I never plan on returning items but we all know it happens when ordering on line. I have purchased boots and now sneakers with zappos. Both had to be exchanged because the first ones I selected did not have the right fit. All orders were upgraded to next day shipping for free and the exchange was processed quickly and accurately and free of charge. I can't say that about most places I order from. It was a great experience and I know that if it doesn't fit the way I want then I can have it taken care of. I love this site, just wish I would have found it sooner.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Zappos and they arrived within 2 days. The same pair of boots from Uggs.com were out of stock for 90 days but Zappos was in stock and shipped right out.

I love Zappos because the prices are awesome and they offer free shipping! And last time I ordered from Zappos they automatically upgraded my shipping free of charge and I got my shoes within 48 hours! Also, I know that if I wanted to return anything it would be hassle free. I love you Zappos!

I have ordered now for a few years and the experience just keeps getting better and better! Their website is so easy to use. You can select the color, heel height, style, etc. There are many options to choose from to help you find just the shoe you're looking for. And how can you beat free shipping on purchases and returns? Speedy delivery too.

I've been ordering from Zappos for a couple of years and have purchased many different types of shoes. I"ve never has any issues with my purchases or returns. I've also had my shipping upgraded for free too. And the great thing is, I never had to pay for shipping (on returns) or restocking fee! That's some pretty good customer service in my book!

I have used Zappos for years. I buy my shoes there as well as my children's. They have good prices, large variety and wonderful service. Prompt, fast, and always free delivery, and free returns if you make a mistake.

There product line is enormous and the free shippong policy for purchase/return makes it the best place to shop online for shoes. They are so easy to do business with.

Love to order our shoes from Zappos.com. We found Earth brand shoes on your site a few years ago, & this is the only way we get our Earth shoes. Good sales & variety! Love the way the shipping is done. Earth brand is hard to find locally, so this was the best way for us to go! :)

I work and have two kids so I wind up doing a lot of my shopping on line. Zappos offers everything I need--a site that is easy to navigate, detailed product information, reviews from customers, good product displays, and a huge inventory. And then, of course, there are the good prices, free shipping, and easy returns. I just wish it were always so easy to order on line. If you're looking for a suggestion for improvement, sorry, I can't think of any.

Zappos is by far the easiest and fastest way to get whatever you need. The quality of their products are phenomenal along with the availability of the products for any gender or age of what is shoppped for. I have been shopping with zappos for a few years and customer service is the best. the integrity of the site and people working behind the scenes has proven to me to be the only online store to shop at. Thank you Zappos for being there even when I needed the product in a hurry. The return free shipping is amazing, not that I had to return everything, just ordered the wrong size. You can't beat the quality website and I give it a rating of 5 gold stars.

6EE looks a lot like the box and trying to find attractive shoes that have support for a high arch makes it even more difficult.

Zappos allows me to shop through hundreds of brands and looks in my size. Then when I have them shipped it is free. Now if they don't fit, I just print a free return label and give them a simple reason. Once I accidently hit 10 instead of one and had to call customer service to stop the order. With a sense of humor they were happy to help me and all was well.
