Staff was very helpful on the phone they priced out the ink also on the items I was researching which also helped me make my decision on which printer to purchase.I also have made several purchases in store and staff was very helpful.

I purchased my son's WII from best buy and a week after I purchased it it was not working. I had purchased a warranty as well. I had no problem when I took it back the IT dept tried to work on it they found it to be unfixable. I received a new one within 4 days. Best place to shop. My son and I were very happy. Being a single Mom and shopping at best buy for my products is the best thing that could have happened to us. THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!

I went by the store and the associate was very helpful in helping me with the specifics on the specs of the tv.

I have bought many items from Best Buy. I have always had great service from them, especially with computers. I am computer illiterate and have many times gone in to their geek squad and they have helped me walk through my computer problems. Definetly shop here again.

I was very impressed with Best Buy Sales Staff when I shopped them this last Sunday. Sales Staff helped this no techno mom pick out great gifts for teenage daughter.

When I wanted to buy a new laptop I wasn't really sure where to start. I went to Best Buy twice because the sales people there do not receive commission, so they are honest, forthright, and no-nonsense. They were patient with me, answered my questions candidly, and steered me away from certain laptops because of how practical my needs were (I am a law student).

I had a great experience, and got a great sales price (a Toshiba laptop for under $500).

When I brought the laptop home there was a dead pixel in the screen. I brought it back to the store, where they confirmed the problem and gave me a new laptop on the spot. I was so relieved; as someone on a tight budget I was incredibly worried I'd be stuck with a "broken" lappy.

I am very happy with my purchase, and with my experience at Best Buy.

Had to return a connection cable the other week. The staff was excellent in helping find a replacement cable. Was in and out in a couple minutes.

I recently visited a Best Buy Store looking for a camcorder. I had looked at them online before I went to the store & my husband & I had decided on what one we wanted. When I got to the store & was looking at them I could not get anyone to help me. Some workers were standing around talking personal talk & the person in charge of the camera section did not acknowledge me at all. I had to ask the manager to help me & the lady helped me. When I told her what camcorder I was interested in she said that I did not want that one because it was a hard drive & that I needed one with a memory card. I did explain to her that I wanted one that took pictures also & she said that I needed another kind of camcorder. So then she took me to a JVC one. I did end up buying the JVC camcorder, but everything she told me about it was a LIE! There is no flash on it-so at night or in dark place you are out of luck, she also told me that this camcorder would automatically fix blurriness-meaning if you moved a little bit when taking a picture it would fix it-wrong, to take a picture you have to be focused or it is all blurry, she also said that it came with a 4g memory card & that was a LIE! And better yet I only had 14 days to take it back. We went on 2 vacations w/in a months time & I really got to use it on the 2nd trip to figure all this out, but it was too late to take it back, so now I am stuck with a camcorder that I do not like. I do like BESTBUY, but I am very disappointed in this sales person. I would have to think twice before I would buy something from here again. Prices are cheaper at other places!!

I have never been disappointed at Best Buy. Whether shopping in store (Baldwin) or ordering on line, I have found the best prices and most helpful salespersons.

When my computer failed, the Geek Squad saved all the data I had feared was lost. Most important were all my family pictures. They advised an external hard drive to prevent another such possible tragedy.

Our best buy rewards points have never posted to our account? It's been months, seems a little odd to us? We would have liked to use them for Christmas shopping. We will be irritated if they become available right after Christmas.

Other than that.... we love the convienance of shopping online and then getting an email within an hour or less, in most cases, that our items are available and ready for pick-up.

just ordered a refurbed San Disk 2GB clip MP3 player and had a fast easy to navigate check out allowing me to give them my credit card # or use PayPal. went with PayPal. fast & easy with free shipping AND price way below other sites for this player.

Best Buy. I order any electronics I buy get there. When there are stores in every town if you have a problem yet I can order on line and not have to fight the crowds.

They are price competitive and customer oriented.

We have been shopping exclusively at Best Buy for all major electronic purchases for over 14 years now. In that time, Best Buy's customer service and warranty support have been outstanding. As the parents of two busy boys, we have experienced many issues with the wear and tear young boys can impose on TVs, video game units and DVD players. They are true to their word and even honor damage caused by toy cars stuffed into VHS slots or just the wear and tear of every day use and abuse. The sales associates are always willing to work with you to find the product that fits your family's needs and within your budget.

I found the website to be very user friendly and detailed just enough in the coupon categories so that you don't become confused in what you are looking for. When searching for a couple of my own merchants that I buy alot of items from they weren't found so maybe they don't have online coupons thru another company.I would just like to say that my over all expierance was delightful.

I love Best Buy everytime i am looking for an electronic the people are very helpful and know about the products they always have an answer to your question. The Customer service is awesome!! When you purchase a electronic from best buy you always get what you pay for. They have high quality appliances and electronics.

Alas with the uprising of online shopping, Best Buy is no longer a leader in electronics. Even on Black Friday, their prices were far higher than online stores such as Amazon and Zappos.

It's sad to see a once-great empire topple.

Went to Asheville, NC location off Tunnel Road. Wanted to see the new mobile phone and ipads, tablets. Was waited on by Jessica. She was very informative about every phone and pad my friend and I picked up. Shared info on apps each device performed and gave helpful comparisons to suit my needs. I need pdf files to open.So I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy tab. Great Sunday Shopping!

I went into best buy and received excellent service. I went to 3 departments and the service did not change. The day after Black Friday was very busy but everyone had a smile and were happy to help me. Best Buy had plenty of associates to assist shoppers with their knowledge of the products. I will continue to shop at a store that knows how to take care of their customers. Every store should follow their lead.

My local store at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, Va is the best. Never are you hassled or pressured and they unlike most associates are cordial and extremely helpful. I don't shop at any other electronic store.

I think that this is the best thing to buy for your money. the other ones are just too much like the shuffle. this does soooo much. its a little computer.

My name is Victor and i have recently bought a few items from your store. So here's what I think.

Pros: Exceptional service, good employees, always nice and friendly and willing to help. Good clean atmosphere. Categories are well organized. BestBuy > FutureShop

Cons: Prices could always be lower :P And even though the employees are nice and friendly they tend to work a bit too hard to sell things. I realize that this is business but they truly persist. After i had recently bought my item the cashier/ attendant insisted i buy a warranty and some protection coverage. Also some anti virus programs with some more protection coverage. My budget was tight as is and i kindly refused. But they tried exceptionally hard and it began to get on my nerves.

But anyways there is really only 1 con and about 10 pros. So kudos to you BestBuy
