Do not renew your contract thru Best Buy. Not one thing was done correctly. It took over four calls to ATT to have Best Buy Mobiles mistakes corrected. The money you save on the phone is definitely not worth the hassle.

You cant find anything better then best buy!! Although the prices are pretty high i can say that Best buy has the best quality stuff!! I love seeing all the new stuff that comes in!!

This store has everything. I love shopping at BestBuy.

I buy all my electronics at BestBuy. They have the best electronics and services you would probably never get in any other store. i've directed a couple of friends to buy electronics at Best Buy and they are very ipressed with the services they give. Thanks to BestBuy.

i think that best buy is sooo enjoyable to go to every time a need help the emploies are available and can answer all my questions also i can find all the electronics i need no problem i have never haad any trouble with best buy and can garente that you wont either.

i bought Toshiba laptop from best buy, it wasn't a good quality, many problems with it, i don't if i should blame best buy or Toshiba the company,

i bought TV from best buy, the picuter doesn't look the same as at the store, colors are different, it seems i'm not having a good luck with you guys, hope that view will be changed.

I am a kid that desires an I Pod Touch and Best Buy is a great place to buy electronics, home theater stereos, and game systems and even more! Best Buy is the "Best" place to buy any electronic you desire. If it was up to me or asked "Where would you buy your electronics?" I would said obviously Best Buy since it's a very efficient place to buy your electronics. That's why I think Best Buy is very great to me.

Not the greatest service/prices but it isn't the worst. I never buy from their electronics department due to lots of bad experiences with their laptop, desktops, hard drives, etc. failing quite often and their return policy sucks. However, it is nice to get in to a store and actually look at the examples they have set up for viewing. Sadly, most of the time it is overpriced and you can find the same product with a much better return policy and much cheaper else where.

I have never been impressed with the Geek Squad. Most of the time I wind up talking to someone who is incompetent. Thankfully, I come from a family who are computer savy.

Granted, I due enjoy buying movies and video games since their prices arent overpriced in these categories and the employees I usually talk too (including the ones at the cash register who make small chat) are really friendly and make me want to at least come back to look and see if anything decent is going on.

Overall, employees make me want to go back but after seeing prices and how often (computer/hardware) fails coming from here, I'd rather make a trip to Costco or buy it online.

I recently purchased a HP Pavillion DV4. I mainly purchased this laptop for academic reasons, however it has been very useful for many other entertainment purposes. I am able to stream videos without little to no delay, and browse the web at lightning speeds. I am running on Windows Vista and despite what the critics say, i love it. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and thats when the problems started, so PC user beware of Windows 7. Overall i am satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a phone on-line for pick-up delivery at the store. I was pleasantly surprised. They were courteous and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes and was assisted through the checkout! I would definitely do it again and save on shipping!

I love going into Best by myself,even for no reason at all.I can shop as long as I want-no hurry here.I actually feel as if I am doing inventory-I look at everything! I know they think I am shoplifting because all of the employees have asked me if I need help.What an afternoon of dreaming and browsing.

I recently had to exchange an i-pod car charger/transmitter and wasn't able to find the exact item. Your staff was very helpful in finding a similar item and making the exchange very easy and fast.

Your empoyees are know it alls, in a good way. It doesn't make any difference if Im looking at a digital camera, a lap top, or a big screen tv, know matter what we need to know each sales person knows everything there is to know about that specific item. I am very I'mpressed. You must put them through a boot camp of training. Thank you!!

Best buy employees have consistently been very helpful and polite. When shopping in big stores sometimes it is hard to get the right customer service you need, but regardless of how many people have been in the store when I have been browsing, someone has always been there to help me.

We just bought a microwave and we had a lot of questions about them. The service was great.
