I have flown with WestJet numerous times within Canada from Toronto to Ottawa, they are always on time and offers great service, with friendly staff. WestJet staff has always been helpful and ready to assist in sometimes difficult situations

People skills displayed by the flight crew were amazing. They made every effort to seat people comfortably once known seats were available during flight. Great sense of humour. To boot, we also arrived early. Can't wait to do it again!

Despite some of the luggage issues I have had with WestJet, the service has been phenomenal! I travel with them unless I can get a much better deal other places. Where I'm travelling most often, I always have the choice to fly through Hamilton, which is $15 less expensive than Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal... means I can treat myself to a snack on the way!

MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE TO TRAVEL WHENEVER WE CAN. WE SOMETIMES FLY TO CALGARY OR EDMONTON AS WELL AS WE MUCH PREFER IT TO DRIVING IF POSSIBLE AND IF WE CAN GET A GOOD DEAL. WE ARE USUALLY... ABLE TO DO THIS, AND OUR FIRST CHOICE IS ALWAYS WESTJET.

THERE ARE TIMES WHEN IT IS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE TO FLY WESTJET FOR TRIPS, HOWEVER, WE FEEL WE GET THE VERY BEST SERVICE FROM WESTJET AND IF ANY CHOICE, WE CHOOSE WESTJET...............

THEREFORE, AS FAR AS THE GOOD, THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT.

AS FAR AS NEGATIVE COMMENTS, SOMETIMES, THE PRICE IS JUST TOO DIFFERENT TO LET US STAY WITH WESTJET.

WE ENJOY YOUR STAFF, YOUR FLIGHTS AND ARE WESTJET CUSTOMERS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

I try to buy everyhing on my Westjetb card to coolect points. Quite novel as I have only had the card for 2 months. On a recent trip to Cancun and overland to Belize I became sick and needed out. Called Westjet toll free, and they got me back to Calgary in a flash. No questions, no charges and home sweet home. My doc; has fixed me up and I am now trolling for a cheap flight with my favorite airline; Westjet. Thank you big time. nb. my Westject credit card also insures me for medical,accident, delays and my car rental//// Its all good!. The stewardess even thanked me for using a westjet CC? Now that's special!

Every time that I have flown with westjet I have had a great experience. I have used other airlines when flying internationally and the service doesn't compare. When flights are delayed or routes re-routed due to weather, they have always tried their best to make the circumstances enjoyable and comfortable.

What can one say.....Excellent...courteous service.

From the time you arrive at the check in counter until you board the plane....during the flight and when you de-plane the aircraft.... All my needs and concerns are met to the utmost. Is there another airline in Canada that one would want to use? I don't think so. FLY WESTJET>>> THE ONLY WAY TO GO. KEEP SMILING!

When you see a good deal and go to book it, the page refreashes and the seat is gone. But thats just the way the cookie crumbles isnt it. Otherwise I have no dislikes. Its my favorite airline to fly with,

Whenever possible I love to travel with West Jet, I love the way they make you feel important no matter what they situation!

We travel extensively and exclusively with Westjet, We have even chosen vacation destinations based on Westjet Vacations. Whether it be for personal or professional use, Westjet's a Winner everytime. Whether you book on-line or on the phone, it is always positive and painless. The staff are accomodating, friendly, funny and always most helpful. When my Mom was diagnosed as terminal two provinces away and given a maximum of 4 days to live (a wild strain of leukemia), Westjet not only saw to it that we were on the first available flight, but held the plane for us as we called from the highway approaching Calgary. When we explained our circumstances and just wanted the first available flight, we were informed our ETA put us at Calgary International at exactly the time the flight was to depart. When we got to the ticket counter, they were waiting for us and hussled us through customs and drove us to the waiting gate. They must have announced to the waiting passengers our predicament as many fellow passengers and of course the in-flight staff, including the pilots made their way to wish us the best! They called us by name and made such a fuss over our then 8 year old daughter that for at least the duration of that flight, our pain of our pending loss was lightened. On our return flight 5 days later (after Mom passed), we were fortunate to have some members of the same crew on-board. Again, they remembered us, greeted us by name and again, took the sting out of our emotional state. We are personally passionate about Westjet and choose and recommend them always. Thnx Westjet - you will always be 'family' to us. In fact, I found this opportunity to share our story while on-line booking flights!

when you fly with westjet it feels like you're dealing with human beings instead of a massive, faceless organization. they understand that stuff goes wrong and are very helpful in accommodating you. I always prefer westjet over aircanada, but the more important factor for me is still price..

Flying West Jet always means that you will be able to have a fun flight and if there are issues, you will always be well informed. This is not the case with the other national air carrier - and always serves to frustrate air travelers that are kept in the dark about delays and problems. Given the choice, I always prefer to fly West Jet.

Always prefer westjet to Air Canada.

Westjet stands by their customers and the staff often go above and beyond service expectations. Canada winters can be treacherous! I was travelling from Vancouver Island to Regina, Saskatchewan quite frequently and I experienced the caring quality of Westjet employees. A snowstorm shut down road and air travel for 3 days in Regina. Westjet employees made certain that people were provided a hotel with transportation and meals. In particular, the Westjet crew spent much of the 3 days on the phones trying to save flights for people connecting on other airlines. More important to note. The competition, Air Canada, had tumbleweeds blowing through their counters.

I will drive to a city center just so I can fly with westjet! Westjet YOU ROCK!

We booked our trip to Las Vegas through West jet and found it very simple and a pleasant booking experience. Look forward to our next trip which we will be using westjet for.

Our family of 4, including 2 children is flying to the East coast this summer. This is our first family flight! How wonderful to discover our cost to fly will be the same as our cost to drive! Now, not only will we save the milage on our personal vehicle, but we will have 5 extra days to spend with our families! What Westjet is giving us, no other air line can. The savings on the flight has bought us time. How precious that is! Now, we will be able to enjoy more sights, more laughter and more memories with loved ones we haven't seen in years, This is our first vacation in over 11 years when we will spend more than 5 days away from home. It has been a long time coming. Westjet provides a great website. It's so easy to navigate and compare flights, dates, times and even departing airports. The options given are numerous! The last time my husband and I flew was more than 17 years ago. You can imagine how helpful it is to have all the needed information regarding limitations and allowances for luggage, carry on items and restrictions at our fingertips. The boys are more than excited to fly. Westjet has provided enough information to answer all their questions regarding the type of plane, time to fly and what to expect. No other airline was so inclusive in details. We dont feel we will have any surprises at the airport since everything is so clearly laid out for us online. Thank you for making our first family flight one to be excited about. We are so pleased you are the airline who will bring our families together. Thanks for the great job!

Westjet's "TV" service is a joke.

I cant think of one time that I have had a bad experience flying with WestJet or even dealing with thier staff(in the office and aboard the plane!). Im completely happy about WestJet Vacations now!!!

Some reviews mention other airlines, but I believe that West Jet will always have a competitive edge over them. The other airlines dont seem to be able to keep up with WestJets friendly, humourous and trendy staff!!!

As a young professional,this is why I choose to fly this airline. As the time changes, in some ways, so will the clientelle! WestJet knows how to keep up!!!

i never post reviews, but for westjet i must share my experiences. i appreciate the flight attendants always trying to make your experience comfortable, and i love the jokes they share in the end of the flight.

westjet is always my number one choice to travel in canada and in the states.

AIR CANADA IS THE WORST AIRLINE! client service is not #1 priority.

I would pay 300 dollars more NOT to travel with AIRCANADA
