Best buy has the best prices ever and i got a great televiosn in both black fridays for a great low price

After much research I was able to find the best deal at Best Buy. Purchased an HP G62-234DX Notebook.

Very pleased with the price and performance. Staff at the store was very helpful.

I had to work today and couldn't shop in stores on Black Friday. I found the best deals online at bestbuy.com for the game systems my kids wanted for Christmas.

So far I've purchased 3 laptops from HP, Toschiba and MAC book. 3 cameras, video cam, xbox 360 and all have been great purchases, the staff is most helpful. My favorite electronic store.

I would strongly recommend you to shop from Best Buy. This is by far THE place to shop on electronics. Its includes one for every class, every generation and every mood. Be it laptops, mobiles, e readers, you name it and they have it. They all are of top quality and durable

I regularly buy from Best buy. My first product was a laptop some 10 months back and am still happy with the product. I think best buy always sells the best product.

I love best buy. I went in with no idea which flat screen tv to buy and the salesperson spent time with me showing me the differences in each different brand and model. I felt like an expert by the end and have been super happy with the Sony XBR I purchased. I also felt like it was a great deal and would recommend best buy to anyone looking for great products and knowledgable sales professionals.

I brought my laptop in a few months ago because it seemed to be having a log of issues. Bottom line, since it was over 4 years old, the Geek Squad really didn't want to work on it, they said that I should purchase a new laptop. I am certain that all my laptop had was a virus or spyware - - they were too lazy to fix it, they simply wanted me to buy a new PC or laptop. They suck!

I recently went into Best Buy to purchase a video game for my son. I was at a total loss of what to buy a teenager who loves to play different kinds of video games. The personnel were extremely helpful in giving me ideas of what he might like given his interests and suggested several different items. I recently gave him his presents and he was so excited by my choices! (I was thrilled to be so with it - if that is still what kids say.) So thanks Best Buy for not only putting up with my lack of knowledge, but making me feel like I gave him something he really wanted and making it look like I knew what I was doing.

We have shopped at Best Buy for years and enjoy the selection and expertise of staff. My husband even insists on purchasing items at a higher price from Best Buy than local competitors due to the service. Excellent selection, excellent service, excellent store.

I love Best Buy and believe me it isnt only becuase i want the Ipod 4th Generation i mean it best buy has everything a great store needs, nice caring associaciates attentive too, there are always great deals for everyone and mostly everything. Bestbuy has the best helping Geek Squad ive ever encountered, they helped me and were nice to me when i needed them the most. i really cant say much about the dislike part of bestbuy, its only the part that they whould be opened more time so i could spend more time there lol.

I recently purchased a computer at the Huntington, W.Va store. The first sales person was little over bearing and talked so fast, but another saw the situation and came over.....from there it was a great experience. He listened to my needs and budget and did a great job explaining all the differences in technology to a "not so tech" person. I appreciated his time and effort.

I love Best Buy. They have always came thru for me when I needed specifics. From a computer for my son with major software play, to my laptop to video games, movies, so much more. They are always eager to help you find what you need and go the extra mile for customer satifaction based on customers needs. Keep it up guys.

I have purchased the best electronics items, have received the best customer service, for the best prices on several purchases. Like my 52 in. Sony TVs, car radars, emachine computer, etc.

I was in looking at cameras. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to take plenty of time with me since I was undecided on what exactly I wanted. Staff was patient and I knew their stuff! I got my new Canon SX30IS and I LOVE IT! The only drawback was the price was a little cheaper at Sams and H H gregg.

Always check Best Buy before shopping anywhere they offer the best prices and biggest selection on electronics. When shopping in store the staff are very courteous and helpful

Oh my goodness, the staff at the Lake Geneva Wisconsin store should get an award, they were so helpful.. my daughter and I were looking for laptops,, I am a computer dummy and asked really stupid questions and they never seemed bothered by what my questions were and told me I could talk to any salestaff. they gave me a folder and then when we left we saw the I pod phone and another staff member helped us... searched for an update on my accountand found one the day after my daughters birthday which was the reason we were shopping,,, you see I could not afford the 900 dollars lap top she wanted but I think I can handle the upgrade I phone .. we will be coming back to make the purchase ... best buy rocks

every experience i have had with best buy is amazing. the customer service is outstanding and the people go the extra mile to help you out. i rate 10 out of 10 and recommend anyone go.

When ever I go to best buy I can always find someone there that is willing to help. They are friendly and they always help me find something I need or if they don't have it the suggest something else. My overall experience has always been good.

I entered the BestBuy store, and was immediatley greated by a nice gentlemen with a very warm smile, I was feeling good already. When I had a question, one of the associates came to me at once, it was as if they knew I was having a problem deciding which wireless router to get. They answered my question very well, and were very advanced in there field of knowledge on the product I was looking for. At the register, the associate explained to me the waranty very well and advised me to get it so that I was well protected. I think this was probably one of my best shopping experience ever, and I've had a lot!
