The first place I bought something online ws from Best Buy.

1.My 1st Dell Studio Laptop. The delivery was super fast and the product was excellent. The deal price was also worth buying.

2. Subsequently ordered my 1st Camera - Canon SD1200 during Thanksgiving. That was also a fabtastic experience.

So i recommended my friend to order a laptop from BestBuy. But I burnt my fingers.

His laptop was delayed for so long that finally he had to cancel the order, especially when he required it ery urgently.

Later I ordered a Dell Netbook 1015 and it went on backorder. Since I wanted to gift it to someone, I again had to cancel he order.

So, even though I have excellent experience with Best Buy in the begining, now I'm aprehensive about ordering from here.

But still I've given a try again and ordered a WD 1TB Passport today, i.e. 25 th Nov 2010.

Fingers crossed....

Walk in you get greeted by someone that says 'HI', I see phones, a large selection of phones, ipods, all the assessories for them. Move to right I see computer area to fix computers, usually a line, and chairs with people in them waiting to get their computer. I move on back to see a huge collection of computers. I always get asked if I need any help while I'm in this area. I have found the staff very helpful and they always go to other staff when they are not sure themselves. I find this great, when computer salesmen need to talk with the t.v. salesmen about the needs I have with gaming equiptment, it's great. I see cameras, t.v.s,, electronic games,infinet number of videos , music store, and household applicances. Anything electronic I want. My teen loves it here. I can't come up with anything negative, except the music center needs an update, they have the same guitars since they have opened up. It's good, but not enough tabulature books, just 'Justin Bever' stuff. Not much of rock music books. Gaming sysytem has been set up great. The computer needs alienware,and HP blackbird, a more higher brand computer, not just MAC. The staff are very knowledgeable. Te check out is also a plus, plenty of cashiers, little waiting. NO Snags! Walmart could use a lesson.

These things are important to me. My two local Best But stores are the pits. Unless you are buying a big screen tv forget about getting any help. Does anyone work there I have wandered the isles for as much as 20minutes trying to get help.Frustrated I left went to another Best Buy same thing.Forget it I bought my Macbook somewhere else. Speaking of big screen tv's there was a sale on a decent tv,but more than I planned to spend, I was unable to apply the purchase to more than one card online so I called to place the order over the phone with a sales agent.I was told I could not use two cards with the sales agent.I could not give them my money.I couldn't believe it. I ended up spending more money than I had planned to spend with them at a more customer friendly retailer.

I really like going to Best Buy. They are always so helpful and they really do have the best prices. They almost always are out of what I need, but I can get it on line. I am hoping to get a great deal on a T.V. this weekend.

I was very impresed withi tihe sales person that helped on my last visit. I have a hard time walking and she would go and get the items I wanted and also took them to the checkout counter for me. I have never had that kind of service before.

As I look in each store for Christmas presents, I realize I can't find what I am looking for. However, Best Buy is always there for me. The instant I walk into Best Buy, I feel like I'm part of a family. The workers there are all so kind and willing to help no matter how many questions I ask. Best Buy always has a complete stock of the things I'm looking for. I never have to spend hours looking for one thing through a pile of objects I don't care for. I am always satisfied with Best Buy's prices and if I am stumped on the price, they will do a simple price match for me. I am always able to get in and out of the store quickly (not like I want to) without waiting hours to pay for my purchases. Best Buy continually offers fantastic deals with an amazing low price. I enjoy being able to sample electronics sitting out to figure out if I want to buy them or not, which I jsut love! I am still impressed with Best Buy's service and I am always ready to go there for more. That is why Best Buy is my best friend (especially during Christmas!)

Pretty good in general, however, I think the only thing it is lacking is a camera. Hopefully, ones in the future will be more helpful.

One of the so-called big box store, Best Buy is big. It has an incredible variety of almost everything electronic, and of the things meant to work on those electronics.

But it is the human factor that is important. The sales staff at my local store are polite and helpful without being intrusive. Whenever I have a question, a salesperson seems to materialize in my aisle asking if I need help. In some places, the sales staff seem like vultures, hovering over you for fear you might buy something without their getting credit for it. This does not happen at Best Buy.

Twice in the past year, I have purchased things that were different from what I intended to purchase. One was a less expensive item recommended as a better fit for my needs, and the other was slightly more expensive but had a better warranty.

