What a fun night it was. I actually got what I wanted. Well, sort of. I wanted the blu ray laptop. But about 300 folks were in front of me. I did however get a laptop. I like it!!! The ticket people were courteous and efficient. They definitely have Black Friday down to a science. Good for them!!!

I purchased the warranty for a carpet cleaner. I was having some troubles with it and brought it the Geek Squad to have it repaired. Everything worked out to good to be true. No problems, no worries. It was fixed in less the 30 days. I normally don’t purchase the warranties, but the price was low to pass up.

Best Buy is the best place to find all of those "hard to find" electronics your family is wanting for Christmas. For the past several years whenever I have had a hard time finding any kind of video game, game console, cd or computer product, I have gone to Best Buy. I have learned to shop there first and never have to look any further. They have it all. I love this store! Customer for life.

Best Buy to me is like a candy store to a child. My local Best Buy store has excellent customer service and very helpful employees. I love that it also has an Apple Center. I am a silver premium reward zone holder because I purchase everything that is electronic, music or computer related at Best Buy. Just this week I bought some outdoor Yamaha speakers and I am planning to buy a Behringer 12" self powered speaker with a small mixing board. I really am very satisfied with the products and employees at Best Buy. How did we ever get by without it?

Best Buy may not have the best prices around, but their selection is so plentiful! All the electronics you'll need this holiday season, you can find!

Our hometown Best Buy runs a very nice and well stocked store. We have many other stores and "chains" to choose from but I always find myself back at Best Buy because they ALWAYS have the best buy for any product I wamt. There is always someone to greet customers at the door with the latest ads and any information needed. Customer service is great when needed and no one follows me around "just in case". There have been times that the itms I want or need are not in the store and they have always been able to find one for me in another store and have it shippen in or ordered one for me and had it in store in ASAP. I would comment on the negative if there was any, but the Cape Girardeau, Mo store is WAY ABOVE STANDARD!!

Best buy is a great store with very helpful employees. They are very helpful to customers and try their best to make us smile. I love the store and will give them 5 stars up.

I shop regularly at Best Buy because they offer top notch customer service. I have been pleased with the overall level of expertise that their employees have with their products. They have always answered my questions thoroughly. I like the bundle deals that they offer too.

Everyday prices at Best Buy are not that great, but if you play the waiting game you can hit a grand slam. Be patient and watch the ads. I bought a top of the line Toshiba laptop bundled with a free Xbox and Netgear wireless Hd transmitter for $799. Employees are friendly but really won't give you an honest opinion and stick to the company line that "Everything is great." Not a big deal. No complaints.

Any workers at best buy are absolutely amazing! They are always there when you want them to help you with something or when you cant find something. They will even tell you about what they like and recommend for you to buy. Go to best buy for great workers and great deals

I was in a Best Buy on Cyber Monday. There were not very many cars in the parking lot and I was looking at the Ipod Nano's and had a few questions I would have liked to ask an associate. I stood there and stood there looking around and not once did an employee ask if I needed any help or had any questions. I was very unsatisfied with the service that day, normally there are people all around wanting to help and with the few number of cars in the lot made the experience very disappointing. Needless to say I left. There should really be someone around just the ipod merchandise to answer questions or concerns of the customers especially during the holiday season.

Great place to shop have great prices and friendly employees to heip you with things you no little about.I have no disliks about bestduy thats why i always search them first.

Best Buy's stores have almost always had what I went there to purchase. They have great deals that, to me, are timely and economical.

I wnet to Best Buy in Montgomeryville, PA to purchase a camera to attach to my laptop, so I could skype. We go into Best Buy about once a month. I knew nothing about the product, and the sales help was very helpful. Just because one camera was more expensive than the next, did not mean it was the best deal. The sales associate also helped me compare products. It was a very positive expereience. Thank you, Best Buy.

Everyone in the family loves the Movie and Music aisles in Best Buy. Everything is always up to date and available. It makes shopping so much fun!

Recently I had to go to a Best Buy for a cable for a movie projector. As one could imagine, not having a AV background, it's an inimidating task.

It was NOT daunting at all with the knowledgeable staff of Best Buy in Danbury, CT! It was a pleasant experience.

I had purchase a dishwasher from you back in April. After a few weeks it wasnt washing as good. I called about it ready for a fight about how you wanted to try to fix it first before returning it ect... To my surprise you returned the dishwasher for me and I picked out a new one of different style plus a price adjustment. This was by far the best service I have ever received by any company ever! I will continue to purchase all my appliances ect. from your store. Which I might add I purchased a laptop and desktop shortly after. Thank you for your outstanding service

Best buy is the the best thing around. Everything in one store. We was in our local best buy store a few weeks ago and the staff WAS sooo friendly. Everyone was helpful and fun to be around. That is what make us come back.
