I order all of the shoes for my whole family, as well as for gifts, from zappos! I also tell all of my friends, family, and co-workers about how awesome zappos is. I have never had a problem with any order, and my orders always arrive very quickly. Why shop anywhere else! Love. love, love zappos!!

I don't buy shoes often but when I do, Zappos is the first and usually the last, place I look. Their price matching and shipping is so well done that I usually receive my order the next day although I never opt for that shipping option. I have never been even slightly disappointed with any order that I have placed with them.

I like Zappos for shoe purchases because of the variety of styles to select. Foot surgery years ago left me with a wide foot and I have a great deal of difficulty finding shoes that do not hurt. Shoes that fit me and purchased at a fair price--what more could I ask from Zappos!

Zappos is amazing. They ship immediately, I have often gotten my shoes the next day. Often they will have free shipping. Their returns (I did this once) are very fast and they crdit your account without delay no questions asked. They have a high variety of shoes (which is the section I frequent) and their customer service is fabulous. I highly recommend, they will not disappoint.

Zappos is the only store where I can find shoes for my narrow feet. Their customer reviews of each shoe are very helpful in knowing what size to buy. Their free shipping and return policy is fantastic'

I went to Zappos to find gifts for my sons birthday. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find soccer shoes, a ball, shirt and shorts in short order. I was highly impressed with their search engine and ability to find the items I wanted since I knew exactly what they were.

I would shop again at Zappos. The shipping was FREE too !

I just placed an order for a pair of shoes for my niece. She wears a size womens 11, which is very hard to find. Her shoes were on sale, plus Zappos up graded my shipping free of charge, therefore I received the shoes in two-days. My niece absolutely loved the shoes. Will definitely order from Zappos.com in the future for sure. They have great customer service!

I called customer service, and only got one semi nasty rep. I realized my shoes, I had purchased were now reduced. She did not want to give me the sale price, until I told Her I would return them. All of a sudden, she refunded the difference. It was six weeks ago, that I received the shoes, and she told me, I only had a month to request a reduction in price. Guess they would rather give you the twelve or fifteen bucks, than take back the item. Basically zappos is awesome with their lenient buy and return policy.

in my honest opinion the service and the quality of the site is prodigious. regardless of the time spent waiting for your package the end result is well worth the wait. Especially if the product you purchased has marginal utility.though the site's set up isn't novel, you still manage to find any product you're looking for. all in all the site is equivalent to that of amazon's, granted, the site is stocked with a MAJORITY of products you demand...

I am one of those women who knows what I will need for an occasion; yet, I never seem to have enough time to shop for the perfect little black dress, the sexy sandals, or the chic handbag needed for Saturday Night.

Zappos not only allows me to shop a wide selection of wonderful pieces at varied price points, it also allows me to do it on line.

My shopping habits have changed since I discovered Zappos. I have literally ordered a pair of shoes one day and worn them to a wedding the next. Shopping does not get any easier than Zappos.

The free shipping and return allows me to order freely, knowing that if something does not work out I will have 365 days to return the item. Not even I procrastinate that much. However, it is nice to know that I do not have to rush to re-package everything and make sure I return an item with 7 days. Not to mention the fact that I usually have to pay for shipping, (and sometimes a re-stocking fee) both ways if I shop anywhere other than Zappos.

I very much appreciate the customer assistance I have received as well. The representatives are alawys friendly and helpful. No pressure but lots of information is provided.

The website is almost perfect in functionality and usability and the customer service is better than any other online store I have ever dealt with. I order most of my shoes from Zappos. I have never been disappointed. We were going to a wedding and the kids all needed shoes in two days. there was no way to get everyone to a store. I was able to get shoes in 24 hours. The brands we ordered were the ones we normally purchase. We made it to the wedding looking great. The shoes were not factory seconds, we saved time and money. The best part was that we didn't have to drag the kid to the store!!!
