Xexzer's way works, if you put in your credit card details and when it takes you to the pop up screen with the activation fee and you cancel a couple of time, voila an sms to say that the activation fee is waived for 24 hours :)

I like the site and wish there was a free trial. You need to get us hooked first, and all sites but this one seems to be aware of that fact. Every site I have been has some kind of trial period but this one. Other then that, it was fun and I've met lots of guys.... just saying

Well I think that zoosk is ok the price is better than most dating sites. I would say that the men on zoosk are not that attractive. I paid for 1 month to search and there was this one guy who harassed me the whole time I was on Zoosk I finally had to block him.

This is crap! I joined and with in 24 hours I received a ZSMS.....when I opened very interesting they matched me up with my EX-HUSBAND whome I have been divorced from for over 10 years .....so I am not sure how accurate this might be....but we have all gotten a great laugh from this!

I requested a one month free trial from on of Zoosk's associated websites, gave them my email, then they did not send me anything. I think that's rubbish!

I havent found anyone yet but im still hoping to find someone on zoosk.

Can anyone tell me how you contact these people, or how once messenger is installed you can take it off your computer?

I just signed up and decided to pay for 1 month.

then I saw that big Initial Free on top.

It's to much, there are a lot of dating sites.

Cannot spend money on the them all, so I did not sign up. I went and tried some codes to get free activation, none of them worked.

So I quit. About 20 minutes later I got a POP UP

on the Top of the Screen.

"It said for a limited time,

Activation Fee is waived."

So I clicked on it, filled out the form, and well,

it only charged me for the first Month...

I've been on many dates with the most beautiful girls, thanks to Zoosk. It helps connect people for casual encounters and more.

i see a lot of potential dates but in order to email them back, you must become a member. They give the rates but not not say that there is an activation fee of 24.99.

so far i like the site It has many subscribers & enuf info on members to tell if you could find a match but a lil confusing about the difference between coins & actual subcription

just by browsing i like the site but i dont believe anybody should pay an activation fee at all!

I have been using Zoosk for a month now and in the begining I didn't mind the activation fee, but if you are a returning member I don't think that there should be an activation fee. I mean seriously! First of all you should not advertise free if you are not.

On the bright side, I have met a few people and I do like using your site.

Zoosk is an interesting place to meet local singles looking for the same things as you. The matching service is great and I have met some awesome people.

Zoosk is a great way to meet new people for dating or just finding new friends. It is a very user friendly site with out any hassles.

But not much in the way of being able to communicate unless your a paid member

I have looked at the site, it seems easy and fun. I have not been able to do anything since I have not joined. I would like to have use of the site for at least a few days.

I have received many messages but I can not access them until I have joined so I am going to join one month and try it. It seems as if everyone is communicating and having fun.

Zoosk seems easy and it is very interesting. Also, noticed that there are many people that I could meet in my area.

I like the fact there are many guys in my area on the site... but the dislike is you cant communicate with them but one time not even through chat without being subscribed. A little better ability to be able to communicate before subscribing would work better for alot even if in the chat for everyone.

I just got on this site last night and it is nice to find out that you can complete you profile and seach members without joining. I like the chat feature and the pop up graphic when someone wants to chat with you. You cannot chat or answer messages until you pay for a membership, but at least you can see if there are members within 50 miles of you. Unlike other sites I have joined and then I find out that all my matches are out of state. The negative on this site is the activstion fee. I think they should just ask people to pay for the membership.

it would be nice if it was either free or cheaper than it is

I am loving it so far.

I found the site tobe good and I enjoyed the simplicity of the ZOOSK site.
