take my netbook when I'm on the go because it's so convenient and the whole family uses the desktop. I have friends who purchased the bundle after they heard about the great deal.

We, also, purchased a flat screen TV that we like a great deal. I have learned since purchasing it, however, that we paid Geek Squade too much to install it. I could have hired other people to do it for 1/3 of the price!

I'll go to Best Buy for purchasing but I'll avoid hiring Geek Squade in the future.

im a best buy customer i have prchased a touchscreen mini notebook and the red xbox 360 elite several video games as well as other products i go to the best buy on huston st in manhattan thier serves was great what i like most about shopping at best buy is the availbility of stores thier prices as well as the bundle deals they offer oh lets not forget thier rewards program which i find great for saving when you on a budget like me every dollar saved counts i like the easy exchane or replace serves this has become my favorit store love the pre order options which works for me cause the calls you to remind you and inform you when your order it ready too my experince on line and in the store where both a 10 all i could say is keep up the great job and reccomand shopprs to shop at best buy

Everytime I go in, whether I find what I'm looking for or not, there are always plenty of employees around offering their help. Usually, they have what I'm looking for and being a rewards member, the coupons are alway great! They seem to stand by their products as well, have never had a problem with returning an item.

I believe best buy would gain sales if they put some of their prime laptops actually visible at the stores and not just online.

Best buy service is usually pretty good. the employees always seem to be helping people. geek squad does really good work as well.

This is the best Ipod I have own and I love using it for face time and the quality is awesome and the fact that there is MIC it makes it nice for Voip calling and ever since I got my Ipod i been using it for Voip every day and the camera is unbelievable quality and pretty handy to have to.

I would recommend you get this!

Best Buy always has on-the-spot answers for my questions, and I ask a LOT of questions. I'm one of those folks who researches everything thoroughly before purchasing, and the Best Buy team has always come through.

It's a store where you can find any electronic devices. You can even bring your own in and ask for help on it from the GeekSquad. When you buy the GeekSquad Warranty you can exchange with no problems and no questions asked ever! I bought the Skullcandy Warranty since I'm known to have problems with earphones. I have been exchanging since then i haven't been having any problems with the store. I think it's the perfect place to shop for any electronics or other items. I plan on shopping there in the future too.

Each visit to bestbuy has been excellent experience fom the greeter to every employee. Very friendly staff,informative regarding product,even to informitive information that customer can understand. Employee has even demonstrated how product performs.I love bestbuy! Keep up good work.

Everytime I go into a Best Buy I feel extremely welcome. I am asked if i need assistance and to the right, right away the TV's catch my eye. I am talking of the Best Buy on 224 in Boardman, Ohio. I used to be a circuit city customer but have found that Best Buy has more of the appliances that I need. However 2 years ago I did go into the store with intentions of buying a laptop. I was interested in buying one that could do everything as well as play video games decently well. The young fella that helped me told me to go with a certain Sony Vaio which I still have today but the problem was that it had an integrated video card which was of no use to me and I was stuck with the laptop. Though I still go to best buy for all my appliance needs, this one insident still angers me a bit.

Best buy is the most well organized shop that I've ever known. Its products are organized in a manner for everyone to easily access to. Its workers are approachable and very friendly. I think its the best store for me.

Made a trip to Best Buy this weekend to start my Christmas shopping. Best Buy is so great because it is so easy to find what you are looking for and the prices are wonderful. I love the way items are on display so you can get a feel of how they work and what they look like before you buy. The employees are always eager to help and are ready for any questions you may have.
