Alot people to seek don't know if it helps. Bottom line the only way to find out if you actually connect with someone is to meet. ZOOSK is a good starting point to know someone.

you don't get anything for free.and very unlikely to get any results.even the promo codes seem to be bogus.

I like zoosk better than the other sites. It is more user friendly.

my overall review is that I am not happy because I can not afford this sight.

Looking around to know how this works.

After several months of wasted $$$ on Zoosk, here is what I've learned: If the guy has an accent (and you can usually tell in the way they write when they get comfortable) -- RUN! Chances are he will soon come up with 'discreet' (and some not so discreet) ways of asking for money. This pattern was so frequent I began to believe there were probably only about 6 men on Zoosk with about a thousand profiles each.

Why would I pay an extra $25 on top of $30 to get a months subscription?

I would have joined and tried for 30 days---- but not for $54.00. I am now going to match.com instead.

zoosk gives u the oppertunity to communicate with both men and woman frm all the us states and that is wonderful there are many wonderful and lonely people all over the world that are just looking for love the downside to zoosk is it is pricey and a bit misslieading because u cant tell who is a paying member or who isnt and when u send someone a messege ur not sure if they get ur messege because u cant tell if there a paying member or if there interested in u other then that the site is really good

Gives you the chance to meet people close to you. Matches you with people you have a lot in common with and has a variety of different features. Overall great site, best one out there.

I am very disappointed with Zoosk. Here are the pros and cons.

Pros: nice look though appearances does not mean it works.

Cons: only 6 photos. "Boost"... 60 coins... is LAME! there's no method to control the type of people who click your seeking so virtually and profile from any distance can click on your "Boosted" profile which means the 100 clicks gets eaten up very rapidly. This would be a nice feature if it were profile specific & regional. WORST CON! nothing other than a phone number to call zoosk. I have called this number and the person was very polite but they do their own "studies" as to what ppl want in a dating site. Whoever is doing their studies is a moron. The way the site works has a few good points like being able to send someone a cute picture of a flower or other stuff but nearly everything else that is most important is highly dysfunctional. Not enough space for ppl's profile. Your looking for a person for some of the most important aspects of your life... ppl need a little more space to describe themselves.

match.com is a far better site and gives ppl more photos and more space for their profile.

Zoosk... sucks! and is not worth the money.

I cant seem to figure out how to talk to others without some sort of payment. I am currently out of the country I don't feel comfortable enough with the internet service here to post my credit card information up.

If you are a paying and contact someone who isn't, they are not able to respond, so minimizing the value of your membership. On some sites those non members are allowed to respond to members which makes much more sense. So fix this and I will consider joining.

So far I am not finding zoosk very good at all. Costs a lot of money to sign up.......sure you can sign up free but then you cannot chat with anyone at all. What is the use of winking, when you cannot make contact????????? Offer us a deal to try it for three months or something. There are many dating sites to sign up for, stand out a little.

I cannot even find an online coupon that works, zoosk seems to think the coupon is signing up for free, big deal......every dating site offers this and what is the use if you cannot even chat with anyone?????

I think I will look around for a better dating site.

There is a lot of activity on there which is great but it gets a little overwhelming. The activation fee and 1 month is too much, you should let people try it for less.

I don't mind paying a monthly fee, however I will not pay a one time activation fee when I have already done so with a previous membership.
