Initially purchase a flat screen tv from Best buy. Unfortunately I was not informed by the store representative at the time that it was not the best quality tv. I ended up having to return the Flat Screen but was presently surprised that I was given a $50.00 off on a better quality TV.

I have purchased several products from best buy and one that sticks out the most is my laptop computer. I am not the most intelligent person when it comes to computer shopping but the staff made my purchase very easy and understandable. I think if I was left on my own I would have purchased a computer that I was not satisfied with.

I am also happy with the return policy as it was very easy for me to return a Christmas MP3 purchase, not only was it easy it was really fast!

My review of best buy is 5 stars one just opened up a year or so ago where i live and the have a wide variety of selections and there prices are reasonable and i have had a problem yet with the customer service when i go in so my overall opinion is excellent i live in a small town so its the best store around where i live

Best Buy has always been a place I go for electronics. While often online deals are better, there is nothing like having someone there to answer your questions and getting a chance to test the item. Yes, as companies reduce their staff in an effort to weather the economy, it is harder to find a person to talk to on a busy day, but never have I been in the store for more than 5 minutes before someone has asked me if I need help. I would take good customer service over price any day. I will continue to shop at Best Buy!

This is the first time i've seen these offers and I found the discounts on the things I want. Finding the things you want at an affordable price, what more can you ask for!

I was just amazed on how much money i could save! I mean, everybody likes saving money right? This is the place to do it!

My experience that I've had with best buy has been great! They have a great selection of games whether it be for the xbox 360 or nintendo ds. I have found that they have the most competitive prices overall and am really glad that we have a best buy locally in San Marcos Texas. I have bought from games to dishwashers and have nothing but great products!!!

I always check Best Buy's weekly ads for the best deals on Blu Ray and DVD movies.

I bought a new large HDTV with free Blu Ray player from Best Buy a month ago and couldn't be happier. I was worried that the price would be cheaper on black friday but wanted to have a new TV for all the football before then. Best Buy offers a 30 day internal price guarantee, but the price never dropped below the deal I got, even at black friday deals at other stores.

Walking into a Best Buy can be a bit daunting, unless you know exactly what you are looking for and exactly where it is stocked. Fortunately, the associates at Best Buy in Redding are there to help. Whether it be finding a movie, even when all you can come up with is a random scene that you remembered seeing the other day, to laying out the pros and cons of a new printer for your computer. It has been my experience that they do not judge you on your knowledge or skill level, they just want to help. A big plus in my book.

I am amazed with the selection at Best Buy... they have everything one could possibly want or need. Their prices are both high and low...and their customer service is great.

If you are looking for great customer service, shop at Best Buy, but if you are looking for the lowest possible price, it would be best to shop around before making a purchase at Best Buy.

We can always find a great selection of products.

However they are not always as workable as some of the other stores for returns.

As a consumer I am always pleased with the help I recieve at best buy. I have a couple of stores that I usually do my shopping at (normally the shakopee store) I have always recieved the best help from the geek squad their. I would recommend that store to anyone!

I have been shopping at best buy for as long as I can remember. If I can't find what I want in the store, I can easily find it on their website. And they make it so easy to do! I have absolutely no dislikes from this store. No one can beat Best Buy's selection on music, movies, electronics, etc.. Not having much money at all, best buy offers great deals and very affordable...especially around the holidays!

I went to Best Buy to purchase one item, and left with three. The prices I found on the other items were better than the prices I saw at the "discount" stores in town. I also earn rewards with my purchases from Bestbuy. I was able to redeem over $100 of rewards this year through the program.

Best Buy has had my business for several years now. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I also enjoy shopping the Best Buy Website it is very easy to use and well organized and I have found that whether I'm shopping online or in the store their prices are always competitive.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best Buy to family and friends because I know they will find the same great service and prices I have found over the years.

Stores are always clean and bright for shopping. Sales associates are not always readily available in the computer area due so many customers wanting information. However once available the are generally very knowledgeable in a variety of subject and product areas, and courteous. There is usually very good variety of competing product lines to chose from and the pricing is competitive with other local vendors. I have purchased three laptops and at least three TVs over a few years and well satisfied with the service aspect.

I have used Best Buy, in the store and online and it is so quick and easy. It is always organized and reliable..prices are fair and they make it easy online to compare products. Our local Best Buy always has plenty of people to help you find things and ask questions of. I have ordered online a laptop and an Itouch and it was super convenient. I was able to pick the laptop up at the store and recently ordered the Itouch and had it delivered to the house with a free shipping offer.

I bought my laptop at bestbuy and bought the warranty with it. I have not had to use the warranty yet but I am very pleased with the lap top computer.

Best Buy is amazing. You can buy great electronics for perfectly ranged prices. I don't know how I'd live without Best Buy!

It is great. I know I love it and many other people do too. When I walk into BestBuy I always feel welcomed. The service is quick and the employees are very nice and extremely helpful!

I recently bought a toshiba satellite last may, I was so impressed with the knowledge of the people in the department that by the time I left I felt more informed not only about my product but about being able to compare other manufactures with confidence. I didn't take just one sales persons word I asked four! So anyway, just this black friday my cousin was going to go to walmart to get the laptop advertised for just under 300.00. I told him no, he needed to go to best buy. I explained my experience and the great deal that I got and he is the new proud owner of a toshiba satellite as well. He works at the crime lab and just tonight he told me that another person at his job was looking for a laptop because her house was just broken into and her old one was stolen. Anyway her dad is going to buy her a new laptop and guess where they are going and what type she will be buying! Yep, you are right. Thanks for being a store with knowledgable and friendly sales people.

I've been a shopper of Best Buy for years and they always seem to have great offers for me.

My experience with Best Buy has always been pleasant. Therefore, I will give a more detailed account of Black Friday- the lines were long but the wait was worthwhile. Deals were incredible. I bought a boxed dvd set for a quarter of its selling price, which is absolutely incredible!

Shopping inside this store for their great values is harrowing at best, so the online version is a welcome respite to the madness!

As a result of trying to lower inventory carrying cost, Best Buy has reduced the variety and assortment within categories. Best Buy is trying to carry more of the top sellers within a category while eliminating the slower moving merchandise. The resulting shopper experience is that you are less likely to make an exciting discovery of a rare or unexpected find while browsing the DVD section. On the positive side, Best Buy is keeping prices competitive.
