This unit has met all expectations, simple to set up and use, printing, copying, scanning (multiple sheets), color photo printing and faxing. Wi-Fi/Bluetooth capable feature offers this space saver unit even more advantages. Another feature I like is the ability to replace only the ink color running low, as opposed to other machines requiring total ink replacement. It has an attached phone with answering machine, although I haven't needed that feature. I have had NO problems with this machine and have actually purchased a second one for my satellite office. Great price.

Absolutely fantastic TV. Picture quality, both normal, High def and 3-D programming is very good quality, Combine that with Samsung 3D glasses for an excellent viewing experience. The TV allows for wireless web access for alternate programming that allowed for program access not available in our viewing area, including sporting events that cater to certain viewing areas. The Best Buy Salesman was very helpful in explaining the TV features. He was very informative. We are totally pleased with this purchase.

These 3D glasses are super....very comfortable to wear while watching 3D programs via the Samsung 3D TV recently purchased.

Recently purchased the new flat screen 3D TV in time to watch World Cup Soccer and other sporting events in 3D...fabulous imaging. Other great features are also accessible, including wireless web access. We're very happy with our purchase.

We have purchased computers, gaming consoles, video games and movies from BestBuy and have always been tremendously satisfied. I am continuely impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the salespersons at the Best Buy by our home (Millerville store). We are currently shopping for 2 new laptops for both of my sons and trust the advice of the computer salesman there (Grant) because he gives his honest opinion and we never go wrong by following his advice. I am always looking for the best deal in whatever shopping I am doing - and in this case, I cannot go wrong. We get quality and great pricing and excellent customer service! We love Best Buy!!!

I am always surprised and delighted when I am looking for a particular DVD - and Best Buy always has it. Then after I find my DVD I head over to the PC games aisle and spend at least an hour looking over the many, many PC games and I usually walk out with at least 2 or 3.

I have also always had the best service while in the store. Several times in the computer section, the sales people have protected me from buying the wrong item and steered me to the right one.

I have not had a bad experience in the Best Buy which is only 10 minutes from my house!

best buy is a great retailer. they have all the top rated brands.although they are a little pricier than some of the other retailers they do offer great discounts on some of the bigger electronics like t.v.s i do like the assortment and choices they offer.i would recommended this store to others!

Love to browse the store and do buy electronic stuff from them, and large appliances, too. However, find the weekend staff on the whole to be less well-informed than those daytime during the week. Not surprising, though. The younger ones are extremely computer savvy but lack ability to get info across to customers which comes with experience and training. In conclusion, buy weekdays during the late morning hours if you want educated advice.

With a college student in mind Best Buy has been the place for us to shop for all our electronic needs. The salespeople have been friendly and knowlegable to our college students needs. We purschased a nice mid priced laptop hp computer suitable for our college students. Wherever she goes Best Buy is their to help her if their are any problems. Most college students enjoy a place to get good service, good music, good software, good phones, reasonable and affordable prices. All the necessities to keep in touch with family and friends and to do great work in their studies. Did I mention its nice Mom and Dad can just put it on their charge card and have their purchase sent right to them at their dorm. Best Buy for your Best Student..keeping them in the know and in the loop.

Everytime I order on Bestbuy.com it is because of an awesome deal. I always find good online only promos and their in store pickup makes things easy.

Best Buy hires associates that know the products and try to find the right one. Whenever I have a "problem" I need to solve, a sales associate tries to help me figure out what I need and how to make it work. Even if the product is not in stock, they will try to find the right thing and offer to order it if possible. I had a problem with trying to hook up a new computer with an older display and didn't know what adapter or cable would work and the sales associate helped me research the problem and identify the right cable and adapter rather than just try to push me into buying a new display. Thanks!

My computer caught a virus and I took it to the geek squad. I was having a lot of anxiety just thinking of the potential cost/ getting riped off. After a discussion with a member of the geek squad. I decided not to fix my computer (which was older). I purchased my Hewlett Packer computer at Best Buy. I am greatful for the service. I did not feel like I made an impulsive buy when I left. That is always a good feeling to have!!

Best Buy has been our first choice in electronics and home appliances for years. They stand by their products and warranties, and their customer service is exceptional. We have tried other retailers and they do not even compare to Best Buys quality of service and prices.

The online chat was not very helpful either - nothing personal. She is probably a very nice person.

I'm not too happy with the online checkout due to the fact that I would fill in ALL my information click on CONTINUE and it would take me right back to SIGN IN. It took me approx. 1 hour to place an online order because I had to fill out my info at least 4 times, I hope my credit card isn't jeopardized. It would have been easier to buy at store.

I was shopping for a vacuum cleaner the day after Black Friday. I was able to go in, find a vacuum cleaner, and get out in less than a half hour. I was not able to speak to anyone for help. There didn't seem to be anyone in the department. Luckily, I had a pretty good idea which one I wanted. There seemed to be a good supply on the shelves also. Check out was great! The line looked long, but it moved along quite quickly. The check-out clerk told me I would be able to return the vacuum if it was not what I wanted.

I purchase a 32 inch HDTV Dynex, in Waxachaxie, Tx. The sales person was very helpful and friendly, store was clean including the floor, had a very nice shopping experience. Would recommend friends to shop there.

when i go into best buy i know that im going to meet a knowlegable staff and great product. when i bought my x box 360 there a few months ago i got a great deal and the man who was helping me obviously knew what he was talking about. it was great and i would go back any time!
