Zappos is great. It tells you how many of your selection is left especially if its 1 or 2. This lets you know that if you really want that shoe make your selection quick because you might not get a second chance. I actually loved a Michael Kor high heel sandal and did not buy it when I saw it.When i decided to buy it the next day it was no longer available. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Great Online shoe store!!!

I've been shopping at Zappos since 2006. Never have I had any problem with returns and they're really quick to ship my shoes to me. Great selection too! I have suggested Zappos to my Dad and several of my friends. I'll continue to make my purchases for shoes at Zappos.

Last summer I neede a pair of white dressy shoes for a wedding. I looked in every store in my area. I found Zappos at the last minute. They shippped the shoes quick and easy!! I love the free two way shipping!! How could you ask for anything better!!

Zappos has great prices and offers free shipping and returns so you know you will be happy with your purchase. They offer so much more than just shoes too, they offer clothing, bags and houseware at great prices. They offer great customer service 24 hours a day, so you can call when it's convenient for you not them.

I was trying to fit my teenage sons with shoes, and was failing. Their size 15, wide feet were so hard to find in sports shoes, and dress shoes. Zappos was a wonderful find. I was able to purchase both sons shoes, and they are so happy. I can feel confident now that I can afford to buy good shoes for my sons.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos on Sunday choosing free shipping which is 5 day ground and apparently got a free overnight upgrade because I got them on Tuesday! Sweet! I wish Zappos was more aggressively competitive in pricing their shoes (I can normally find them cheaper elsewhere) but in a bind I know I'll get them quickly & I trust them. Also, they don't normally stock hard to find brands like Endless.com does. Although just like Zappos, Endless isn't the cheapest either but I find I've become a more loyal & steady buyer to Endless because they carry the out of the ordinary names I'm looking for. I've emailed Zappos a few times about this to no avail. That said, Zappos is still really great and when you find a deal with them, take it! You should buy the shoe and trust they will get there quickly!

Zappos is better than a shoe store. Their selection and service is better. When I order shoes one day, the shoes are at my door in 24 hours or less. I have never had a hassle with returning, and shipping both ways is always free. Why bother driving to a shoe store with a smaller selection and indifferent clerks? Zappos may not have the best prices, but they more than make up for it with excellent service and selection.

It might not be too hard to find a better deal, but if you are looking for a solid selection AND at a good price, Zappos.com makes a great 1-stop shop. Seriously. The shipping is as expected: normal and consistent.

I work in vegas and drive there quite a bit. I saw a sign on freeway advertising Zappos on line shopping. I got home and went online and ordered some converse shoes. I got them within two days, but the problem was they were too big.

I followed the easy instruction for a FREE return (no Shipping costs) and had my replacements size in my hands in two days.

Since that ride on the 10 freeway I have been using Zappos for my online shopping. They always have the best of every brand and usually it's exclusive.

I bought UGGs from Zappos, but had to exchange them for a smaller size. Return was easy and painless. I've gone to Nordstrom to try shoes on, and then bought them on Zappos to avoid sales tax. It's great if you have the patience to wait for them to ship to you. I love Zappos!

Zappos has an extensive selection plus the free shipping and returns definitely causes me to order (and keep) more product than I usually intend, which I am sure is the reason for it. I do have to say that the creepy commercials they have been airing on tv with the claymation looking people is really turning me off. I am the type that wont buy something (such as Geico insurance because of those disgusting creepy cavemen) so advertising should take notice.

Zappos is incredible. For all of us who have wasted hours wandering from shoe store to shoe store and even within the same store in a failed attempt to get that exact pair of shoes that we were looking for, Zappos is our knight in shining armor.

Free shipping and free return shipping means it's risk free to order shoes and see if they are to your liking. Shoes need to be tried on, and zappos understands how freeing it is to allow someone to purchase 5 pairs, only to return 4 of them with no penalizing.

And their service is fantastic. You don't pay shipping, but you don't lose out either. I don't recall a single order where I didn't receive the shoes by the next business day. They overnighted it for free! They give you a year to return it as well, so you're not pushing against deadlines when you aren't exactly sure if you want to keep the pair or not.

Their prices might be a tad higher than some other places, but still reasonable...and that extra money is going for extra service. It's worth it.

I Recently bought the puma espera from zappos and man did they ship fast and their price was fantastical. I am definetely going to be buying and recommended Zappos.com to all my friends

For years and years I have only been able to buy shoes from a catalog or online since my size is larger than what retailers usually carry. The downside is that not being able to try shoes on makes the shopping part a gamble. Zappos makes this so easy with the long return period and free shipping. The massive selection and ability to constantly drill down based on criteria makes the selection manageable. Also nice is the fact that they ship from one town over so I always get them the next day.

I am purchasing some shoes for a family member and will ship them internationally. She was able to shop online easily. It would be nice to have the free overnight shipping similiar to Zappos' competitors.
