Overall Best Buy is a good store. A couple months ago I went in to buy a webcam but it ended up not working so they should improve by making it more clear which ones go to which laptops. Not that big of a deal but it is just what happened to me!! But Best Buy is where i go to get video games and everything else electronic(:

When I know exactly what I want, I use best buy to order online. They make the entire process quick and easy. Plus sometimes you can use promotional codes online & get it cheaper online than you can in the store.

Best Buy is truly the place to go for all your electronic needs. The other day I bought a mac book from Tampa's Best Buy. Let me just say I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Compared to Walmart,Best Buy had the better price. From now on, all my electronic shopping will be at Best Buy.

I go to best buy when I am sure about what I want because I usually ended up buying something other than what I want because the price is fair and I appreciate the service that I get.

I think best buy helps people find all kinds of new technology. All sorts of entertainment for kids,teenagers and adults. Making lives fun and updated on internet, cameras, computers, cellphones, games, tv's etc..I think Best buy has been ver useful and resourceful to costumers.

I do find that Best Buy's regular prices are higher than other store (Brandsmart, CompUSA...etc) However, Best Buy often has great sales on items I'm looking for.

I've found great deals from memory cards, movies, music, Ipod docs....etc..

I will be looking to buy a HDTV soon, so I hope I come across a great sale.

I recently purchased a flashdrive camera (sony webbie) and the staff (Long Beach, CA store) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy with my purchase! I am looking into puchasing a graphics tablet and will probable go back to the same store.

I have bought from Movies to computers in Best Buy. The Employees are awesome always there to help with any quetions you might have. Buying my fist desktop from them was a great experience and when i had a problem with it the Geek Squad took great care of me. Many many years later have bought Tv's and many other electronics for my home. I am looking for a new laptop now and i know the first and last place i will go will be to Best Buy. Keep up the good work!!!

I want the Mophie Juice Pack Air for my iPhone. It is available online in three colors but I am limited to one color in the store. I would like more options than black at my local Best Buy.

A year ago we purchased a television and dvd, wall mount, it as very difficult for the staff (3 members ) to remove the purchased mount from the bill, when we changed our mind. (going from a moveable mount to a stationary one.)

We attempted to simply delete the entire purchase, well over $6,000, and simply repurchase the entire order, minus the original mount. It took over 2 hours and finally, on my advice, simply returned and repurchased. By that time, I took my business elsewhere.

Better training, simpler purchase forms, basic return process would have made it a pleasanter experience. Thank you!

If you plan to pay the credit card off that your used and received through Best Buy -- good luck! I've purchased several items and did decide to go with the low interest option they were offering. I wanted to pay it off after 30 days and I had a very difficult time finding someone that would take my money. They wanted us to get to the point to where they would make big money on interest.

I have found the quality of products I've purchased at Best Buy are fantastic! I've purchased 2 laptops, a vacuum, games for Xbox and a washer and dryer.

Some prices on hdmi wires could be found at different stores for less amount then what they have. i personally been to the store and i was stunned that they wanted 69.99 for an 8" hdmi cable when i found it cheaper some where else.

this website is great! it is easy to use and very helpful. the partsearch is amazing . i was missing a power cord and instead of buying a new dvd player i got the cord for just 12.50! Thank you Best Buy

store is excellent for what is advertises...electronics. Employees are well informed and can help one with just about any questions. After buying a product they do their best to make sure satisfaction is had long after purchase. Overall very good!

so many times i take time shoping around and any posible purchase that i made i go back to best-buy.for the most times when u go in the store ,u are salute with a sincer smile. and then any ques.that u ever have,from my experience..i did find an great answer. at best buy i bought my first tv.when i moved in the usa in 2000.then the printer then the accesory then another printer, then another smal purchases,then i moved in az.from mi. and i stert shoping around,,,but i keep going back to my best buy store. buyng laptop and any accesoryes.printer and after 10 years i keep asking myself :why bather to go "just see other stores?"when i know where i should go back again:to my best buy store-where for real feels like i go into a family bussines(this is for real)i need to make another sacrofices to buy a new battery 4 my daughter laptop+photo camera+a new tv.guess where i am going>!!back again to best buy!:):) my daughter need a new i-pod and her b-day is next week .and it will be appreciated gift that she will thank you + me 4 life!!!!thank you for being the best -that u can be!!

Best Buy is really cool. The people who work there assist you if you need help finding a product. Best Buy also lets you try out all the new computers and gadgets. Best buy is also VERY organized. It is organized by mp3 players, computers, mobile devices, video games, computers, and so much more.

Best Buy has quality products and excellent customer service. They stand behind the products they sell and work with you if there is a problem. I had an unpleasant experience with a sales representative when purchasing a TV. I left the store and was contacted the next day by the manager. He made good on the purchase and gave me a discount on the sale.
