I have discovered Zappos.com about 4 yrs ago and I have shopped with them since then. I have bought sneakers, boots, heels, purses and socks at Zappos I have had nothing but a great experience shopping at Zappos, I love that they have a great selection, free shipping both ways and well the prices are ok, some items are overpriced but I trust Zappos and they have a great return policy. I would definitely give them a try, u really cant go wrong with Zappos, their customer service is tops.

I've shopped on and off at Zappos for the last 6 years. I really like their flexibility and free shipping and returns. How can you lose. Their prices are the actual prices of the items you find at other stores but the cost of shipping and returns make it a win/win for all involved.

What a website! So easy to find a pair of shoes or boots or clogs or just about anything. Delivery is immediate and I love the free shipping policy. The video product descriptions are fun to watch and very helpful. Good job!

The conveniene of Zappos is amazing. I love the tme is saves not having to go to a mall or department store. It is especially convneient in buying shoes for my 11 year old. She can make it very difficult to shop for shoes, but having them selected on line and sent home is great.
The selection for adults and kids is fantatic!

I love the Hunter boots. They are so cute and look great with leggings! They fit a little large, so I suggest ordering a size smaller.

I shop Zappos because they have such a great picture of the shoe and if it runs true to size. It is so hard to find shoes available in a narrow size that are fashionable!

While shopping at Zappos I know I am purchasing quality products. They almost always have the shoes I am looking for, even at the last minute. Most recently, I purchased gladiator style sandals and they are trendy and attractive and comfortable. Thank you zappos!
