Best Buy could be best described as the home to buy the best products at good prices. Someone would say having got a chance to write a review, i am bragging and blah blah but throughout my life i have experienced a very good and satisfying relationship with best buy. Not only did the sales associate never give a chance to complain, but also the services related to customer satisfaction have been really admirable. Honestly feel that best buy truly stands out in comparison to other stores.

i think best buy is a great store! i love going to look at the electronics sence im a kid i love going to look at stuff.

I have found a wonderful way to shop at best buy. I can use the link through upromise or bigcrumbs and get cash back, plus I can google for coupon codes that can be used online, saving even more. Then I have it shipped to my local Bestbuy which keeps me from paying shipping! It's great! It's convenient and saves me money which is very important being a mother of 3!! Thanks Bestbuy!

I like Best Buy and one of favorite stores. Because if even what I am looking for is not available. I am always to find a reasonable and compatible item. The only thing I do not like about Best Buy is their credit card payment procedure. Payment cannot be made at the store. As I recall, there is a fee for over the phone payment and online service payment requires a metric payment system. For example,suppose if you want to make payment before Tuesday, your payment will be credited Friday, and if you do not meet that category. They will slap you with 30 or 39 dollars fee and they do not back out. Nothing to discuss.

Overall, they tend to have great, knowledgeable people, willing to answer even the most mundane of questions. Sometimes understaffed, and light in merchandise, overall they are a great place to get technical opinions from real people.

I like the ease of use of the website.

Categories are clearly defined and the site is easy to navigate.

I also called the customer service department and they were very polite and transfered me to the right department to a sales specialist who helped me.

I would love to see more online coupons out for Bestbuy.com!

I love the selection of items that the store has to offer. You can see a lot of different electronics in one place and compare. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I hear that is not so good with Best Buy is the return policy and the restock fees. But luckily I have not experienced that myself.

I bought my tv at best buy and i absolutely love it. It took me at least an hour to decide which one was the best of what i wanted which was the best dpi and the ghertz and price and i found all 3 with a very helpful staff. I also ended up buying my sound bar and a new dvd player got them all home with the new hdmi cables and it was so easy to hook up and with in minutes we were watching the most beautiful screen i had ever seen so clear. I just love it. I am ready to buy my son a new car stereo system from best buy for Christmas and i know it will be easy well as they say the "best buy". Teresa Hodson

Best Buy is my favorite electronic store because it also has guitars available which other electronic stores dont. The prices are reasonable and the promotion codes, discounts etc. are very well organized. However there can be additional adjustments such as giving coupons that are 50% off on catagorized items for short periods of time sent to our emails as I've seen for other stores. Overall Best Buy's performance, in my opinion, is truly and amazing store. With a few tweaks to getting your customers what they want, Best Buy sure has brought me and my family a lot more choices available during the holidays and even during non-holidays.

I was very very pleased with the customer service. Because of my limited English I struggled to choose the best product, however representative was very patient and was trying to explaining me everything.

I recently purchased a new laptop from Best Buy. I wanted to get the best processor, memory and graphics possible for the amount of money I had to spend. The service rep was very patient and very helpful. It took us over 45 minutes to sort out the various laptops and pricing. What my rep did not know he found out for me. He was great

my mom refuses to get with the times and get an ipod. she loves her cd walkman though, so i always go to best buy to get her cds. they have a huge selection and awesome prices.
