I had to fix my broken iPod so i went to Best Buy and i went to the customer service area and the employee was super nice and i left with a new ipod. By far the best customer service anyone can ask for.

Best Buy is an absolutely fun place to shop!! The upside to BB is that I love gadgets and love seeing all the new products. I have made many purchases at BB and have had great experiences with the staff. I know BB will always have what I need!

Only one downside is return of an item. The restocking fee is a turnoff so careful shopping is totally recommended. The customer has no recourse if something is returned. That charge is automatic. Company needs to evaluate this process.

When we went to Best Buy we were picking out a nintendo DS game and the minute we walked in the door and to that section we had someone asking us if we needed help. It's great knowing there is a store you can really rely on!

great store everyone that works there knows what there taking about, very comfortable place to shop at...THE BAD THING ABOUT BEST BUY IS not enough sales during the course of the year. You sould dedicate a week out the month to having a sale on certain products like tv one week and the next labtops.throw some gifts in there with a big purchase ....best buy family store i like it ..

I just came from an apple store looking at an

Ipad and a few of their laptops.

I am a real estate agent and I need to find something that is convenient to bring to my clients homes as well as when I am on the road showing homes. My smart phone is just to small to read and I was thinking an Ipad may be nice but also would like something that is more function able like a computer for when I travel ( I am also a photographer and use Photoshop.

I have to say I was very surprised with the great knowledgeable staff in the computer department! They were able to answer all my questions, give good advice and suggestions on the most economical way to purchase mobile broadband for the laptop I was interested in.

I have decided to go back today and purchase a Toshiba 13.3" laptop instead of the Apple Ipad. I would recommend Best Buy to all my realtor friends

I go to Bestbuy for all of my Video Game Needs and they almost Always have the games I want in stock as well as a friendly customer service rep telling me what they know about the newest games! A+++

Best Buy is a Great store b/c service and personnel they have. The reward programa is a one and only that no other store can match. Their return policy is supprisely easy and quick. The staff always goes above beyond of what they have to. Their electronics are always the newest to hit the market and their prices are unbeatable. I've been a best buy loyal customer for 10 years now, so trust me when I say you won't be disappointed if you give them a chance. BEST BUY IS GREAT!

If you go to your united states postal service and ask for a change of address packet they'll be coupons in it. Theres always a best buy one for 10% off tvs, appliances etc... I used them for a tv I bought last year and I just went and got another for my new tv. It'll say it's only for regular priced items only but they've honored it on my tvs which were both on sale!!! ENJOY!!

I think all apple prouducts are really great and incredible and it amazing coming to the store and seeing all the quality products in your store i would recommend best buy to all my friends and family that are buing any kind of electronics.

Over the years as I have shopped for my electronic appliances and accessories, I had to hassle with multiple stores with different warranties and poor costumer service. When a friend recommended I go to Best Buy, I found a store with all of my needs, excellent customer service, and simple effective warranties. I now go to Best Buy for all my electronic needs, including future plans of new computers, theater room, sound systems, and video game consuls and accessories. When I walk into a Best Buy I truly get the best possible buy for the quality I want, the service I deserve, and the money I have. I am always greeted as a valued costumer with patient service. Cashiers are accurate and Geek Squad has never failed or dissatisfied me.

I purchased a Toshiba flat screen as part of the special 2 day sale. Stood in line for the doors to open on Friday. Was pleasantly surprised that the TV was in-stock and the staff was helpful and pleasant, despite the line. The TV is great...service great...definitely would recommend.

What a great product from a great store. The employee that help me knew everything about the product.

At some times of year you can get by with competitive prices on certain items, but most of the time they only sell items with a high markup and high priced brands, so if you are willing to buy substitutes and wait don't buy at Best Buy. Their return policy is also pretty lousy, though understandable as opened merchandise commands a lower price than new and thus they penalize 10% on all opened returns. I avoid Best Buy except around Black Friday and back to school as that seems to be their best price time and then I only focus on computers only, leaving accessory purchases for lower priced merchants. Their staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable in marketing products and distinguishing them and you can try the products which is definitely nice.

Customer service is excellent.

The store layout is disorienting. I am an intellegent consumer and when I walk into a store I would like a line of sight that will easily direct me to the area I am interested in shopping. It is extremely frustrating when I am ready to exit to have to orient myself directionally toward the checkout and then the exit.

I was a Circuit City shopper for years until they recently went out of business. So I decided to give Best Buy a chance. On my first visit a couple of years ago, the customer service was outstanding.

An Employee went above and beyond to find a DVD for me "Mississippi Gambler" Tyrone Power..... A present for my husband. But to no avail... We discovered was no DVD's ever made. Even though it took 35 minutes to find this out. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of this young man.

Ever since, I've shopped with great ease at Best Buy. They have all my electronic needs. I always do recommend "BestBuy" to everyone!!

almost every weekend me and my friends go their just to hang out. we play tag,the musical instruments, and the awesome video games they put out. also, its a great way to escape our parents. not only that, but we use the newest electronics such as the ipad, laptops, itouch, and the magnolia home theater. we go in there to see previes of movies and uually, play soome pokemon or mario bros with our ds lites and is.although we dont get stuff there often, it is by far, our favorite place to hang out

Any best buy shop is huge and I can always find anything I need.I love the options in best buy. And Price are reasonable.

The last time I enter best buy,The nice salesman come to me and ask If I need help on anything,But I don't need to because the shop is very organized and the price is very acceptable. Compare to the other store, best buy saves a lot.

The quality is great! The inventory is amazing! But the downer on shopping at best buy is that everything is a little pricey for my likeing. They have workers waiting to give you a hand, that is very helpful when diciding which tv or laptop to get. So over all i have to give best buy 4 stars!! :)
