The people that work here are extremely nice and helpful and they always ask us if they can help us find something. We love to come and try out the newest products. Great store!

i bought a toshiba laptop from best buy last year and it was a very good deal. it was for my daughter and she loves it. Best buy is the place to go for good deals on big items.

I had a great experience when I went to the store on thansgiving day...the asociates were very helpful...only one thing to change...I was looking for a water filter and they did no have it.

I am smart enough to operate a well tuned electronic device but when it comes to troubleshooting or questions I have not found any store to compete with Best Buys team. I like the online support and in store demonstrations. I have learned a great deal from the sales to the support team. The one complaint that I have is finding someone to help me, I know there is limited sales associates but I generally become uninterested after waiting for 30+ minutes for help with an electronic device and find myself searching online help and knowing before I get to the store.

I like Best Buy because you can still get quality customer service when you go there. It is unusual anymore to find a store where you can get one on one help from a knowledgable staff. I find that every time I have been there, that the staff is knowledgable, helpful and unafraid to get you the help you need if they do not know. Bottom line they just get it right!

Best Buy in Florence, Kentucky has the best customer service around. I have purchased two desk top computers and two laptops. The customer service is phenomenal and the Geek squad is the best. I always feel as if they have your best interests at heart. My only complaint is that you wait in line much too long. The counter needs to be longer and more Geeks need to be available.

I purchased a computer from best buy about 6 months ago and I have to say I was really impressed with the sales associates, the service and the great deal I got. I got a great computer with a free printer for just around $400.00 - Walmart couldn't even beat that!

I love Best Buy when it comes to 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE, 2. POLITENESS OF STAFF, 3. VARITY OF PRODUCTS OFFERED, 4. And CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE.

Everytime I enter a besy buy store I am always greeted by a friendly staff member and as I travel through the store I am always approached by a store representative offered assistance and incredible knowledge of products. I love Best Buy for these features however I do feel that Best Buy is a bit pricey for most products.

I will continue to shop Best Buy and hope that Corporate would consider price drops on products.

The customer service at some bestbuy stores is not as advertised. On four to five occasions I have been rudely addressed by workers there

We purchased a Samsung Refridgerator, Samsung Microwave, Samsung oven, and Samsung dishwasher from Best buy about 2 months ago. We scheduled delivery and instillation within 1 week of the order. There were 2 delivery guys and they were wonderful. They were friendly and knowledgable. We will definately purchase all future appliances from Best Buy!

Whenever I go to best buy the employees there are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I brought a Nintendo DS about a year ago,the employees directed me to where they were located in the store and what games and accessories went with it. When I asked about a particular game they looked up to see if they had it or not. Not that long ago I went into best buy with my father to purchase a Nintendo DS for him as well. They were greeted us with smiles and were helpful.

This is the third Christmas in a row I have found great deals at the online outlet. No hassles with items and no problem with returns if needed but usually dont need to return. great find spread the word!

I went to best buy in omaha at the village point location! the staff their was incredibly helpful and very nice! i was looking for a tv and they exlained the difference between plasma and lcd! it was a great expreince and I will always go back! thanks for treating me like a family member! I came in knowing I wanted printer that could print great pictures, and the very knowledgeable sales person, convinced me to consider the Canon MG6120.

It was a great suggestion, and I love the quality and ease of using this printer.

It's no wonder people are camping outside Best Buy 4 days before black friday, there deals are the best. Everything from 3d TVs to ipods had a sale. Can't be beat!

I like getting all my questions answered by the geek squad having just bought my first laptop. The sale person on the floor made my purchase so much easier when I told them what my needs were and how I was going to use my laptop. Also when I purchased my copier and I had to go back asking a question the sale person found out why I needed a cord that didn't come in the box he was very patient explaining to this senior person what I needed to do and telling me if I had any other questions I COULD CONTACT HIM.
