I went to best buy with a purpose to buy a camera my knowledge about cameras is very poor the salesman was very nice he answer all my questions and also help me to decide which one was better for my purpose i buy the nikon p90 I love my camera and Best Buy .

I hate shopping, even for cool electronics and games but Best Buy makes it easy. Best Buy apparently does not require their sales people to crawl all over you but somehow there is always someone available when you need a question answered. The sales staff are friendly, know their stuff and are willing to share knowledge whether you are shopping or browsing. I have bought a television, sound equipment and other miscellaneous items and could not be happier.

Associates see online service as a competitor to their 'bricks-and-mortar' store, rather than an extra or complimentary service that the store offers. This is probably due to the way Best Buy has structured the online environment as being seperate from the store. Sales associates don't get credit for sales they make which are executed online. Merging online and store environments would make a more positive shopping experience for customers.

The returns counter is often not manned with enough people. The lines can move very slowly with a new customer advancing every 15 to 20 minutes on some occasions. The most annoying thng for customers is to see a half-dozen or more people behind the returns counter and have them literally ignore customers while they talk to each other. Best Buy seems not to train their people with the idea that making returns fast and easy for customers is a service that will encourage them to use Best Buy more often for purchases. I have experienced in a single trip to Best Buy, a long wait for assistance with a refund in a relatively short line, to then be asked repeatedly by multiple associates if I need assistance in making a purchase after leaving the returns counter. The focus of sales associates is to encourage purchases rather than serve the customer.

The website is easy to use.

They just built a strip mall across the street where I live and I go into Best Buy frequently. Even on Black Friday when they were extremely busy I went to a salesperson, even though he was very busy he told me to wait where I was and as soon as he finish with the customer he was waiting on he would get back with me. He came back and asked if I had been waited on and I replied "no" and he helped me. It took about fifteen minutes, but he did come back. The sales people are always courteous and answer questions that I have even though they may seen petty.

I have never been to another store like Best buy. I think best buy is a one of a kind type of store. It makes you excited to just lok around at electronics. They have the best displays, I can sit there and watch theyre flat screens all day. I love just going to see the computers and laptops. I ve never encountered any problems as far as customer service goes. Usually every employee is really helpful. Just typing this review, I think I want to go buy a Nintendo DSi !

I recent went into a Best Buy store and was greeted by two reps. Both were eager to help and explain TVs features to me. I had very specific requests and they were able to guide me toward a TV that suited my needs. I walked in wondering what TV to purchase and walked out with only one in mind.

By far, the best Best Buy experience to date.

I was in Black Friday, and it surprisingly went fairly well. They ran out of the Mac Notebooks with the $150 gift card very quickly. I did get some of the games online that were out in the actual store.

My husband and I Best Buy today. We got several different answers about whether or not a new computer monitor would work also at a tv. We did finally get an answer up at the Geek Squad desk. The 5Th person we asked.

I have had good experience with Best Buy. The employees are helpful and they know their jobs. I would recommend your company to my friends and family.

When ever I want to make a purchase that is important and significant in my home . I go to Best Buy. I know they have the largets selection on name brands. I have to be sure that I have a lot too choose from before I spend my money.

My last purchase was 42 inch TV still love it..

Best Buy has always exceeded expectations when it comes to customer service. Whether I order something online, or in the store, I am always met with the same courteous and helpful staff. They are always eager to render assistance and answer questions about various products and they are all very knowledgeable concerning the products that they have. With that kind of standard operating procedure, why would anyone want to go anywhere else. That is why I choose Best Buy

I have been shopping around for 6 major appliances. Refrig, Range, OTC Microwave, Dishwasher, Top Load Washer and Dryer. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help. No pressure and willing to spend time looking up information to help in my decision making!

Best Buy is a prime example of a monopoly gone wild.

I did find one item and was disappointed to have missed out on the e-machine laptop ifi it was ever available. Congrats, I did buy the smaller lap because it was a great deal. The camera was obtained from a competitor. AND I wanted a coupon that I could use !!

One of the best things about Best Buy, is that whether I go for a computer, video games, movies, music,...there is always a helpful employee who is trained and experienced to help me get exactly what I need. I get a great price and great customer service...

The Best Buy I usually go to is on Route 46 so the traffic and distance to get there is a hassle.

Best Buy is very easy to order online. Plus they are offering free shipping right now!!!! They also always back their products with a good return policy!!

It was not as anticapted. I expected longer lines and longer wait. I only need dvds. I found what I was looking for and was in line no more than 3 minutes. I was impressed

My latest experience from Best buy was great compared to five years ago. Then they tried to rip me off and gave me false information. They also did not respect the warrenty on a product. This time they were great! Service is wonderfull and helpful.They went out of their way to accomodate us and gave great deals. I brought a Blue ray and a LG LCD TV. Now I am buying a laptop.

My two sons who attend college realize money is tight right now. last week I heard a noise in the bedroom and whoov, the television stopped working.

I thought it would be a while until we could get a new one. We were researching the price of televisions, it has been years since I bought one.I figure we would get another 32". We saw an ad for a competitor which seemed like a good deal. I said, try Best Buy. They have great customer service along with a great reputation for the lowest prices. We found a great deal, a 50" Samsung television with all the added features for a great price.

Wow, we now have a new television, a 50" er. Also, I applied for a Best Buy credit card, and I have an 18 month interest free credit plan, can you believe no interest?

Took my 83 year old mother-in-law to Best Buy for a laptop. She had an idea what she wanted to do with the laptop and there was a very PATIENT and helpful young man there to answer her every question, make suggestions and help her feel comfortable. It was a very rewarding experience. The price was right and the suggestions were right on the money....I never said a word the whole time

There are so many deals and so many great prices that go hand in hand with the quality of the products. I haven't had a bad experience at best buy yet.
