As a self confessed shoe freak...I can say there is no better selection online than Zappo's!

I have ordered from them for years and I am always amazed at the speed my new FAV pair arrives on my porch!!!

Zappos has the best costumer service! Their return and free shipping policies are unheard of any where else. Zappos has the best return policy.They give you 365 days(a whole year) to return an item if your not satisfied. You get the best costomer service along with the convenience of shopping in the comfort of your home. What more can you ask for...as a customer they make you feel like your #1.

Each and every time I've ordered from Zappos I have had a very smooth tranaction. The shipping is fast and the items are very accurate.Also they have a very easy website to use.

When I call for returns Zappos is quick and no fuss. They have wonderful customer service!

to begin with zappo is the best site to order off of for 1 they have all of the stylish brands 2 almost all shoes are on sale 3 they do not charge an arm and leg for shipping 4 it doesnt take forever to deliver and to end with they dont rip you off or ale fake items.

I found a pair of Gravis sneakers at 9 PM for 17.99 and went ahead and ordered them. The next morning they were delivered at 10 AM.

I have bought A Stuart Weitzman shoe from Zappos a while ago. I have never ever in my life seen such prompt delivery, GREAT service, nice customer service agents, clear site and all the rest!!!!

I have ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos and my experience has always been very good.

I ordered some dress shoes for my son from Zappos on Sunday and received them the next day - on a Monday! I can't say enough about the service, speed and selection. Zappos has it all!.

I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter for Xmas and they were too small and I was able to return them hassle free and no additional cost and had the new boots the next day!!!! Completely satisfied with the whole experience and it was the easiest return I've ever had!!!!!!!!

I wish there was a selection mechanism for boot/shoe material (i.e., leather, suede).

I found everything else about the website helpful and clear, especially the close-up views. I LOVE the free return feature.

I wish there were easier to find promotional coupons on the web. For me, they are surprisingly motivational, even if it's only 5% off.

I am very impressed with Zappos. The site is very fast and easy to navigate. Important information is right there or just one click away. No clicking to find out exclusions in the fine print. There are none! I love the fact that return shipping is included and easy to use if needed. I like the way the shoes are displayed with many views right in front of you. I like the filters for most popular, or price etc.. Again only a few clicks and you are there. The reviews are helpful. 4 to 5 days standard shipping is great. While online shoe ordering may seem a little strange to those of us who like to try shoes on, Zappos.com eases those qualms with a full one year return policy that allows you to return the merchandise for whatever reason even as the commercials say if you are not emotionally ready for them. For my preference in shoes I have to shop online as nobody carries the oversized shoes I wear. Zappos.com makes it easy to narrow the selection down based on size, shoe type, color, and brand. When I bought from them the cost of my new shoes were less than half the cost of my old shoes that I had to buy in a shop that happened to carry my size. Their shipping policy is reasonable given the weight and size of their merchandise and you receive the shoes in their original box if that matters. Another advantage of shopping for shoes online is that you might be less tempted to spend money on the spur of the moment. Their website effectively organizes their products into categories, thus making it easy to navigate.

I have been using Zappo's for shoes, for a few years. free shipping both ways, whish is great if you just can not decide between 2 or 3 different pairs

Every day they are adding new items, clothing, coats, so many different items, it has become my one stop shopping and sure beats going to the mall, and I can do it when ever i want , even at 2 am on a Sunday

Zappos is one of the best online shopping. Very courteous and helpful staff. Plus Zappos upgraded my order to next day shipping free! Not only that, but they have free return shipping---you can't beat that.
