Best Buy is my favorite store. Their supply of electronics is surpassed by none. I go there to buy my computers, whether they are laptops or desk top. They also have great deals on flat screen tvs, video games systems and games, and appliances. The store personal are both both friendly and knowledgable. They offer extended warranties on their products and also have the "Geek Squad" for questions on technology or repairs. Finally, as you spend money, you earn rewards toward your next perchase.

Best Buy is the best place to go when you're bored. There are many things to look at like the Ipods, Computers, Video Games, etc

Best Buy is the place one should go for anything to do with technology, or should I even say, anything to do with life. From Ipods to Laptops, from gps' to even guitars, best buy is a store where you can almost get everything at a great price and a place where you are guaranteed to buy a good product.

Best Buy has a name that suits its prices. It provides low prices for items that are really useful and are used everyday. In turn, most of the items are a good value for money.

I went to the Maple Grove Minnesota Best Buy Store. I was looking for a laptop for my husband,The clerk was very helpful in informing about the postive aspects of each laptop.The sale associate was also able to tell me what he uses personally which in my viewpoint was a very good endorsement of the product

I bought from best buy many items it is good, but i have one issue after I bought my video camera which is cost 850$ the price is down 150$ after one month and few days that i couldn't claim the difference that i felt disapointed about the price,but i love this store they try to do their best, good job best buy.

The Best experience at Best Buy.!!

Shopping for cameras last year for both daughters with different tastes seemed like a daunting task. But using the Best Buy website put all my stress to a minimum! The way I was able to compare/contrast the details of price, capacity, extras, and not to mention pay and have it shipped right to my home was a gift in itself! I have been in the stores as well and have ALWAYS had someone ask if they could help and they have ALWAYS followed through. This year, I'm shopping for an iTouch and will be shopping only at Best Buy!

I have a retail and shopping center background and have appreciated Best Buy stores as having one of the best storefronts for ID, an extremely well merchandised interior with excellent graphics to make a shopping experience more enjoyable and efficient. However, my observations relate to employee training and attitude. I find that, in general there seems to be adequate coverage, my experience has been that not all employees have sufficient product knowledge or they have knowledge of their department products but limited knowledge regarding products in other related departments.

In electronics, most customers need more technical help than in other product catagories as I'm sure you are accutely aware of. If an employee can't answer a question, I believe that it is imperative that they insure that they find someone who can answer the customers question, as opposed to saying they don't have the answer. If it's not in the store, they should be offered to order it.

Otherwise your people are above average and I enjoy the store very much.

I have purchased a computer, camera, IPOD Touch, wide screen tv, WII, and a new TV stand from best Buy.

All of these items have proved to be good quality with no issues.

I love Best Buy because of the variety of merchandise they carry. I can find anything that I need, if it is not in the store, then I can order it online. The store employees are generally very friendly and always eager to help. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to save time and money.

I've been going to best buy for years. its no wonder it has made it through. All the stores I've been to are well lit, have great customer service, and provide the most competitive prices even compared to online stores. I will continue to shop at best buy.

The service provided at Best Buy is beyond outstanding. The products and services are satisfaction gauranteed. I really enjoy shopping at Best Buy because they have better deals than any other place of business (selling electronics). They stand by their products 100%. I love it.

I am a frequent customer at my local Best Buy. I am always greeted when I enter into the store or a department within the store. The representatives are very informational and helpful to find the answer to the question when they don't know. Being in the retail business myself I understand the importance of prompt and positive customer service. I would say that all of my experiences at my local best buy has been excellent, from the return/repair counter to the checkout.

They seem to have the best price on things for the most part and if they don't they are willing to match.

I have been shopping at Best Buy every since they came to our town. Other companies like them are long gone. They couldn't or just wouldn't compete with Best Buy. I have bought lots of items from them and they have always been very helpful when needed. They have a manager at there Chesapeake Store that is just awsome. I hope he stays forever or at least as long as I can buy from them.

Customer service seems to be a priority at Best Buy, which is one of the reasons they get our business. We purchased a HP 1065 laptop 3 months ago and they exchanged it after 2 weeks when I complained to an associate about the touchpad. Before I left the store with a replacement they made sure the touchpad worked correctly.

The knoledge of most associates I deal with at Best Buy is very good. THey are always very pleasant and know about the products. If they are not from the particular dept that questions are being asked they will seek representative for specifics they might not have. Thanks for all the help!

i purchased a Samsung 7100 led TV and have issues with it. they were very good in explaining to me and make me understand. also they recommend all good things to work with it.

they were very attentive and helped me decide on which camera was best for me... i love best buy so much i even applied for a credit card...

Best Buy is great because the staff are knowledgable and always willing to help. I have never had best buy service that I disliked, which is why I continue to go there. I dont have to ask for help; people come up to you and ask if they can help you with something. I usually can find what I'm looking for at Best Buy and if I cannot, the staff will help me find a way to get what I want. I just love best buy!

The greatest store on earth. I love shopping at this store, it has so much energy with all of the new technology. My husband just doesn't understand how I can spend so much time in a store reviewing what is the latest item and dreaming of buying it. The service is great, the salespeople know their products and are very helpful with helping me make the right choice based on my desires.
