I have found the new Best Buy in Hiram, GA to be an excellent place for shopping. The only store I have found that can beat the deals at Best Buy is Walmart. However, the selections are totally different. If you are looking for a specific brand or model, Best Buy is usually the place to shop. Also, if you need to ask any questions, forget Walmart whereas Best Buy can and does help you.

BestBuy had the lowest price online for this item. They delivered it in record time and it arrived in perfect condition. They later sent me tips on my ipod. I felt that information was nice because they sent me free information I did not ask for.

If you exactly know what you want to buy (and more importantly what not to buy) and the current market price of that item (Google can be a powerful tool), BB can be a good place to shop. I usually only buy movies from them, and sometimes they have great prices when they have sales going on. However, I have come across many poor souls while in BB stores that are pressed to purchase, for example "recover discs" for the new laptop they bought for $50 (you can do it yourself for the cost of a few blank DVDs or CDs), worthless "extended" warranties costing hundreds of dollars, and people coming to buy one item walking away with a different more expensive item because the sales rep used pressure tactics on them.

It all depends on what store you go to.

Some are excellent and some not so much. The overall service in the stores is excellent.

I can't understand people who buy stuff like washer dryers on line. The likely hood of damage is high.

Good prices, adequate shipping times, nice being able to pick up an item at the store for massively reduced shipping charges. Can't really think of any negatives for this retailer. They do good work.

Even though I may have to search for someone to help me, when I find a salesperson or go to customer service, the people are always friendly and eager to answer my questions.

We have been shopping for a new TV. When shopping at one of your stores, we were so thankful for the young man that helped us. He was extremely knowledgable in the different kinds of TV's, as well as helping us with the surround sound idea that we had. He actually saved us money in the long run!!

I really like the fact that when I go into Best Buy with a question about a product I get an answer. If the person I ask does not know, they find someone who does. That is nor something I can get at Wal-Mart electronic dep. Howerver, I found a CD at Best Buy for $16 then went to Wal-Mart and found it for $10. For stuff like cds, movies, etc., I will go to Wal-Mart. For stuff like the ereader that I want to get my daughter for Christmas, I will go to Best Buy, where there is someone there who can tell me the differance between the different ones.

I bought a Verizon Fivespot in the OKC Best Buy on North May. The personnell were fantastic. They advised me of the options available. They were very knowledgable of their products and what was going to benefit me the most. I will definitely be back.

Have had to return a couple of things this year and have had fast, courteous, very nice, knowledgeable service from different individuals that we've dealt with.

Whenever it comes to movies, video games, music, and electronics, I can always depend on Best Buy. When you first walk in, the workers greet you right away and ask you if you need any help finding what you are looking for. As you know, kids break electronics almost all the time. However, Best Buy's Geek Squad is always there to help fix your damaged product/s. In other stores like Walmart, you have to call the service plan and wait weeks for them to respond to your complaint. It takes a really long time for them to ship your product back and forth so it's not really convenient for me. When I got my iPod touch from Walmart, my daughter accidentally broke it so my husband and I had to call the service plan and it was very complicated. When I received my iPod back, there was no difference. It was still the plain old iPod I had before. But at Best Buy, you can just walk up to the Geek Squad and hand your damaged product directly to them. Best Buy is very organized too so I get my item just the way I wanted. Next time if I want to buy an electronic, I can always depend on Best Buy.

I was in on nov 22 2010 getting a new router for home when I started asking one of the geek squad guys some questions on laptops. I am looking for a couple low to mid range laptops for my 4 children, and this was a good experience. I was informed on a lot of questions that I had. The tech was very helpful and familiar with most if not all of the products. I was told to go home and do some research on the laptops i was interested in. I am currently doing that tonight but i believe that I am going to go with the ones he thought would fit our family best. Thanks you Jeff

We have purchased many items from Best Buy over the years, from several different areas of the store. Each department is staffed with people who have been educated about their specific area. We appreciate that, especially when we spend a decent amount of money.

I have purchased quite a few items from Best Buy and I have always left satisfactory.Though I would like you people to come up with more offers.

I purchased a Samsung steam washer/dryer set. I walked in intending only to price what they had and the non-pushy, very informative sales lady sold me the pair plus accessories. I was amazed at her product knowledge which is what sold me. Also, she availed me of what I could do to save money. I generally turn down financing offers but the deal was so good I couldn't turn it down. And the installation guys were second to none. Best Buy allowed me to get my dream washer/dryer when I thought I couldn't afford it. I have extrememly no-interest, low,low payments.While I always knew Best Buy was a good store, I never knew it was a place you could get great deals. I'm going over there today to buy a TV!

Best Buy is what I would consider a stable, reliable provider of mainstream electronics. They generally carry main-line brands with average to excellent ratings at reasonable, although maybe not the lowest prices. I have purchased DVD Players, TVs, cameras, computers, accessories moveies and media (blank and pre-recorded here.

The company probably stocks a solution to most standard items, but not highly specialized items, which is fine. The store brands I've got experience with seem to be of solid, reliable quality, with few bells and whistles, which is the way, I believe store brands should be. If I want premium items, I will pay for the premium brands.

Although the price of "add-ons" suuch as cables are pretty high, they are not different than the pricing of other (similar) brick and mortar stores, and you pay for the convenience of being able to walk in and out the item you need.

I like store locations, geek squad, the newest items.

Things I dont like restocking fee policies, High cost of warrenties, long wait time in line for geek squad help

Best Buy has a great selection of electronics, and I've found their staff to be helpful and knowledgable. Prices are pretty decent, and I'd have to say this is my first stop, and usual site of purchase for electronic goods.

edkly. On the downside they have been out of things I wanted and I had trouble with a warranty I had purchased on Rock Band drum set.

Every time i go to best buy i am swarmed by employees willing to help me. in every section i go in there is an employee ready and willing to go out of their way to help me. this kind of customer service makes me feel welcomed and has me coming back every time i need electronics, muscic, movies, etc. Not to mention their selection is fantastic. They have anything and everything you need or want for your entertainment. If you go to Best Buy expect to be pleased!

I love Best Buy online shopping. Their web page is probably the most user friendly of all web pages i shop. Also, it clearly recognizes what i am looking for when i enter the information into the search bar. I am able to go onto the web page, find the things i want to buy, checkout and be done in less than 45 minutes. I love it! some web pages take hours between buying and checkout, you have to keep going back and forth So Frustrating and time consuming! NOT BEST BUY! everything is made so easy for the online shopper and quick.It makes the job a joy rather than a burden and they have everything! i dont have to go to 3 or 4 sites for electronics. If you are pressed for time and want it to be quick and successful. Shop Best Buy online. You will be happy i promise!

My brother bought my daughter a mini laptop HP in a Best Buy in Ohio and send it to us in Puerto Rico.

After a couple of days we notice that the battery was not charging completely and went to the Best Buy store in Puerto Rico. They treated us really nicely and gave us a new computer because it was under the 30 days guarantee. No hazzle, no excuses, didn't matter that the purchase was in Best Buy USA store. That's my kind of custom service. Thanks!! Now I'm looking for an Ipod Touch and guess where I'm going to. Excellent customer service!!!
