I don't order on line a lot, the few times I have used Zappos to order I did not have any problems and was pleased with their service.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos over the years. Have never had a problem with returns or exchanges. They're the best, very accomodating.

Zappos has a great selection of shoes, but in the case of them not fitting, the returns are very easy and free.

Zappos can now be used in the same sentence as L.L. Bean, except they haven't been in business as long. The best customer support, and service. The only place I've bought my shoes for 7-9 years. And I have referred many many friends and family.

Zappos has just about every shoe immaginable. what I really like is the reviews. It helps to know how it fits and the place or job they are worn. They have the fastest service and easy to buy from. Good job Zappos!

These guys are the best, a little bit of everything and pretty much any style shoe your heart could want. Quick shipping, easy returns (a must when buying shoes online!.) I watched a documentary about the company, looks like they're a legit place with a good business plan. Go Zappos

I tried Zappos for the first time and found them to be very easy to work with. The shoes didn't fit correctly and I was able to return them with no problem.

My husband has caveman feet! You can not get dress shoes or sneakers in regular mall stores that fit him, let alone look good and fit well. Zappos offers many styles in 6w which actually fit him. I order on line and they are on my doorstep the next day. This is the source for hard to fit feet.

As a returning customer I have always been satisfied with Zappos' pricing, service, and ease of use. The products are always shipped on time and in perfect condition. I love Zappos and will continue to use them for all of my shoe needs!

I found a pair of shoes on the Zappos' website that my son had been trying to find for months. I ordered the shoes three days before Christmas. Amazing the shoes arrived the next day. My son was thrilled Christmas morning.

I enjoy shopping at Zappos. I love the fact that I can order everything I need and it's on my front porch when I get home from work the next day! It's great when you have a function to go to in a few days and you don't know what to wear just order and it's there!!! Returns and exchanges are just as fast and easy.If you need to speak to a customer service rep they are always polite and helpful. Like I said I LOVE ZAPPOS !!

Over the years I've ordered from Zappos. I continue to return for the ease of being able to order and return if the item doesn't work out. This is just as good as my local retail store maybe better in that I don't have to leave the comfort of my home! At other on line sites there's limits or return for credit only and then your stuck. At Zappos it's truly user friendly and the return policy keeps me coming back. Additionally, I'm a comparison shopper and the selection at Zappos is the best! How can you lose.

Zappos return policy is the best of any internet based retail site I have ever come across. I bought a pair of tennis shoes (real tennis specific shoes) and the fit was snug. I sent them back and got a 100% refund.

The company was recently featured on CBS Sunday morning and they have a USA based customer service center and treat their employees almost too kind.

I have bought before and will buy again.

I love these shoes. Very light, perfect fit, and great for suburban sports.

I have problem feet and have trouble finding shoes that are wide and comfortable and look nice (all at the same time). I should say "had" trouble. I found out about Zappos two weeks ago and went to the site to look around. I found a nice looking pair in my size...and wide...so I ordered. I was nervous when I saw the box on the porch...how much trouble would I have returning them? I opened the box...and I'm still dreaming!! Don't wake me up. These are the greatest shoes I've had in years. Smart looking shoes that are extremely comfortable. I love Zappos.

Zappos has a great selection. I can find sizes that no one else seems to carry. One thing that I dont always like about Zappos is the prices. They seem higher than other places. They are, however, easy to work with and fast.

Zappo's customer service is out standing, no hassel what so ever. They stand by their customers 100%.

There is no better customer serice than at Zappos. They never complain about returns and never berate the customer for stupidity. And if I am any example, they deal with alot of stupidity. I have nothing but good to say about Zappos.

In many ways, Zappos is the bar for online shopping for me. Many others online retailers just don't measure up. Zappos is by far responsible for helping me become a confident, savvy online shopper.

Zappos has an OMG selection of shoes, and now clothes and accessories.

I love ability to review items from 5 different views - including magnified views, the customer reviews and stashing my selections in "My Favorites". All of the above help me make smarter choices.

I really, really, appreciate the free shipping and returns. Although, I have had a few returns since first shopping with Zappos more than 5 years ago -- no fault of theirs-- I try not to abuse the return process and order items that I really like/need.

Honestly, I'm enjoying the brick and mortar shopping less and less. "We don't have that color or your size. I can call another store..." Who needs that? 8 times out of 10 Zappos at least has the shoes I want. So when are you guys going public? I'm stashing my cash for the stock.

Zappos has the BEST customer service. My first experience with Zappos was amazing. I purchased a pair of shoes (and received free shipping). The shoes did not fit so well, so I called to returned them. The customer service department asked if they could send out a different size as an exchange. They sent me another size for free... express. I received the shoes the next day. When I decided the shoes where not for me, the return was very quick and painless. They even paid for the return of the shoes. AMAZING!
