My dad has been havinga terrible time finding shoes that are wide enough to fit his feet well. His favorite store, for the past 50 years, went out of business and he was totally discouraged - - until I thought about zappos.com! On a whim, I checked your site and I found several different styles and colors for Dad - in his size!!

Now, I have a 81 year old "shoe hound", and you have your next loyal customer!!

I have to say right off the bat, that you should change your name to "Zappo Zooms"! Why you ask?? Well Ill tell you. I was told by friends when looking for shoes a yr ago, to try Zappos, I did, and not only did the shoes come "Zoominly fast!, but free shipping as well!! I was impressed by your speedy delivery, and lowest prices anywhere, really, that your are now the only place my son shops. And did I mention how PICKY a 17 yr old can be?? You have it all.! Good prices, speedy service, and I can even return if I need to. You guys are really trully awesome, and that is the truth and as honest as I can be. Keep up the good work!!

I've ordered many times and many Uggs from Zappos. Also when item is not stock the followup is great. I am amazed to find my order the next day. Awesome service and your employees are the best!

I ordered a pair of boots several weeks ago. I was so impressed with the courtesy and promptness of the people I came in contact with. The whole experience was such a pleasant one - your on-line cheerfulness and friendliness just really convinced me that shopping with Zappos is the way to go :)

Zappos is the very best, fast, exact, and plenty to choose from!!! Love my Nikes I just bought two pairs and talked my boss into ordering them too.

I was not able to use PayPal to place my order with Zappos. I had to log in separately and then call customer service, and then during checking out the second time, I still could not use my PayPal account. I checked my PP account and everything was in order and there were no problems on that end. SO, I had to go thru the checkout again, and enter all of my credit card info again. Instead of a "one-step" purchase using PayPal and having the extra security that this service provides, I had to rely on Zappo's security, and there is still a chance that I will receive a duplicate order.

I will review the products after I receive them.

I think the zappos is a great store there prices are excellent i got some green and white superstar 2 addidas for 36.00 you can not beat the prcie i love the way the set up there online store overal apperence bravo and job well done for a scoring 1 through 10 i give them a 100!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ZAPPOS! I order all of my shoes from them. I get exactly what I want and shipping time is GREAT! No shipping by UPS and then turning it over to the USPS which takes a extra 2-3 days. What more can I say. Zappos is the Best!

Whenever I have ordered from Zappos the item turned out to be exactly as it was presented in the add, although it is a little difficult to see what something would look like on yourself, buy an online picture and description. If ever I have received a product that I made a poor decision on. Zappos always took care of it and sent out another decision right away, even before Zappos had received my return by mail. The trust with my return just blew my mind you don't see that kind of service anywhere any more.

I found great deals on four pairs of sandals. Zappos out priced everyone else I checked.The shipping was fast.I was very impressed and will continue to shop with them.They get 5 stars with me!

I married in September and my husband has one pair of shoes, Nike Shox that he loves. I have GOT to get him a new pair. I was online looking for a week to find a pair of the Nike Shox O'Nine's in his the most common size of 12. EVERYWHERE, Sports Auth, FootLocker, Academy, Dick's, DSW. I was starting to get angry. It didn't occur to me to try Zappos for my husband. And there they were.... the Silver and Orange O'Nines that I was searching for a week before Valentines day. I am soo happy, I could pee! :) Thank you Zappo's! From here out,you will be my first resort, my apologies for not thinking of you first this time and wasting a week.

I have ordered shoes that did not fit or didn't like once I saw them on my feet. I have never had an issue with returning anything, never a cost associated with it or sending the replacement. They actually do what they say - I KNOW!!! Amazing. I recommend them to all my friends and fellow nurses who are on their feet all day.

I love zappos. The ease and speed with which I receive my purchase is second to none. And the "no questions asked" return is definitely a plus! I can order several styles and sizes of shoes for my husband, an avid non-shopper, have him try them on at home, then return what he doesn't want without a worry about Zappos questioning me. I learned the hard way that DSW, doesn't have the same policy. I am a steadfast Zappos fan!

I ordered a suit about 11am, it arrived by 11am the next day, free delivery.

I recently received a gift from Zappos. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size and I needed to exchange the item for the correct size. I called customer service and 10 minutes later I had my new account with VIP Zappos and my new shoes would arrive the next day! The customer service was exceptional.
