best buy always has the newest technology and the newest gadgets. There are friendly people within the store and best buy often sends out coupons other sales information to shoppers. Excellent store!!

My kids and I went in for a flat screen television and, with all the comparison questions I had, the salesman was more than happy to help. I ended up with a beautiful Sony Bravia.

Just went to Best Buy to find a GPS. I have to say the experience was very pleasant. I went to the BB at Washington Square in Tigard, OR. The salesman was very knowledgeable and understood my needs in buying this GPS. I ended up purchasing an Insignia - GPS Model:NS-NAV01 for my parents (age, mid 70's). I didn't want to buy a GPS that would be difficult to operate and wanted to keep the cost reasonable. I looked at multiple brands and chose the Insignia. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. My parents are get nervous driving in large cities and this system had eased their frustrations. The only downfall to this GPS is the time it takes to locate you via satellite (maybe a minute more than other brands). I'm OK with that. If your looking for a good GPS that is easy to use, than this is the one for you. If you want to waste your money on more expensive brands, by all means go right ahead. For those of us who don't need useless functions and just want a good quality GPS, BUY THIS PRODUCT! If you're in the Tigard, OR area definitely stop by the Best Buy for all your electronic needs.

I am not one of shoppers that shop every day -- I went into Best Buy to buy a flat television -- It was the quickest services -- and the most knowledge salesman. I love it when I go in out of store quick and easy with good services and a smile. Thank you for your outstanding services and I love my new television.

I was furious and taken back by the behavior that I saw and heard while waiting in line at the customer service desk.

I was simply in line to pick up merchandise..when the two associates were bad mouthing other employees. The converstation was loud enough for us in line to hear. AND..they kept pausing the transactions they were in to continue trash talking employees and complaining about their jobs.

I know was not the only customer that was peeved.

When it was my turn, I noticed the name tag that declared this associate the "head" whatever..

I was even more annoyed...

I did ask to speak with a manager.

I was not pleased with this young mans answer. He kind of snickered while looking at her with a half smile...

Unfortunately, I had to go back to Best Buy to make a purchase. I passed by the service desk on my way to the computers..I happen to notice the same girl was behind the customer service desk..AND she glared at me and if the say, "I know it was you and I'm still here..ha ha."

I wish Best Buy would have taken my complaint a bit more serious..not that she should be fired but to make faces at me...come on...where is the professionalism?

I have always found the staff at Best Buy to be very knowledgeable on TVs. They really seem to know their stuff and what they like and arent afraid to tell you their opinions. Thats not been the case when I shop other departments, like computers, software etc. I like to do a lot of research when I make major purchases, and if nothing else the staff at Best Buy has been helped me make educated purchases. So even if you buy your TV online or from some other store spending a little time in the store talking with their TV staff is a good tip.

I am a very satisfied best buy shopper! Your prices are hard to beat, your online site is easy to use, and I feel very confident about the purchases i make.

As A loyal customer of best buy, my experiences have been great. The sales people are great, courteous, and experienced. I have purchased all of the electronics for my 3 teenaged boys, a camera, refriderator, many cd,s, printer ink, etc. So I am a big best buy customer. I did have a terrible experience with the McHenry, IL store GP, he was rude and condesending to me over a new computer that just died. The Geek Squad could not have been nicer, but when it came down to the actual tranaction he could not have more rude. In fact, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I also had a 3 year old computer that died due to a hard drive error.For the most part I will remain a Best Buy customer.

The staff at Best Buy tend to be fairly knowledgeable regarding their products. I find that they often have the best selection of electronic merchandise, but that a better price can often be found elsewhere. All in all, I think Best Buy is a great place to begin shopping and to compare features.

I went to the store last night and I was so impress with the customer service. He help me so much making my decision on which camera to buy.He print out side by side comparison on all the cameras i like,seem very Honest.I will def buy the camera from Best Buy!

We went into best buy looking for information regarding the purchase of an ipod for our daughter's birthday. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be back!

On my last trip to Best Buy for memory card for my camera, I was met by a very chearful person at the door and he directed right to someone who could help me. I did not want to spend all day looking for something I was not sure about. The sales clerk made it very easy and I was out the door in no time.

I always like to purchase electronic equipment from this company because I can get the extended warranty which has paid for itself many times. When you have children it is a must!! Very comparable in prices to other companies.

Best buy has had a great selection of electronics that I ever needed. Not only a great selection but also great prices. The one thing I like the most is that they will price match any competitors out there. Keep up the great pricing Best Buy!!

I have been buying computers at best buy for my family for many years. I love the service and I love going to a place where the staff is knowledgeable. The one complaint I have always had about Best Buy is that there are never enough Geek Squad members in the store to take care of the crowd. Phone in requests for help are especially a problem since geek squad members are busy helping in-store customers. You need more geek squad members and on the floor staff. Other departments are also understaffed. So final point: staff is knowledgeable about products but store is understaffed

Best Buy definately offers a wide array of options and allows you to to evaluate products in an intelligent manner.

I love the atmosphere of Best Buy! I first walk in to someone greeting me and with a big smile, they are sincere. I love the layout of the store and the fact that you can move up and down the aisles without crashing into merchandise and customers. Lots of space and it is filled with wonderful electronics. Friendly staff greeted me at each section wanting to know if they could help and what I was interested in. It was the e-books, then on to the Blue Ray players and then on to the lap-tops. The sales staff person goes with you to each section to explain everything you ever wanted to know and they know all about everything in the store! On occasion we have met someone who did not know all the answers and they hook you up with someone who does! Very friendly and very informative. The prices are great the service was great so we bought Christmas early! We bought a blue ray player and a lap top. We are probably going back to buy more! We Love Best Buy!

In all of my dealings with Best Buy service has been excelent. The employes are very knowledgable, polite, and helpful.Bust Buy has a wide variety of products that will fit most any price range.

I went to Best Buy to try and check my desktop because it wasn't functioning properly. The bill had exceeded more that 150.00 dollars and that had just been to diagnose and not fix. I said forget it and took it something else where I paid just 175 for everything!!
