I've been ordering shoes from zappos for over two years now and the service is great i order shoes one morning and they arrive the very next day normally before noon. the quality of the shoes is very good and you always know what the finally price will be when you check out because no shipping fee and the taxes are already included i recommend this site for all moms that don't like to risk taking all the kids to the mall...

I ordered a pair of boots. The film clip showed the boots. I love them and was relieved to know that I could send them back without paying postage if they didn't fit, I convinced my mother-in-law to use your site. She had to return boots to another site and pay return postage plus the initial postage. Thanks. I will shop with you from now on.

I just started using Zappos for the 1st time. I just love it. They make everything so easy for the customer. I had to return a item & you just go to there website & fill the information in & they send you a label & a receipt You don't need to fill any paperwork. Its a fantasic website. I'm so glad I use it. Try it out for yourself. I'm using it now.

Zappos is my favorite shoe store simply because of the vast, vast selection. I can't even imagine how large their warehouse is. They ship quickly, and their website is well organized. You can find what you want easily there. It's a godsend for small sizes that are hard to find at brick and mortar stores.

My son who is very athletic wears a size 9.5 4X. Zappos has consistently delivered football, basketball, baseball and soccer shoes in his size. I never look anywhere else! The service is amazing. When his football cletes were stolen in the locker room, a replacement pair came in 36 hours! I love zappos!!

Several months ago I ordered 5 pair of shoes. Only 1 pair worked for me, the heals on the other 4 were to high. The shoes I kept Matisse, Empire are to die for! They are so comfortable and stylish. Everytime I wear them somebody wants to know where I bought them. I don't like department store shopping so Zappo's is the place for me!!! Also, the best part was being able to print my return label online and dropping the shoes off at a UPS customer counter, or UPS Store. Zappo's is a great place to shop.

I ordered sandals from zappos and they were delivered quickly and they looked just as they did online. I was very statisfied.

Zappos is great for a few reasons. For one thing the free overnight shipping is incredible. I called with a question before I ordered and was treated like a customer.Great experience.