Good job, Best Buy.

I've come to BestBuy a few times with various questions about some item of technology I know very little about. The staff have always been really helpful and seem to be well informed. However, I have encountered the situation where I cannot find a service rep or it's a long wait for one to become available. I prefer this store over others because of its service. Also, I've never found a lower price anywhere so I know that I'm getting a good deal

Going to Best Buy is like a kid in a candy store!It's hard to decide what you want and what best fits your needs and desire's! The employee's are always helpful but not always available which can be a little bit of a pain!The other thing I would like to see is more hi-end stereo auto/home options to choose from! But I still enjoy going to Best Buy over all other electronic stores in my area! Thank you for your time!

If I'm looking for something at a good price and almost guaranteed availability, I go to Best Buy. I like their selections and always find what I need. The only downside is the price isn't always the cheapest, but I'd rather have something available in stores than cheap because otherwise I'd just order it online. Best Buy is my favorite local store and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Any time i enter a best buy store i am always greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee who is eager to help you find what you need. The stores layouts are always easy to navigate and make shopping at best buy enjoyable and stress free. They have a wide variety of products to choose from so you can compare and contrast what work best for you. Overall, best buy is a well ran company and i will continue to shop there for years to come.

your store is clean. the sales people are knowledgeable; the service people are very helpful. they helped me pick our a no-contract phone for my year old daughter for christmas. i have only had friendly, helpful service in your store even if i have not been in the best moods. they helped put our tv in the car when i bought it earlier this year. the prices are very competitive.

I recently went into Best Buy to purchase a movie. A movie I thought would be easily found on a display since it recently came out. However, I could not find a blu-ray version of it. I asked one of the associates, and they looked as well. When they couldn't find it, they looked it up on the computer and it said they definitely had copies, so he went back out, and a minute later, I had my movie.

He was patient and willing to help which is rare these days!

Best Buy is my favorite store. I could spend hours browsing the isles. Cameras, TVs, computers, games and even appliances. With all the latest technology it's fun to shop at Best Buy.

The staff is always very helpful and my favorite strength of Best Buy is that you can return anything with zero questions and customer service seems to be of primary importance to them. Aiso you can negotiate the price way down on there open box items!

Best Buy has vastly improved customer service. You are greeted but not pressured. You receive direct answers to questions like, "What laptop would you buy if you wanted to spend only $500?" Their prices are fair and locations within everywhere I am in the Pacific Northwest.

I love the knowledge the employees display. When I wanted a not-too-big but good sized flat screen, my specialist in the Phoenix Norterra location was incredibly helpful in comparing two brands and explaining the differences. I ended buying the less expensive one Insignia 32" with the extended warranty, and got what I needed at a budget price with extra protection!

I just took my laptop to the Geek Sqad and I felt like they were trying to make me pay for additional services. Turns out I needed a hard drive, which they said I needed, and then needed to have the recovery disks installed. One person wanted to charge me 49.99 to install the recovery disks but thank goodness another person told me that they would not charge me the installation because it was included in the 199.99 I already paid when I had them check it out.

I will summarize my statement with perfect. Nothing less than perfect. I have bought countless products from Best Buy, and every product bought seizes to amaze me. From my first visit in Best Buy, I fell in love. As a electronics fanatic, this is my dream home, as some would call it. I call it paradise.

All in all, Best Buy is definitely the perfect store for all. Not only does it have every single product related to electricity out there, but their prices are unbeatable. Thank god for Best Buy.

I shop at the Best Buy in Hurst, Tx regularly. I have purchased a washer/dryer set, 2 flat screen T.V.s, 1 laptop, 2 desktops, an iPad, and all of my software. I get outstanding customer service every time I am in the store, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make my shopping expierence a pleasent one. I don't even bother to shop around for electronics or appliances any more I know exactly where to go when I need them.

We love shopping at Best Buy. In most cases, the sales associate is very helpful, not pushy and educated on the products. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone that can help us. Our children are 22, 19 and 4 yrs old. We can always find something for everyone. We have also ordered products online and have had no problems.

Best Buy has a great selection!! They could be a little more competetive, but overall I have been very satisfied with my experience with Best Buy
