Best Buy has everything electronic you could possibly want but you're better off not using their credit plan to buy your items.

I have recently purchased an IPod touch and before that a lap top and a phone, each time the associates were fabulous, they answered all of my questions and were so much help.

I recently bought a brother printer from best buy store and was really impressed by the customer service and the pricing they had on printers.

The price i got was exactly the same as the cheapest online deal. The staff at the store was very friendly and had good knowledge of the printer.

I was very happy with the service, pricing and the customer service.

Best Buy has the best prices locally on all electronics. They have knowledgeable staff and a huge inventory. There is no reason to shop online. You never have any problems with returns or repairs, especially if you get the extended warranty with your items.

I love going to Best Buy to find the newest technology. Their magnolia sales people are very nice and willing to explain things even though they know you are not there to buy right now.

I wanted to purchase a new movie that had just come out,so I went to see what the price was. My daughter also wanted to look at the computer games. They had moved them and there was no sign we looked around for a while and I located them by the video games. What I dont like about best buy is that there are always alot of sales people on the floor but it seems that you have to chase them down to get help.

From the sales person, to the electronic technician, cashier and geek squad our experience with Best Buy has been amazing. Just cashed in some Best Buy rewards for certificate, going shopping again tomorrow. Thanks Best Buy for always having knowledgeable staff.

The Best Buy store in Naples Florida ahs the most helpful employees I just bought a Garmin 3750 GPS ($349.99) there and the sales person was extremely knowlegdable. When I came into the store I was not planning to make a purchase that night, but after talking with the sales person. I was convinced that I could make the purchase that night and if I was unhappy for any reason I could return the product for a refund, this made feel comfortable. He spent about 15 minutes with me explaning the difference between the various Garmin GPS and gave me a great demo on the iphone like 3750. I love the 3750 it's the greatest Garmin unit, the size and stlye is excellent. I also feel very comformable making my purchases at Best Buy because they has a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all product. This makes me feel reassured that if I don't like the product I can return it and not get hassled. The Best Buy store in Naples is very clean and well stocked. All the employyes are very helpful and they know their products. About two weeks ago I purchased a Plantronics Blue Tooth headset on the recommondadtion of a very nice sales woman. She was smart and very well versed on the Blue Tooth headsets. I love to shop at Best Buy and the Naples FL store has been a great shopping experience for me. I would reccomend that everyone shop Best Buy before making a purchase.

I think that best buy is one of the best electronic stores out there because they have great customer servive for when you enter and leave the store. People are always willing to help you as much as they can, which i think is great because in some stores you have to go and look around for somebody to help you. I also think that the stores are very set up nice and easy to locate stuff you are looking for. I also like that there is a cell phone service in there so that you can go and sign up for a cell phone or buy a new one. I also like the Geek Squad is always there to help, fix, and assist in any electronic problems and they are willing enough to come to your house and install things. Honestly,I have no DISLIKES. I think that the store is very great. And keep up the great work, BEST BUY

I went to buy a cd burner for my computer i bought one took it home and found out that I needed a adapter. I went back to Best Buy to get the adapter they didn't have it but they called around to other computer stores to find the part I needed. They usually have the best prices for electronics.

Every time I go to best buy, I always find what I need and the people there are outstanding and always very polite and helpful. Overall, this store has good prices also and a good selection of what you need. Also very convenient and they are willing to accept returns/exchanges with no hassel. I will continue to visit Best Buy every time I need an electronic or something related to it.

For electronics purchases in our area, we have only Best Buy and Sears. Since I have boycotted Sears for various reasons, Best Buy was my only choice of local retailer for a new TV purchase. I went in knowing only the size I wanted. After 3 visits, I came to this conclusion...make sure you get a knowledgeable salesperson!! Of the 3 salespeople I talked to, one knew nothing (didn't even know how to use the remote), one knew a fair amount, and one (the department manager) could answer absolutely every question I threw at him. Also, because he was the manager, he could authorize price matching. For future purchases, I won't waste my time with trainees and will definitely request a manager. Also, my experience with the Geek Squad installation was excellent. However, I probably wouldn't have used the service except that it came free with my TV.

Your products and staff are very good. Though sometimes very much in demand, they work hard and do a good job balancing (juggling) customers. I had a product that I purchased that didn't work out and the clerk at returns said I would have to wait X # of days before I could refund or exchange it so I asked for a manager thinking there must be some way around this. It seemed to make very little difference to me whether that same check bounced with one DVD player in my hands or different one that suited my needs better but the manager simply quoted your policy back to me and rudely dismissed me. A couple of days later when I was in again I took another shot at it. I asked for a manager, got a different one and not to my surprise was denied any alternative solutions but absolutely to my surprise was treated very rudely again. When the time passed and that check cleared, I got a refund, did not make another purchase and it took me a long time to set foot back in the store again.

The lesson I learned was to know store policies before giving them power over my money.

I have never walked into a Best Buy Store where I did not see employees able to help me. In many stores, these days, there are no employees in sight, or the employees are so busy stocking, they don't have time to help the customer! When I did ask an employee to help, at Best Buy, the person was knowledgable re: the subject at hand. Another almost impossible feat at other stores! The cashiers, at Best Buy, are always pleasant and pay more attention to the customer than the clock, praying for the end to their work day. LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD! And, most importantly, when ever my eight year old daughter has an electronic wish, the first words out of her mouth are, "Let's go to Best Buy!"

I bought a camcorder in 2009 from Best Buy. The staff was very helpful with the purchase. However, it would have been beneficial to have a little more information on how to transfer the camcorder recordings to the computer and then to a disc. I called a few times but eventually had to figure it out on my own. Perhaps a tutorial on certain electronics would be helpful for customers. Overall I have enjoyed shopping and have been pleased with purchases at Best Buy.

Best buy is by far the best electronic store in the U.S. I have been to so many other ones such as Game Stop, Walmart, and so many other stores that cary electronics. I have bought Ipods, printers, computers, routers, and a lot more. Best Buy is so amazing.

Sony is NO boloney! Sony cameras are outstanding both still cameras and digital camcorders. The selection is large at Best Buy and will appeal to any price range you are looking for. There are many times though that the display camera does not work properly and that is very annoying. There are plenty of employees at any Best Buy store to keep watch over this.

In Black Friday, Best Buy promotion is pretty good. Nowadays, not that many big store have big lower price in Black Firday. For example, some store already out of business. But best buy still there. I hope best buy still there for many years. Otherwise, not that many store can go anymore.

I really enjoy Best Buy's Website. It is really Simple and very easy to use. There are many options to choose from and it really narrows down on that product you want to get or are looking for. They also have price ranges so you don't have to keep looking for a while you can just go in your price range, look for what type of specs you need and it is right there in a few clicks. Best Buy Online can also show you if your product is in a store near by so you can pick it up that same day. They also have price match I remember buying a monitor from Best Buy a couple of months ago and I looked at other stores before and they price matched to the cheapest one. I think best buy is one of the best places to shop for electronics either online or at the store. I really enjoy shopping there and I recommend all my friends to go there for their electronic needs.
